Sex toys can be made out of a lot of different kinds of materials. And those different materials can have very different care and cleaning instructions. Some of the materials are easier to clean than others. As a result, some materials are ok for sharing while others are not recommended for sharing except between people who are ok with sharing their bodily fluids. So getting tested for STDs probably would be a good idea just to be on the safe side if you're not sure if you cleaned the toy properly or aren't sure if the toy is safe for sharing. In the future, always make sure you're familiar with and following a toy's care and cleaning instructions, especially if it's a shared toy.
The word "c**" is kind of unclear because it can actually mean a few different things. But it sounds like you're asking if you can have an orgasm without ejaculating anything. If so, yes, you can. Guys can sometimes orgasm without ejaculating, although the two usually go hand in hand for them. Female ejaculation, on the other hand, is rare. Most of us don't ejaculate anything during orgasm.
