The "greatest right punch in the business" Chuck Palumbo was rehired in the WWE. Does anybody want to guess the gimmick he'll play? First, it was WCW jobber. Next, it was Billy Gunn's love interest. Then, it was an Italian. In my mind, Chuck Palumbo has the ability. He reminds me a lot of an early Scott Hall, minus the cocaine and alcohol. As a worker, Palumbo HAS it. But like with Shannon Moore, he lacks those additional intangibles to make a difference or make fans care.
