Keira could not help but notice the queer way of which Simon looked at her. It was not a look people often gave each other. His gaze made her feel like prey, and that did not sit well with this girl. But his banter did catch her attention, and Keira was not going to just roll over and let him win. "You don't say?" She slipped in after his comment of her not having taken a wrong turn. Tsukigakure was not that big, getting lost here would mean you're either a tourist or just dumb. Keira was neither. Something about the way Simon spoke about others gave of the feeling that he too did not enjoy the presence of others unless he could gain something from it. Keira wanted to know what that something was for this guy. The headband gave away his military background but Keira had him pegged for more of a shadowy figure than a shining paragon of the Moon village.
Keira could completely agree about the people in the market. That's where she had made a living for much of her life. An innocent face and quick hands allowed her to eat daily. As she got older it was her body that got her everywhere. She was no stranger to turning a trick or finding a mark in the shopping district. Simon could call himself the King, but that made Keira the Queen. It was only recently that Keira had finally moved away from the area. Avient had deemed it necessary, mostly because he couldn't stand the smell when going to pick her up. Now she had a pretty little place up on a hill not far from the beach. She had agreed because it was secluded, a spot where she could be all alone and not have to deal with the clamor of the plebians. At first it had been awkward. Avient was not far off from her and Keira could hear is incessent snoring. The lack of noise coming from outside was unsettling. On her first night here Keira had actually slept on the roof, closer to the noises of the jungle and the beauty of the night world.
Keira cracked a faint smile at Simon calling her a damsel, even going so far as to call her melodramatic and fragile. No, this was not some highschool roleplay, there was no room for the frail here. "I don't believe you." Keira said bluntly, pausing to inhale the smoke and release it from her nostrils like an agitated dragon. "C'mon, don't be shy now. Everyone's got their own cup of tea. What's yours?" She asked without caring she was talking to a total stranger. Why had Simon come out here this late at night? Did he have some sort of evil ulterior motive or was he some pained artist looking to capture the beauty of the moon. Something off in the distance caught Keira's eye. Something silver leaking into the sky. Simon had heard the noise too, but seriously did not care. Keira could give two less ******** then that.

He eyed her sternly, her sarcastic response meriting a certain level of feigned annoyance from him. In reality though, he wasn't annoyed or entertained or bored. He was just waiting, for something, and he hoped to find it on the shores of this beach. Something needed to click in his head like it did a long time ago, when he first decided to become a ninja. He spent years perfecting the art, aspiring to become a superior being. Now, he remained as he was months ago, with nothing but irritation with himself. Keira, of course, was a shinobi. Perhaps she could help him integrate back into the shinobi world, one way or another. Her very presence reminded him of how that world was; the people were smarter, sharper, and more unique. They were not the braindead calf that he'd surrounded himself with for his life. Though, then again, that made them awfully boring, didn't it?
He enjoyed a certain required level of stupidity in his peers. He was so tired of the shinobi tropes; the perfect kunoichi with great grades and great hair, the cool shinobi with the tortured history, the loyal shinobi who believed in friendship and prosperity. They all pretended to wield such grace, like the fire of a God with no Prometheus to steal it from them. They all wanted to seem so mystic, but really their attitude was a facade, a forced reaction to help fit their station. All of the shinobi out there bled the same, cried the same, feared the same, as he had seen. In that regard, he was much like them.
Really, he supposed it would be accurate to simply say he couldn't stand people too much like him for long. Integrating into the shinobi world was rather tough for one who wanted to close their eyes and pretend they were the greatest creature alive. It was tough seeing that some people were just a lot more dedicated than you were. Especially when you were very preachy about being better than them. Yep, this sort of sailed back to his bits of insecurity about Luka again.
"Not a fan of tea, missy. It's soft and meant for good digestion. I prefer my drinks strong, spicy. The mug should possess rather a broad handle and an appropriate frame, too. Though if you're asking who I prefer romantically, then no one I suppose. I am spoken for by the God of Death. Princely weddings and mundane love stories don't suit me." Surely she would speak of her own preferences now. That was how humans got to know each other, one fact was shared by the first of them, and then another would follow suit and share their own thoughts and experiences. Simon probably wouldn't be surprised by whatever she said. Either she was a dyke and liked girls with petite frames and lipgloss, or she liked women much like herself. Simon was sort of the dyke of his kind; he wasn't amiable to weak 'men' who were more like women, and that was rather evident in his exploits around the city.
