I know you're thinking why not Butler versuses Butler. It's because Alfred just doesn't have what it takes to beat Walter.
Batman
I really don't think I need to explain this to you guy's.
Walter C Dornez
A british man in his late 50's, early sixties, he is currently the butler of the Hellsing Family. He is a former "Trashman" of the royal order of Protestant Knights and thus is an expert in fightting the undead and the inhuman. He served alongside Alucard when he was in his late teens, having been in the organization since he was thirteen. Though getting on in years and is over the hill, he is still as fast as he ever was, on par with a vampire. This means he can easily dodge gunfire. His main weapon is an unknown amount of "monofilament wire" that, coupled with his skill allows him to easily tear through reinforced steel/titanium(nott exactly sure what the composition of a combat helicopter is.) and he can easily kill at least a dozen opponents in one move.

Okay, then that would be difficult. I doubt Batman could even get close from what I've seen of Walter in Hellsing. However, his smoke bombs and other gadgets might be of some help as a distraction so he could close in.
In an enclosed space, I would give it to Walter 6/10, in an open space I would call it even, 5/5.

I give this fight to Walter at least 8 times out of Ten. Batman simply isn't on the level of vampires in speed, strength, or cunning. Walter has easily trumped vampires on multiple occasions in his life. Bats kevlar suit wouldn't last two seconds against Walter's monofilament wire.

Well I was thinking along the lines of how Batman has fought many enemies with strange or exotic attacks before, so a lot of the time he could probably come up with a strategy (based on ranged attacks like batarangs and gas bombs).

I think Walter would win it, sadly. Walter seems to have the ability to take out opponents more efficently and quicker than Batman. With Batman, it takes good amount of time for him to get an opponent down, but Walter seems to be able to hack things into shreds within seconds.
Also, Batman couldn't slide back together like a No-Life-King.
Advantage: Walter.
