Takashi was abandoned when he was young boy. He grew up in an orphanage and began to develop his skills unknowingly as a young child. He often stole from others, pick pocketing others until he went into the wrong pockets. He was caught one day by one of the elders of the village. Instead of being sent to jail however, the elder took an interest in the young Takashi. The elder enrolled Takashi into the ninja academy, where he began his training to become a ninja. This however did not stop him from his mischievous ways, as he used his newly found skills to continue his ways. He never thought about his family, or where he came from. He had a power to track everyone's chakra, one that seemed uncanny. He was eventually adopted into the Shihoin clan, having some connections to Tsukikage, Jade Shihoin. He has always lived in Yukigakure and has yet to travel the world.

This ability allows the user to suppress their chakra to the point that it is completely undetectable. This makes it impossible for sensor-type shinobi to track them via chakra. The downside of this ability is that since the user suppresses their chakra they are unable to use sense other targets.
- Mind's Eye of the Kagura
Rank: D
This ability allows the user to find, sense, and track individuals through their chakra over vast range. This is done by closing their eyes and opening the mind's eye. The ability extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or if someone is under a genjutsu. Also by focusing on a particular chakra they can perceive its location and movement with great detail. When active this technique takes 2 Chakra Points of upkeep per post.

The user can heal other's wounds by having them bite into their skin and suck out their chakra. In addition to rapidly depleting their chakra reserves, the user is left with a permanent bite mark every time they uses it. Due to this depletion of chakra, it is dangerous for them to use this ability more than once a day. The amount of chakra put in does a certain amount of healing. Limbs may not be regenerated. As a side effect of sucking chakra the target gains half the chakra spent on healing.

Uchiha Zakoichi Ro Mayvine This is not meant to be a thread for questions, so this is the only time I'll answer anymore here; "Where do I find the paths?" I've told you already that the paths for Taijutsu are Speed Passive and Strength Passive, basically you choose between starting with +1/2 to speed or strength. "Can I be an Uzumaki, and have the Kaguya Kekkei Genkai?" Yes. I've also noticed that you have a summon listed, you do not start with a summon, and have to apply for it. Additionally you can only have a single summon from a contract. Ultimately I ask that you please read over the rules and systems, as it seems haven't really done that yet. Fixed Decided to not have any Clan/Kekkei Genkai. just need summonings to be accepted.

Always in a pursuit of improvement, he carries a very 'against the struggle' mentality. He is often berated, usually by his brother, for his plans going wrong. Not without reason, as most of his plans end up botched due to his lack of finesse. This has, however, led to him being surprisingly good at improvisation. Some would consider it his forte. He is widely recognized for his violent outburst, which are followed by a calm and off-setting change of pace. In battle, he is a wild and unpredictable man. His blood lust has been known to be so potent that some say they smell raspberries when he gets going, although it has never been really proven. With a deadly combination of ruthlessness and selfishness, if you need a job done Kokutan is your ninja.

☐ Background: Zoge and his twin brother have lived a very interesting life. They were born like everyone else and had a relatively normal couple of years before the madness started. His mother murdered his father, pushing him down a flight of stairs then finishing the job by stabbing him to death with scissors. His mother went on to leave Zoge, Kokutan and the rest of his siblings at a "foster camp", which was actually a front for a child smuggling ring. At this point Zoge and Kokutan were brutally tortured. Zoge was left without water for weeks and Kokutan was placed in genjutsu where he was harassed by demon dolphins. To pass the time, the camp leaders would force the children to fight. The twins mercilessly killed all their enemies including their own siblings. The fatalities in the camp continued even after the fighting stopped for the day. When it became clear that the culprits were the two boys, they were quickly sold. On the way to their new camp the boys were "rescued" by a disheveled man. He went on to teach the boys all they would need to know about life on the four day trip back to his village. Once at the village, the man escorted the boys to well off families offering them as personal servants. All of the prospective customers declined due to the boys appearance and general behavior. The man, let down that his new merchandise bore no fruit, cut his losses. After being in the child smuggling system for years, the boys were dropped off in front of the village academy. Shark Morphology: Kokutan's body has two very developed extrasensory organs.
- The Lateral Line system allows the detection of movement and vibrations in the water surrounding an animal, providing spatial awareness and the ability to navigate in space.
-The Ampullae of Lorenzini Kokutan to sense electric fields in the water. Each ampulla consists of a jelly-filled canal opening to the surface by a pore in the skin and ending blindly in a cluster of small pockets full of special jelly. The ampullae are mostly clustered into groups inside the body, each cluster having ampullae connecting with different parts of the skin, but preserving a left-right symmetry. The canal lengths vary from animal to animal, but the distribution of the pores is generally specific to each species. The ampullae pores are plainly visible as dark spots in the skin. Approved for now, but seeing as Cody has exactly the same personal attribute as another RPC, that could be a problem in the future. Kokutan would only have auto-learned his bloodline techniques, so everything else needs to be removed. Also, I don't think Shark Morphology can be allowed to exist as a single personal attribute, each part would have to take up a separate slot.