"He's kind of cute." "Four, I'm gonna ******** kill you." "Oh shush, Two. Can't a guy dream? "Not if he wants to keep his p***s in tact." "Just a little taste~ The woman is gorgeous too." "Aye, the b***h is hot, but sticking your's in means sticking mine in, and I'm gonna stick mine in whatever I want to." "I don't get a vote?" "Shut up, Three." "Three, the adults are speaking." "Adults? I only hear a sex-obsessed idiot and a bloodcrazed jerk. Why not let someone with a little intelligence do the work?" "Because the intelligent one is about to ******** die." "And how, exactly, do you plan to kill me?" "Grrrrrr!"
Imagine, if you would, that you are listening to a radio. This particular radio catches all kinds of stations at one time, and there is no way to change the frequency. The stations themselves fight like dogs to take over the radio's speakers, but a single one never fully gets total control. This is the issue Caelum is having right now, as he does whenever he meets someone new. Experiencing what this new person, or in this case these new people, has/have to offer is usually enjoyable, but there was also always this peanut gallery of three other voices in his head. It was like he was babysitting children constantly.
Caelum got up off the sand, and seemed to swoon one way, then the opposite. His cheeks grew a little red as he grinned softly. "This'll be fun~" He spoke softly and apparently to himself as he made his way to Simon and Kira. He seemed to sway back and forth like a drunk who just went all out at a party, giggling a little as he did so. He crashed into Simon full force and somehow his hand seemed to 'accidentally' touch Simon's rear end. He then fell backwards and landed on his butt, collecting even more sand on his person.
"Oh my god, you ******** queer." "Oh shush, you ignorant ape. Ooo, I see nice things that feel even better." "Four, don't go overboard and make Two clean up your mess again." "Hey!.... Ok, that one was my fault, but how was I to know he wouldn't like me drugging his drink?" "... Do you hear what comes out of your non-existent mouth...?
"I'm sure the God of Death wouldn't mind if you had some fun every now and then.~" Caelum's voice was soft and a little whimsical, against his ordinarily calm and somewhat controlled voice. He giggled twice again, then eyed Kira up and down. "Yup, I'm definitely glad we decided to delay the purge." He decided not to get up, but said seated. For a split second, he looked at Simon in a completely different way. He looked like a wolf about to devour a deer, but then quickly returned to looking like a bubbly fool once more. He then looked up at the sky and beamed. "It's a good night to get lost in someone else. Starlight's bright enough to see the faces up close but it's dark enough to find a good hiding place." He then looked over at Kira. "Caelum Nagamo-Shihoin can show you all kinds of places out here."

Keira was getting quite the satisfaction out of this chat with Simon and she had yet to even get his name. He was actually a fairly theatrical guy despite what he had said. The most interesting thing he had mentioned was something about a god of death. A particular name came to mind, though Keira wasn't quite sure about it. "Death God eh? Like that Jaegerbomb fellow. All preachy and jazz about some lord of the dead, yeah?" Keira herself didn't care for religion and dieties. The one thing she needed to believe in was herself, and Keira certainly did not lack for confidence. One did not wear shorts as small as she was without pools of fortitude. Unlike what Simon had suspected Keira did not intend to offer anymore information about herself unless asked directly. Even then there was no guarentee that she would actually provide a truthful response. Perhaps her good looks and eyes were not the only things she had inherited from her mother.
It was not that Keira cared to try and hide her orientation. It had never been a problem in her life. Early on she realized that muscular arms and beards just were not for her. She couldn't remember the day she had told Avient because it seriously was not a big deal in the slightest. Her tastes varied within women, she did not descriminate much. Keira wasn't picky, only really disliked those who tried too hard. Simon didn't seem like he tried at all. In fact Keira was growing curioser and curioser as to why she had not seen Simon around. He would have been in the same classes she was, graduating at the same time. If not he would have been in a previous group. If that was the case then he should have been a chuunin by now. Keira had only been an official kunoichi for about four hours and she was already on the fast track to chuunin. "Don't you boys deal in sacrifices? Can't imagine you've been getting a whole lot done." Keira shot at him, a sly smile creeping up behind the smoke she let out.
