Personality/Mannerism:
Ursula is confident, well-spoken and assertive. Whilst out and under the impression of Soul Protect, she’s far more friendly and walks with reserve – blending in as an entertainer. She speaks stressing her French hereditary in her tone and may pull a joke or two. When under her witch-self, she is less comforting to strangers and her accent is more English, more natural. She is cunning and doesn’t like to receive orders, sometimes being cocky and ignorant.

- Ursula is good with communicating with sea-life, not literally, but can handle them well and care for them. Often including them in her acts.
- She is surprisingly agile and flexible.
Occupation:
Ursula occupies herself as a performer aside from any time spent as a witch. This persona helps her to get around unnoticed, and by making her magic a lot less obvious, and more amateurish yet still adept in terms of illusion magic she passes as an ordinary magician , performing tricks to gain her money.

History/Background:
Beginning life in the 14th century within France, Ursula grew up with her witch mother and father during the harsh times of the middle ages. Her parents were performers and as she grew up she learned their arts and way of life. Soon becoming a worthy witch to her family, her brother was born. For some reason he grew up denying he was a witch and after some decades was considered an outsider from the family. No one has contacted him since.
In the 16th century the witch family moved to Britain and made a living continuing their performances, Ursula became particular adept at being a performer behind the name Madame Beatrix. In the next century her mother was accused of being a witch, and was hunted and killed. The same happened to her father in the 18th century.
Ursula once mourned their deaths but was quick to move on and would assure that she would have her family live on. She just had to wait for the right time. And now she resides right next to the biggest threat to herself, recently becoming a part of Death City she hopes to gather information and – become a notable threat. And over the last few decades Ursula has been working hard to find her witch-brother, but its proving more difficult than she had hoped. Always being under Soul Protect also means he doesn't get any attention from Death Scythes lurking where ever he is. She wants him for unknown reasons, most probably for a witch plan she has in an attempt to mess with any unfortunate Meisters of the DWMA. When she finds him however, she's wants to forge a DWMA invitation and convince him to join so that she can deceive and use him.
Appearance: Ursula is often, and most commonly found wearing her high heels and black-tailed waistcoat. Underneath is her cream-white shirt. Besides this her outfit is rather revealing but ultimately fits her performing persona and attitude. Rarely she is seen wearing her full length dress which is black with under layers of purple.
Other Forms: Ursula takes on the form of an octopus, surprisingly ugly, or sometimes pretty depending on the person. She is surprisingly good at traveling, especially in deep water in this form and can squeeze through the smallest gaps.

-Vector Pad, a spell that places a round, magical pad on the surface Ursula wants which can hold her in place. Meaning she can attach herself to a ceiling or wall.
-Vector Clasp, spell manipulation of Vector Spear, which attempts to clasp a hold rather than pierce a target to hold it still, or if compressed, suffocate.
- Ink Abyss, Ursula spreads a magnitude of Vectors which makes an ink-black smoke, just like a squid or octopus does in the wild to survive.
