The Bingo Book is a guild-wide billboard used for posting bounties. In order for a character to have a bounty placed on their head something in RP actually has to happen. Genin cannot be in the Bingo Book, they are worth nothing. In order for a character to have a bounty placed on their head they need to have a Fame/Infamy of at least 15. The money must be offered from a village or from a character. To get the reward someone must actually capture the character in question and bring them to whoever has offered the money.
When someone is posting a bounty here they must use the code down below and fill out the information necessary.
