One night, Captain Jessie Hawk had found himself stumbling around the world of Gaia. Upon his exploring he came up to many different ships, that many were calling UFO's, some even began to call them O's now that they were identified. One night Jessie Hawk walked upon one of the O's, 02 was the number upon the ship and began to raid it. Soon other Gaian's had joined him in the raid. It was the dawn of Jessie Hawk's crew. They claimed the 02 O as their main base of operations.

In the days to follow Jessie Hawk bolstered up his crew, and together they formed a plain to take 04 next. Upon the raid of 04 the Gaian's in Black, better known then as the GIB got involved and forced the pirates to stop. Hawk called off the raid, and later went back to the bar and grill that was set up in 02 by one of Hawk's crew members. Some of the GIB had entered to relax and found the Pirates their, soon enough they learned about each other. The next part of the plan Hawk cooked up came when he found Des, and his family. They were a sub faction of the Believers, Des however was getting a petition to be signed for their to be no war. Jessie decided to help her as much as possible.

In the days to follow, Jessie helped get his crew to sign the petition to get more signatures, this brought more of the Gaian's closer as well. Jessie was then introduced to the Believers, he learned all about the idea of peace from them as well as his new found family. Soon Jessie resided in the ship marked 02, but he did not stay with force. Everyone was welcomed, and Jessie began to reach out peacefully.

What happened next was a moment of pure insanity on Jessie's part, and a bit of a tragic love story. Jessie learned about Lady Zoeep, commanding officer of the O, 06. She spoke to no one, she seemed to be hell bent on war. Even her own followers rarely spoke to her. At least that was what the rumors were. So Jessie went with a plan and told his family about it. He would pretend to join 06 to find out what her plan was. He was for peace, but if one of them was hell bent on war, he wanted to protect those who needed protecting. If peace was never to come, then he wanted to get everyone away before it was too late. Lady Zoeep responded to him, and they began to speak in private. Soon enough Jessie found himself intrigued by the Zurg, and soon he developed feelings for her. He no longer cared about his plan. Upon his change of heart, he could tell she had one as well. For she came to the camp where Des had her petition for peace, and Lady Zoeep had signed. However her followers had found evidence of what Jessie's original plan had been. Zoeep had wanted Jessie to join her cause, but upon her followers providing evidence to show what Jessie had planed, she was heart broken and left Jessie alone. Jessie was heart broken as well, he wanted to comfort her, and help. He wanted to explain.

The Believers were able to arrange a meeting with 04 for Jessie. Jessie explained everything to 04. They realized together the differences of their species and how misunderstandings could happen. Jessie also learned how to be a better person from all that had transpired.

The crew of Jessie Hawk, still wonder Gaia together from time to time, and after the Zurg had left, Jessie Hawk had erected the Pirate Embassy. Becoming the Pirate King of Gaia, other Pirate Lords soon followed and worked on improving their crews. Together they help fight for the freedom of Gaia. From whatever it is that tries to take that freedom away, and on some nights, Jessie still looks up to the sky and wonders where Lady Zoeep may be, and if she will ever return.
