Just as the title says. If you have a concern-not a personal one, of course-with the shop or just want to make a suggestion to make it better, please use this thread. Or, if you're not comfortable sharing it outloud, contact an active staff. <3 Active staff being the ones you see in the thread the most. Life is kicking a few of us in the butt and answers from them will be a long while in reaching you. We don't want you to wait. Especially if it's important.

What Is Allowed

--x Things you'd like to see.
--x Things that confuse you.
--x Threads and features you think are missing.
--x Generally any kind of public concern, be it storywise or how the place is run.

What Isn't

--x Personal concerns. By this I mean with specific people, be they customer or staff. These should be directed to staff privately.