And then some nutter stumbled over to them. The boy with his stark white hair hit a chord in Keira's brain. It was all too familiar. Even under his shades his eyes were golden. If Keira had been a dog she would have had her hackles raised by now. Every word he said, every breath he took served only to deepen the suspicion growing inside of her. His cheesy pickup line fell harder than a piano out of a window, and the silence following the announcement of his name was a cold one. All traces of joy and pleasure were banished from Keira's face. She knew who this boy was. He was the child that had gotten to stand in the light, to know a mother's love as well as his father's. Keira felt sick to her stomach as she looked at how the moonlight caught in his hair. She stepped forward between Simon and Caelum, her hands clenching in to fists. "You couldn't have picked a worse party to stumble in on." She threatened in a low voice, just about ready to turn this beach into an episode of Jerry Springer.
Jaegerbomb, he always thought that was a very kiddish name for one who prided themselves as a harbinger of chaos and macabre. Still, he had thought on this subject for too long to return to it, especially when there were quite a few interesting things going on around him. Firstly, the girl seemed rather curious about him, though she was fairly aloof in general and so this curiosity wasn't all that cumbersome. She also seemed interested in his faith, in Jashin, to whom he sacrificed to quite often actually. It was his one redeeming quality when it came to punctuality. He would always meet the deadline. On the eleventh day, always on the eleventh day, one soul would fly to hell to be gnawed upon. "There is no 'you boys'. There's a boy and then there's a man. A boy who acts as he does simply because it brings him pleasure. Then a man who acts as he does because of his virtue. Luka is a wildling. I'm more of a theologian." Though which was more appreciated by their God, he did not know. Perhaps the fact that Simon obviously had ulterior and parasitic motives was what made him interesting to the God. Jashin worked in mysterious ways, and you would only begin to understand the motive once his plan had already come to fruition, and your life was forfeit.
Then, interestingly enough, the boy who fell down earlier began to stumble very intently to Simon and Keira, but for some reason, mostly Simon. He got closer and closer, and though the man created some distance between the two, there was still the evident and inevitable feeling of his operator against the Semta's rump. In reaction to that, he stared quietly, and raised an eyebrow. Considering where he lived, this wasn't the first time he'd felt palms where they need not be. He didn't do anything, didn't move and just let him stumble and fall down to the sand. It seemed like he was host to some malevolent creature that was vying for control. Of course, his insinuations about a sexual interaction made him seem more drunk than possessed.
He also seemed to be torn between lustful and wroth. He looked at Simon with killer eyes for a moment, then returned to his stupor. In response to his deadly eyes, Simon glared back with the exact same look. "Jashin doesn't prohibit fun. I just couldn't see myself taking to someone of your caliber." Another burn. He sort of always loved his insults, it was the immediate dynamic he liked to create with any given person; it was better not to delude them with the notion that he was personable. He really wasn't. He was deviant, ambitious and enigmatic. And that was all.
He looked to the side to see Keira, who looked pretty angry from first glance. He had no clue why, things were getting very interesting. Maybe she forgot her kotex and she accidentally leaked a bit. Maybe she was constipated. The world would never know. Until she explained it, which seemed to be about to happen.
The hairs on the back go his neck stood straight as Caelum lowered his glasses lower on the bridge of his nose to get a better look at the woman. There was something that was screaming at him to take her out now before something happened, and it was not Two's influence trying to take over. This came from his subconscious, 'The Collective'. "Wouldn't want you ending up a bloody pile anyhow. Two would just love to take away my fun." His voice remained a little altered, but now seemed colder. His eyes stayed on Kira though he spoke to Simon. He did not look at her in a challenging way, but his intent should have been clear: 'I will defend myself.' He had no idea who this woman was, but apparently she knew him. Should he have known her? He did not recall Aeden having another child, so she was not from the Nagamo family. Maybe the jokes about Jade's 'freeness' were true? He knew Jade actually had a hell of a lot less number lovers than she was portrayed to have had by friends and such. Cousin, perhaps? She did not get that look until she saw his face.... No, not until hearing the name and seeing the eyes.
