??? How about everyone post what state/country (like I've seen "any floridastucks here??" or something like that, so just "New York" or whatever), and if they know of any local cons/meetups?
So it could be like "I live in New York and there are meetups every Saturday in Washington Square Park." And there is!

OSFest (Omaha Science Fiction Festival, usually held in July) might have a gathering of 'Stucks. I admit that I didn't look for any, as I hadn't gotten into HS yet when Osfest 2013 was happening.
Anime Nebraskon, held in early November. Huge, huge numbers of Homestuck cosplayers showed up to Nebkon 2013. They had a photoshoot one day and there was such a large group that they couldn't all fit comfortably into a panel room. They had to take their pictures in the open zen garden.
I've only been a part of the fandom for a few weeks, so I don't know much about regular local meetups. But you can bet your bulge that I'm searching frantically for a group to join. If I find anything, I'll update my post with details.
