EVENT QC FOR THIS ONE PLS!
Name: Tangerine Sapphire
Gender: Female
Type: Unicorn
Build: Thin, slim, verry dainty. Basically extremely feminine.
Body: A very light cream color, exact hex is #FFF2E1 ▇▇▇▇▇▇
Eyes: Very bright blue, with the eye style like Play Belle.
Hair: Brush n Grow and is orange and curly. Her mane is just a few inches above the ground, with a ivy looking hairpiece in it and her tail hair is long enough to rest on the ground.
Cutie Mark 8D: A silver ring with a orange sapphire in it.
Brief Character Description: A slightly brusque phony who runs a jewelry shop, Tangerine loves to make pretty jewelry for others to wear. She may come off as abrupt, but has a heart of gold (heh) and nothing makes her happier than to see her customers happy with what they're getting.

I totally understand her cutie mark will probably be simplified from the refs and that her curly hair/hair accessory will be too because frankly curly hair is annoying to draw. :>
Oh and I know I used WoW refs for the eyes but I swear, this is not a cosplay. I just like that particular color and it's hard to find it in normal eyes for some.. reason..
 Fireflight: The current design is approved conditionally, which is to say only for special customs [auction/RLC or where stated], due to Brush n Grow and hair accessory [and as you noted, yep, all those will be simplified].
