APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION: Rose has short wavy black hair with light red streaks which are mostly concentrated around the ends. Her skin has a pale white complexion that never seems to tan no matter how much time she spends in the sun. Her body has a thin frame that belays her true strength and speed to the point that she seems like an average ordinary young girl to anybody who doesn’t know better.

She is typically dressed in a Black silk blouse and skirt with red trimming with a red cloak and hood overtop made of heavy cotton twill, with a flannel lining. The cloak runs down to about the back of her knees and is attached to the shirt by silver crescent moon shaped pins which are designed to be easily snapped on or off. She also wears dark grey stalking’s on her legs and black leather boots with red sole, laces and trimming. Around her waist is a dark grey belt tilted slightly with a left to right diagonal slant. On the right side of the belt are several individual loops which can be used to hold small items or weapons such as a scroll or kunai. On the left side is a large detachable silver cloud symbol which she wears in lieu of the standard shinobi headband as well as a white pouch for storing further equipment. On the back of the belt is a dedicated holster for holding her primary weapon.

PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION: Loud and boisterous Rose is a fountain of constant energy and has a hard time sitting still for long periods of time. Light, bubbly and cheerful she almost always seems to have a smile on her face and laughs a lot, something she actively plays up on purpose at times to deliberately make people think she is taking things less seriously then she should.

Kind, optimistic and trusting almost to the point of naivety she is easily able to make friends with almost anybody and tends to be very forgiving for most minor offences. Conversely though she is generally slow to real anger she will stubbornly refuse forgiveness or redemption towards anyone who truly manages to truly piss her off.

She is the type to mostly remain calm under pressure and due to her performance in the academy is supremely confident in her combat abilities almost to the point of arrogance saved only by the fact that she tends to downplay her ability when talking to others rather than boast.

Relatively straightforward Rose believes in hard work to get what you want and absolutely despises shortcuts and crutches. She has a very determined spirit to try her best at any task assigned to her and it’s because of her work ethic that she is able to overcome trials and obstacles that would cause a more apathetic type to fail.

The scary thing about rose is under the cheerfulness lurks a truly dangerous mind that has understands the reality of the ninja world much better than the average person her age. She has realized that the notion of fighting fare that is often portrayed in the manga she likes to read is nothing but fiction meant to comfort the masses and that to survive she will have to fight dirty. She is fully aware how people who don’t know her see her as a weak little girl and is more than willing to ruthlessly take advantage of that.

Even her choice of outfits is a deliberately calculated effort towards cultivating further underestimation. The bright red of her cloak and hood are meant to draw attention to herself for the dual purpose of getting people to think she is incapable of stealth and allowing her to serve as a distraction for her teammates while wearing it.

HISTORY: Pre academy –
Rose was born in a rural village in the land of thunder to two working class civilian parents. Her father was a simple famer and her mother a seamstress she grew up in a household that while not quite under the poverty line still did not have a lot of money to throw. Sickly and frail as a young child the village doctor was baffled by her condition and recommended that she be sent to a larger hospital for very costly experimental treatment despite her illness being non-life threatening in nature.

Her parents were unable to justify the expense of an uncertain cure and Rose was left mainly bedridden for several years during which she manly read manga to pass the time until the age of five when a charismatic medic ninja from cloud calling himself Dr. Rejiko came by and offered to take her in to his clinic free of charge as he was looking for difficult cases to solve in order to advance in rank. Desperate for change her parents overlooked the danger signs of such a too good to be true offer and allowed Rose to go with the man and grew concerned after they did not hear back from either of them several weeks later as the man had gone missing-nin.

As it turned out the Medical ninja had begun human experiments on captured enemies and criminals but with his supply off those running low had begun turning to other methods to get the people that wouldn’t be missed to run his tests such as the homeless, eventually he got overconfident and started taking in the sick as well which lead to his machinations being discovered when a wealthy merchant commissioned a c rank mission for a group of gennin to look for his missing son.

The gennin followed the trail and caught the man red handed but where unprepared to face him and were slaughtered on the spot. Realizing that stronger ninja would soon be coming the Doctor fled the village taking several of his subjects including Rose with him, essentially kidnapping her. Eventually a year later Dr. Rejiko’s lab was found and Rose was returned to her family far more hale and harty then she had been when she had left though the Doctor himself was still at large. Before she had been weak and slow going and now she was strong and almost boundlessly energetic.
Rose herself remembers little of this time away from home other that floating in a tube of strange liquid with a breathing mask on and being rescued by a very strong woman wearing a hidden cloud headband. It was this memory that birthed a desire for her to become a Ninja herself and after much pestering to her parents soon she was enrolled in the Hidden Cloud Ninja academy at the tender age of seven.

Academy – It was too far between the small village where Rose’s parents lived and Hidden cloud for commuting to be practically so she simply moved and began renting a small apartment in order to attend classes, using her spare time to read what little manga she could afford on her tight allowance and occasionally looking for the ninja who rescued her in the past in order to properly thank them.

Compared to the other students Rose found herself struggling to keep up when it came to Ninjutsu and her other mental studies such as history and math simply because she had little prior education and no ninja clan to fall back on like most of the others and as a result began to work three times as hard simply to keep up in those areas.

Conversely when it came to the physical arts Rose could run circles around most of the other kids and as the years went by even some of the weaker teachers, because of this she went virtually undefeated when it came to hand to hand sparing matches. But even more surprising was her skill when handling weaponry. When handed a kunai for the first time she wielded it almost as if she had been using it her entire life, a feat she repeated when handed with a shuriken and even a katana and as a result people began calling her a prodigy a sentiment she works very hard to live up to.
Just recently Rose graduated the academy not at the top of the class but still within the upper echelon. Stylizing herself after the main character of her favorite manga The Scythe of justice she entered service as a shinobi of cloud with high hopes of distinguishing herself and becoming a true Ninja hero.

Due to being confined to bed for years as a young child she is extra sensitive towards the feelings of others

Tygra on the other hand remained behind, he hadn’t failed to smell the nearby onlookers who had so far stayed out of things, but if they should choose to interfere against Myra rather than help her he was ready and willing to knock some sense into them.