"Let me handle the b***h." "Two, that wouldn't be a good idea." "She ********' wants to go!" "So kill someone becuse they're a little mad? Uuggghhhh, the mood's gone. Three, you handle this." Enough.
Caelum was getting a splitting headache. It took a lot of effort and concentration, but he managed to quell the voices as the 'Real Caelum' took over. He no longer took the form of a fool, but of someone who was much more calm and controlled. His voice also returned to normal; no lisps, no endless cursing. "I don't know who you are, and if I did something to you, then I apologize. He finally stood and dusted himself off. He took a more gentleman-like stance. His speech was more refined, yet not enough to be considered snobby. "If you want to fight, then by all means have at it. Otherwise, you need to calm yourself." A warning? A suggestion? It was up to her to decide how to interpret his words. While he had the time, he turned to Simon and gave him a once over again. Four's tastes were..... Odd. Caelum put his hands together towards Simon, showing the universal sign of 'I'm sorry'.
The scroll constraining his chain-scythe felt a little heavy, but was in such a way to easily get to should he need to use it in a hurry.
Keira was having a hard time stopping herself from going woman mode and wrecking this chump. She steadied herself and remembered Avient's teachings; regulate your breathing and assess the situation. Here was a boy who had everything she had ever wanted and he did not even know who she was. It felt like a slap to the face, but not from Caelum. No, indeed it was for the woman Keira was unlucky enough to have popped out of. It felt as if no matter how much she wanted to distance herself from that vile woman Keira was always standing in her shadow. Something changed in the boy before her, and he suddenly had an entire different demeanor. That made Keira very uncomfortable. Something was wrong with him, he had no idea who she was, and she was still ready to tear those pretty eyes out of his head.
Caelum telling her to calm down had the adverse effect, obviously. "You just don't get it do you?" The words came out of her mouth slowly and calmly, as if she wrapped her tongue around each one and coated them in poison. But before could continue something else caught her eye. Off on a rocky hill stood a boy, one who looked exactly like Caelum. Confusion crossed her face and Keira was suddenly wary. She had never heard of twins from her mother. And then two more figures popped out from the fringes of the thread. One was Simon and one was Keira. The actual woman was taken aback, staring into her own blue eyes. "What the bloody he-" The false image of her began to weave seals, a set she already knew. In an instant Keira released herself from the genjutsu, canceling it out immediately. Simon and Caelum's doubles began an attack as well. Before she jetted off, the color in Keira's eyes drained in place of a blood red. Her pupil's dilated and then split into tomoes, revealing her true nature. Keira distanced herself from the group, lining up with Caelum's clone. If she could not beat the tar out of the actual Caelum his mirror would have to serve in his place.

His eyes sought for more, the crystal green flaring with intrigue at the current predicament. He had by now all but shrugged aside the sexuality of this conversation, and instead scoped into whatever it was Keira seemed to have against this... many-faced entity. His feet felt imbalanced against the sand, a flexible surface that sought the waves and the sun. Quite honestly, if anyone here had come for the sights of the sea and sky, it was probably him. He could at least get lost in the moment as the two bickered beside him. Perhaps he could even fade away, take a step back and not be seen again. He wanted to train now, perhaps, or sleep, or make his kill. He wasn't sure, but he'd had his fill of people for the day. They were just as they had been yesterday, and the day before that.
He saw Caelum apologize to him, and he ignored it. He watched as Keira threw a tantrum, and he ignored it. The girl was just trying to be edgy. There was literally not a single reason he could imagine her suddenly turning into an amazonian on this guy. If he did something so horrendous to her as to warrant this response, then she would've remembered the instant she saw him. Not now, not so late.
Simon had perhaps turned back on his first impression of her; that she was at least slightly unique, and perhaps impressive during times that could permit. Now, she just seemed like everyone else. Dramatic.
When the specters arose, his attention very quickly returned, but not fully. He still had his hands in his pockets, his eyes staring carelessly. He wondered if it was just someone playing with them, making clones. But then, they started with their ninja magic. Weaving seals. He reacted by not reacting at all, considering it was Keira as the target. Simon pulled his hands out of his pockets, and then immediately crafted his most dangerous of abilities, the trademark of his bloodline: the detachment of the primitive world. He formed the cubical variant, useful for most situations. And then, like the speed of a bullet, the cube released and immediately surrounded Keira's clone. She had one instant, only one instant to escape the radius or be fried, turned to ash like a victim of the plague.
