As Steven approached the cafe' he pushed the large entrance doors open as his cellphone started to ring, padding down his jean pockets he pulled the device from his right pocket only to see the caller being 'BLOCKED' with a small 'bat symbol' icon displayed next to the unknown number. Letting it hit voice mail he ordered quickly and sat down to a near an empty table by a large window so he was able to watch the streets of Jump City while enjoying his food but it took a few minutes to be prepared. Pulling out his phone he made an odd 'glare' to the phone then quickly checked his messaged.
From what he gathered The Justice League had sent dome dossier on the Teen Titan heroes, most of their information was put in well and detailed must have been Batman who organized these dossier files but he labeled those with experience to those with non or who had a habit on expression with their emotions to those who could think for a moment before they reacted. Steven sighed slightly as he pouted, the idea or trying to calm young heroes wasn't something he figured he'd enjoy he was rather interesting in meeting the Green Lantern power users if he could and get a chance to see where the new user can handle the power ring. Grinning slightly he looked down to his own green power ring remembering the first time he had to use it was just a mess and the ability to use it afterwards with hard training, he wasn't a master of a power ring, no Hal Jordan or John Stewart but he was a rather good ringslinger and able to keep his own in battle and it helped with life experience as a real cop.
