The young girl was becoming bolder and perhaps this was a good thing perhaps it was a bad idea. After all she wasn't about to build up a complex due to a stupid dragon that seemed to be having just as much bad luck as her in the art of killing each other. Granted Tilawen had not originally set out to kill the dragon but since the repeated attempts on her life she figured that...it would be best to fight back.
At least that had been the theory. She mad managed to get it in the eye last time she had come across it and hopefully it would still not be able to see properly as she had set out to try and hunt it instead of it being the other way around. Borrowing Junjie's clothes the more earthy tones as well lack of dress would make it easier to skulk in the forest underbrush. Less likely that she would fall this time around.
Though she wished she had a better weapon...a stick was hardly something she would consider....worthy of taking down a dragon, but she was planning things and she hoped that if everything worked out she could be rid of this dragon before long. Her plan involved trying to set up a trap for the dragon which included a LOT of rocks. She had noticed on her previous encounters the net work of places she could sneak into when the dragon had attacked her last she knew these places were safe, the dragon couldn't fit in there and she just barely was able to.
Doing this meant she could avoid being seen and caught unawares as well it was quite handy for it lead her to the area she wished to set her trap. The young girl knew though she couldn't make it too obvious after all if the dragon had seen her before this point then it would know what she was up to. So instead she was stealthy moving rocks to and fro and focusing entirely too much on a pile that was being used as s decoy. Moving other things she had to be careful to make the real trap look like...the useless pile.
Sure enough her movements drew the creatures attention and to amp up the game Tilawen began to jump at every noise she 'thought' she may of heard, playing the scardy girl was easy enough since she was rather nervous, soon enough the dragon had lunged out knocking over her fact pile of useless rocks as it had figured that by dismantling the rocks it had foil her trap.
As before the girl tried to stand her ground this time throwing a few of the rocks the dragon had managed to knock down. Of course the rocks did little than to annoy the creature and she was forced to try and smack it with her wood staff instead. Once again these things were only useful in annoying it and she couldn't get a good hit towards the eye as it was a lot more wary of having a stick shoved into it.
So this game of cat and mouse lasted until the girl lost her nerve and fled back to her hiding spots in the rocks. The dragon howling as it hated this game and just wanted to kill the young girl finally. Of course Tilawen held more patient than the dragon and by the time it had given up trying to find her she had managed to slip away unnoticed. But her plan was in motion..and if she was lucky she would be able to get rid of the beast once and for all in their next encounter.
