Bio (Up to five sentences minimum): Roe was just a little girl when her mother had left to go fulfill her journey, leaving Roe's father in charge of her and her sister. Roe's sister was like a best friend to Roe, and they'd always play together like two peas in a pod. As the two grew, Roe became more and more silent every day. By the time they both turned 15, Roe only spoke whispers. Her sister spoke freely and very loudly. It almost seemed like the two never even were sisters.
A year later, a large bombing attack was set in strike on Roe's hometown. It always shocked her to see such a thing happening in her little town. We she saw it, it was planned by demons and keshins and everything she despised at that time. But even when the people took her family away, through the fighting and such and fire, Roe never spoke. Not once.
Now, she finds its her fault about not speaking up at that time. Though she can do alot of things without using words, the only time she has ever spoken after all those years, and the only word, was a " Hello. "

+ Voice - Only when she speaks she can do this.
This move is allowed to control objects at any time given, any time she wants. Though, in order to use this, she must speak the word she wants it to be.
+ Radioactive - Sense Roe was little, her hair has always been green. Its creepy for a person to have green hair. So, Roe studied carefully to her magic skills one day, and screwed up, creating this move.
This move is allowed to use the sign for caution you would use at a laboratory. This sign appears in her eyes. And now, sense this is activated, Roe is allowed to turn her every move a bit more....toxic.
----Bad Side Moves-----
+ Hidden Move: Madness - Despite Roe's calm and shy nature, she can become a demonic little girl. With this move, her eyes and hair turn to completely different colors - Her hair from its naturey green to a cold charcoal black and her bright orange eyes to a piercing crimson. Though, she still speaks no words.
+ Scream - A large, eerie scream that sounds like a little girl running away from a monster. This takes affect to the hearing of a person.
+ Hells Fire - A Fire that is a mixture of black and orange, kind of like halloween colors. She is allowed to use it freely.
Personality: Roe is a very brave and adventurous girl, but never really speaks a word. Shes that silent type that likes to be in public, but never ever says a sentence. She can be very shy but very optimistic at times, even with no words.
