Traveling from Yukigakure to Soragakure brings one through snowy mountains and then long stretches of flat land. The farther away from Yuki they get the warmer the weather is. Snow gives away to tall grass and then the user finds themselves looking at the country of Sora. It takes 5 posts to get from Yuki to Sora and vice versa.
____________________THE PAIN, THE HATRED, THE DESTRUCTION____________________
The long trip to Yukigakure took Alice and Saiyuri through the mountain pass. Most of the way through Saiya had silent in a manner of speaking. Alice had given her very interesting food for thought. It was no lie that Saiyuri thought Alice to be very attractive. Not only that but the small amount of contact she had had with her so far had left a good impression. Alice had an outlook on life that made Saiyuri want to share it. In her own mind the world was dismal with little chance of hope. It was the beautiful things in life that kept Saiya going; the sound of laughter, the smell of flowers, the warm embrace of a lover. Though ever since the attack on Soragakure she had been having an increasingly difficult time seeing the world positively. Yet through all the darkness and destruction there was someone who still had the ability to look out and think: It isn't so bad. More than anything Saiyuri wanted to be like that.
The prospect of a relationship with anyone, let alone Alice, frightened Saiyuri. She was aware of the state of her mental decay. Each day her walls grew weaker and weaker. Memories mixed together and often times formed harsh nightmares or twisted fantasies. Saiya took great care in keeping this from others. Even now she would hide that facet of information from Alice. With the mission they were on Saiyuri did not need her second doubting her mental stability. On most days she was fine, but there were those when she had to remain in solitude and deal with her demons. Luckily today was not one of those days. Just the thought of opening up to another, letting one fully delve into her mind and see all of her flaws and secrets made Saiyuri feel a ghost itch. She absentmindedly scratched at her arm.
The weather had been growing steadily chillier and chillier. Despite her preparations Saiyuri was still rather cold. She fell back and took to walking very close to Alice, mostly to share body warmth but of course there was a part of her that just wanted to be near her. Saiyuri was in fact human, and did in fact feel human emotion. There were a number of stressful things pushing against her mind, and this meeting with the Tsukigakure leaders was at the forefront. Suddenly, the link between the two women would come alive with Saiyuri's hauntingly beautiful voice. "I am very wary of this meeting. Despite both of our nations being in similar states of unrest I do not trust these moon people. We are not here as enemies, but do not let your guard down for an instant. I will keep our link open at all times and will freely transmit my thoughts to you. This will help us both; I will be aware of your situation and you will be aware of mine. The instant you feel something is off the first plan is to retreat and regroup. I do not want to be forced into a battle." Saiyuri thought to Alice, though there was no hint of fear inside of her. It was not the idea of dying that made her wary, but the idea of losing. Saiya calculated all results of this meeting, taking in as many variables as she possibly could to formulate a proper chart within her mind. There were too many chances for them to not make it home alive. This would leave Soragakure in a very poor situation and inevitably lead to their downfall. Saiya would not let that happen. Even if she could see she had the chance to remove the Tsukikage from the world, she would not take it. There was no part of her that yearned for the moon village. All Saiyuri sought was the safety of her own. "Above all else; keep yourself safe. If I come under harm it is my own fault and I do not wish to see you dragged down with me." Saiyuri thought with a queer sense of finality. She reached out and took Alice's hand, squeezing it lightly. It was an endearing moment for Saiyuri; she was looking for comfort.

Alice followed the path before them, positioning herself closer to Saiyuri. She remained quiet, pulling her scarf up, shielding her mouth from frigid air. The cold was bearable to her. Alice was used to living high in the sky, where temperatures and air pressure where completely different. Then, like an emotional crescendo, a smile emerged, hidden by the scarf. Just now she had come to the realization that she was handpicked to assist her leader. It hadn’t sunk it yet. Immediately, she felt honored. It was the highest prestige she received thus far, other than the sorry excuse for glory that she received while in the boxing ring, surrounded by blood hungry spectators. Alice shivered at the memory. Those were rough times back then, where the line that separated good and bad became blurred. In those days, morality was a hard concept for Alice. She pushed away the memories, opting out for more positive thinking. Even with the trauma, she turned out an okay person. Sure she had some kinks and rough edges here and there, but Alice felt that she was in a good place. She turned her head slightly, glancing at Saiyuri. They seemed to share some of the same ideas. All the fuel needed to incite the urge to live on and fight that Alice needed came from simple things; children playing, lovers kissing, birds singing.
Alice continued walking at a consistent pace, looking around every now and then, and taking in her surroundings. She contemplated the idea of becoming intimate with Saiyuri; in the sense of a relationship. She was her leader, so would it be acceptable on a professional level? That really didn’t matter to Alice; she was always fixed on the side of rebellion. It was a package deal with her pugnacious attitude. What did matter was if this was truly the time to think about such things. On the verge of war, was something like this right? Ethically, Alice believed that becoming intimate with Saiyuri shouldn’t be a problem. Tactfully, the whole situation was far from copacetic. Would something like this interfere with the inevitable battles that awaited them? Alice smiled, shaking her head slightly. It would not; at least that’s what she thought. Alice listened to Saiyuri words as the invaded her mind. She could feel the distress the filled the women. A pang of sadness hit Alice. Even with the ability to see in her mine, she could not comprehend the worry that she felt. When Saiya held her hand, Alice eagerly interlocked fingers. She gripped tightly. “I won’t leave you.”
