At least you don't have to possibly file a lawsuit against the god damn school district that you grew up in that is discriminating and keeping you on hold and not allowing you to substitute for a ******** entire month because the students IN ONE REPORT "Think you are weird and creepy like a serial killer". stare

whoa what now? i need the full story ASAP. seriously. i need to know what happened, how it happened, why it happening, what is happening with the happening. I NEED THIS INFORMATION DO NOT FAIL ME NOW FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.



Also, cool4 that sucks. the lady sounds like a b***h. who does not understand having a decent legally binding contract, apparently. because there could be easy ways to fix that and get you guys in trouble or to pay or whatever. but like... s**t needs to be in the contract otherwise i'm pretty sure no one in any position to do anything will actually.. you know, do anything.

Why do you need it? It's between me and the school district and my relatives. sad My mom knows people who are teachers and some parents of students in the horrible Mountain View Class I had that day. It's horrible. My mom found out that one of the subs (She knows lots of other ppl in the sub system, it's Alamo it's a small town) and she subbed the next day after I subbed for the same teacher at Mountain view and the students said to her that "We are glad that you are our teacher today cuz the other teacher before was very scary and creepy like a seriel killer." Which TOTALLY GOT MY MOM SHOCKED AND CONCERNED!!!!!!!!!!! As well as me since that totally hurts me. So she is getting all worked up that the school is discriminating against me because of my disability of Aspergers Syndrome/Austistic Spectrum Disorder and plans on filing an EEOC complaint with me as well as possibly haveing to get a lawyer in everytihng since the manager of the ******** subbing thing isn't doing anything to find out what is wrong. I've been on hold for over a month (Since March 22) and they said that they need to receive written reports from the schools to deal with it but that they HAVE RECEIVED VERBAL COMPLAINTS and that they think they are from MOUNTAIN VIEW and NORTH ELEM!!!!! I don't know why North Elem would have a problem with me, it was the last job I had before I was put on ******** hold/suspension and my mom knows the TEACHER I SUBBED FOR AT NORTH and she doesn't know anything nor her assistants except that someone was observing me named Erica (not the manager apparently) or something. I had no idea. I didn't notice anyone suspicious observing me at North since at the preschool it was just mostly me and the 2 assistants at the preschool at North so yeah. It HAD TO HAVE BEEN MOUNTAIN VIEW MIDDLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even thoguh my mom is all like she knows ppl/parents who have students who go there and she is aking them for statements of what has happened on that day regarding me in stuff....it's horrible. I don't know anything about what I did wrong but my mom knnows ppl in stuff so she's doing like investigating in s**t. sad

I gave the school ppl Erica Garcia a deadline of April 23 to tell me what is wrong with me and my account but since they STILL HAVENT DONE NOTHING AND NO PHONE CALL OR EMAIL, WE ARE NOW TAKING LEGAL ACTION AND filing an EEOC Complaint against them and may bring in a laywer since they (ERICA GARCIA AND SLOAN HINKLE) haven't done anything to resolve my ******** hold issue. So yeah. Rediculous.

She's a b***h. My DVR Counselor has left a message for her and she hasn't replied to him in s**t.

So yeah me and my mom are planning to send a letter head to them that we are filing a complaint EEOC against them since they didn't take action against my hold cuz of the deadline we gave them. Soo stupid. I call them the 2 miss bitches girls who don't know how to do their jobs. Sloan Hinkle and Erica Garcia. Those bitches should be fired. If we file lawsuits against them I hope they do get fired. stare My mom is all like "Erica looks like she's the same age as you...."

SLOAN HINKLE THE MAIN PERSON FOR HUMAN RESOURCES AT FREAKEN APS WON"T EVEN ANSWER THE MESSAGE MY DVR COUNSELOR LEFT FOR HER!!!!!!!!!! That's bad.


I left emails, and phone calls for erica and she'd never reply except if I be mean to her in my message. stare Soo retarded. I think they 2 don't care. I'd expect the human resources person to answer calls in s**t, but since she won't even call Thad back it's rediculous so that's why my mom is filing against them. Refusal to deal with me.

Mountain View is a horrible school. EVERY teacher and assistant I have talked to in other schools i subbed at in s**t all AGREE ThAT mountain view is a bad and rough school with horrible/rough students. sad

But yeah my mom thinks it's cuz the students think I am weird and creepy like a seriel killer (the kids at mountain view thought that of me) according to another sub (Jen Fultz) I and mom know. My mom is going all out on this. She's all like knows some of the parents of students who go there and who are in that class I have and she is asking them for statements in s**t on what happened in that class that day. It's horrible.