"No, I don't. Maybe you can enlighten me later. For now, go nuts on those. I'll cover you." Caelum blinked as he spoke to both the woman and the other guy, his eyes turning from a rich golden color to a silver color, his pupils turning from their normal appearance to a set of crescent moons. [1] His hands immediately extended forward as he gazed at the three fakers. His chakra use would have no immediate effects, but soon could cause the fakes demises. Applying the chakra thrice, he was able to apply the technique on all three targets. He would sit back and wait, picking his targets and applying support where it is needed. It would allow the other two to do as they pleased.
Techniques Used [1] x3 Silver Haze - B Rank - A technique that is best used in conjunction with the hidden mist or hidden moon technique, or anywhere with smoke/mist/steam/fog. Its a powerful genjutsu, it goes unnoticed until its too late. It targets the opponent's five senses of the brain, smell, taste, hearing, touch, vision. During the fight, the opponent wouldn't realize the technique is affecting them until their third sense is lost. The senses return after the genjutsu.

Keira's demeanor changed in the instant that Simon fired off a pew pew laser. She calmed and saw everything. The way the wind moved false Caelum's hair and caught the moonlight, how devoid of emotion his face was, and even the intricate patterns his hands moved in. The woman's own hands met in a dance of her own, and Caelum was looking right at her. She sprinted forward and activated the technique. The clone let out a cry of pain as he felt a scorching sword press against his back. He doubled over in pain and reached for the wound that did not exist. Keira rapidly closed the distance and leaped forward, extending one foot and slamming it into the side of the clone's face. Caelum's mirror match rolled away with the impact and quickly regained his footing. As he raised his head his eyes were almost a perfect match for Keira's. The same blood red mixed with black dots and swirls. This enraged her even more. Once more Keira formed seals, and now with the added Sharingan Caelum would certainly pick up on the action. High perception was a double edged sword. Before his very eyes he would see Keira knock him to the ground and straddle his chest. With her fingers she would reach down and viciously pluck his eyes from his head. The image was over in an instant but it had done its damage. Her intent was clear.
The doppleganger brought his hands close and formed seals Keira had never seen. She angled her head to the side and watched carefully, her body tensing and readying for the fight. A flash of moonlight appeared around Caelum and blades as silver as his hair wrapped around his eyes. He sprinted forward and met Keira in battle. She herself had no other weapon aside from a kunai, but that was all she would need. Keira was not afraid to fight dirty, and Caelum certainly did not expect her to suddenly smash her head into his face. He lashed out wildly and caught the girl on the arm, his blade slicing through her jacket and flesh. Or so she thought. There was no wound but there was pain. Keira gritted her teeth but made no sounds of pain. Instead she disengaged, taking the time that Caelum had to recover to rapidly form seals. As her hands raised to her mouth Keira took in a deep breath and exhaled. A giant fireball shot forth, the flames scorching the earth it traveled over. Keira had wanted to give herself a moment to breath, but Caelum had another plan. A hole opened in the fireball and on the otherside of it was the clone pointing a finger at her. A beam of light had shot out. "You've only made it worse for yourself, chump." Keira raised her hand in a single seal and suddenly disappeared. In truth she was in the same place, merely pushing herself up to her feet. Caelum would see her appear directly before him and stab him right in the throat. His eyes bulged and he clutched at his throat. Keira snapped her fingers to catch his attention and weaved a slow set of seals as she walked forth. Before he could react it was enough. Caelum's body locked in place, completely stunned from the genjutsu. Keira walked up to Caelum and grabbed her kunai once again, stopping just in front of him. She placed the tip of the kunai against his heart and paused, turning back to look at the real Caelum. She stared at him with a dead look in her eyes for just a moment. In a flash she whirled around and sunk the kunai deep into Caelum's left eye. Letting the mirror mode fall down without a care she turned and realized she had made a mistake.
