i hate to say this, but technically fox is right. Swag, in the context in which hip hop uses it, means exactly what he said. They stole it from the gay community in the U.S. It was a term used to advertise gay parties to identify them as get togethers for those on the low, Clearly, however, it would make no sense to identify it that way to a british person, as I don't believe they used it in that context