No one had bothered to focus on the false Simon. Keira watched as some sort of shape formed and launched at her. She had enough sense to dodge but could not get out of the blast radius. A rock the size of a fist found its way right against Keira's head. Her vision flashed and the Sharingan deactivated momentarily. Keira scrambled to her feet, using one hand to wipe away the blood from her eye. The Simon knock off was walking calmly towards her, the look of superiority clean on his face. Keira gritted her teeth in annoyance and formed set of seals. She took in a breath and launched a stream of fire, immediately activating another genjutsu. Simon had been looking directly at her and could not help but be stunned by her stupefication technique. The doppleganger could only stand still as the flames licked at his skin and literally incinerated him. Keira kept the flames going as long as she could before ending it, falling heavily on one shoulder. She rolled onto her back and groaned. The pain had reached her now. Her body was covered in bruises, scrapes, scratches, and even a hole through her shoulder. She laughed and immediately regretted it, a jolt of strain and discomfort shooting through her body had her clenching her jaw shut.
"Joy, have you ever seen the ocean?" Atsuma asked seemingly to himself. To the outside world he was talking to himself, but ever since the mission with the old man he'd gain a partner. A spirit to be more specific and her name was Joy. She explained to Atsuma that there were others. Her brothers and sisters so to speak. Now she was with him. "Hmmmm...A long, long time ago! But i can't remember to well!" She was very excited Atsuma could tell. As with most things she did or saw. She was the spirit of Joy after all. With a smile he told her to get get ready. The sight seeing would sadly have to wait. There seemed to be some sort of battle going on at the beach. "More clones..." Atsuma mumbled reffering to the dopplegangers that had been attacking the village. His confrontation was not too long ago, but it was indeed hairy. Atsuma tried to make out their faces, but couldn't identify them. He knew they were genin due to their fighting skills, but probably were from seperate classes. Should we help them Atsuma? Joy asked all excited for a fight. The negative side effect of her possession was rearing its ugly head. "Of course not Joy! It's much more fun to watch! Haha!!" With that said the boy sat down with his legs crossed where he could watch it all unfold. Memories from his Stone Body training were returning now that he was at the beach again. All of that pain and suffering paid off in the end.

This fight was strange to him. Somehow he'd got stuck where all the action wasn't, just standing and avoiding eye contact with Keira Junior after witnessing what Keira Senior did to the false him. That was rather embarrassing, though it wasn't actually him so he could accredit it to the fake-him's stupidity. Then again, why was there a fake him anyway? This felt sort of like a teenage, edgy fanfiction where he was definitely not the main character, probably the generic side character that liked to be lazy and then sometimes have a badass moment or two. Or three.
Well, today, one of his badass moments would arrive. Mostly because of necessity however. It wasn't like he could sacrifice the false Kira to Jashin. The original Keira already seemed soulless enough. A rip version of her certainly didn't have the resources necessary for his God's likings. Well, if that was the case, then he could just destroy her. Mind you, his first attempt failed, as she seemed to use some genjutsu to get out of his all-consuming cube. However, she had to see it coming in order to get out of it. Surely that wasn't so strenuous of a requirement, considering she had a sharingan, but he could pull it off. First, he didn't need to craft a handsign, he only made a gesture. Then, there were two Simon's, and one of them casually seemed to fade from the scene. Then, there was just the return of the attempted eye contact, which mostly felt like trolling by the dyke's clone.
After some time, his clone had set up shop and it felt like she'd forgotten about him. So, he allowed him to make his move. He dashed to her at first, then made the motion to punch her against the back of her neck. She seemed to notice, but did not react. Instead, once it made impact, she substituted and appeared rather close to the real Simon. She was above him, kicking downward to try and immobilize him by the impact. However, he did not care if the impact was made. He brought his hands together, aimed upwards, and carved through her body, splitting it apart with a beam that could incinerate a diamond. Of course, she did manage to land a kick against his head, but it wasn't so bad that he'd need a doctor or anything. Just one long close of the eyes and magical glowy medical hand would do the trick.
"That was something," he said, breathing in and out. The young man stood up and clapped the dirt off of his hands, then rolled his neck and shrugged. "Am I the only one who stopped to wonder if maybe there was someone behind that attack? They could even be nearby. We should be on our guard as we, you know. Engage in our dramatics that we were previously engaged in." Not him, but these two. He was sort of just standing and staring, observing and being observed. It was sort of boring, and he'd already been thinking of ways to ditch . . .
Caelum thought for a moment as he performed a string of handsigns. [1] Once done, and just as the last of the fakes were destroyed, a circle formed beneath the feet of both KEIRA and Simon. After a few moments, a warmth would touch their bodies, mending any wounds they received in the fight. Both seemed more capable than they appeared. Keira's little show did not do much to intimidate him, but did give Caelum some insight as to what her beef was with him.
"I don't know who they were, but they had our biological signatures. The technique that my fake used... it can't even be copied by a sharingan." Luckily Two, Three, and Four were keeping quiet. The technique he was using worked its magic, and barely drained anything from his Lunar Chakra pool. "As far you so go," he glared at Keira, "let me guess, family issues?" The stab to the eye was a clear enough message, but did not give the specifics. He was curious, not because he was worried about his own health, but because if there was a closer connection between her and he, he might have felt a little... Whatever. The point was that he wanted to know.
Caelum spoke to Simon now. "As far as the one behind this goes, no, he or she won't strike right now. The details were accurate enough to pass as our doubles. Someone using that kind of premeditation would not strike unless we were greatly worn out. I can have you both back up to one-hundred percent before he or she could even make an appearance. He or she might be watching, but unless one of you can sense someone who's trying to hide their presence in the dark, it would take too much energy and time trying to find them." One of the pros of being a Wangetsu user was the ability to heal both people's bodies and their chakra. Sure, it sacrificed his own, but he had found ways to increase his capabilities.
"The Devil Has Many Faces."
Techniques Used [1] Encirclement of Light - Rank: D - After a series of handsigns, the user spreads his or her chakra around them in a circle that's about 5ft in diameter. Once completed the circle becomes like a barrier, deflecting any projectiles thrown and any weak jutsu that is of the same rank or lower then this jutsu. During the time spent in the circle which is only one post, the user is healed of any minor cuts, bruises, and any other minor injuries. When the user reaches the level of a jonin, the rank of this jutsu increases to B, and its healing capabilities increase along with it. They will never be able to regenerate limbs with this technique or organs. On top of that they cannot attack while healing.

Keira sat against the wall of the little hole she was laying in, leaning away from her shoulder. When the light enveloped her confusion was on her face, and then understanding. She felt a queer itching and a subtle aching where her wound was. Tentatively Keira reached up and pushed a finger through the hole of her jacket. "Oh, well that sucks." She'd need a new jacket now, but this one just had so much soul and history. The woman bedgrudingly shrugged off the old leather and left it on the ground. Keira pushed herself up to a standing position and stretched out her limbs. Her palms patted down the pockets of her shorts. "For the love of- Where the bloody hell-" Keira leaned over and reached into the inner pocket of her jacket, her fingers closing around a small cardboard box. "There is a god." Keira muttered to herself as she flicked open the top, shaking the pack to get one loose. When she saw them a frown crossed her face. Each cigarette was bent and broken, most likely from the fight she had just been in. Keira gripped the back and tossed it at the ground with anger.
Her next step was to climb out of the hole and flip her hair out of her face. She looked at the scene around her. Where Simon was facing there was a huge hole in the trees just on the edge of the beach. Like a perfect circle of sorts. Keira shrugged her shoulders and adjusted her shirt, letting it hang off of her shoulders artfully. She had missed what Simon had done to get rid of her doppleganger but figured it was just as magnificent as her own two kills. "Good aim there, yeah?" Keira called out, completely ignoring everything Caelum had said. She had shown him what would happen in the future. It was not some idle threat, but a promise that would one day come to fruition. Until then though, he was nothing to her. He was a new non factor in his life and that battle had proven as such to her. Maybe one day Caelum would be worth something, but today was certainly not that day. He hadn't done much other than stand around and do very little, and even his clone revealed how little he actually had known. "Seems like I've got a bit of shopping to do. I'm off to see what the Village has got in terms of missions. I'll catch you around Laser Boy." Keira said before nodding at him and turning away. This place had gotten too crowded and she really wanted a cigarette. Without turning back around Keira called out to Simon once again. "I'm Keira, Keira Knight." And with that the woman was off, marching down the sand and away into the night.
