This set of rules is mainly for the Roleplay itself.
RP Rules:
- Please follow Gaia Rules and ToC
- NO Godmodding; this means you are not an all powerful jerk overlord who is impenetrable. Suck it up and take damage.
- NO Autohitting; This means nothing like "Cuts off your arm and liver and rips it out rib cage in blow!" NO. Bad. Give people a chance to fight back or defend.
- NO Puppeteering; this means you can not control somebody's else's character through an ability or otherwise. The only exception would be if you were fighting some Nonplayable character enemies like a pack of rabid goblins that you yourself are controlling alone.
- NO Asterisk posting for actions such as: *Went to market and tripped over penny*. If you don't know how to type without asterisks, go back to kindergarten! lol
- DO NOT quote an entire person's previous post. Use something like: [ quote=" *insert gaia name*"] [ /quote] (without the spaces in between obviously) so that just the person is quoted and not their entire previous post. It is nice to quote people though especially in groups to let them know you posted.
- NO double posting or posting after every single person when in a large group. Do not post again until everyone in your party has had a chance to say what they need to. It is rude to not let the others have a chance to catch up. If they take too long, message them. You may only double post if you are alone.
-ALL RP Profiles must be sent to a Captain or Vice before it can be accepted and posted in the subforum.
- You MUST include at least a picture of your character somewhere. Pictures are nice and helpful. So are post formats X'D
- If you can not get along with somebody, do not cause a pointless feud in the middle of the RP. You're old enough to act like mature-ish people.
- NO deleting a post without crew or higher consent.
- It is nice to include things like 'Where am I', 'Who I'm with', and Out of Character thoughts" at the bottom of your RP post somewhere neatly. It's the only time you are allowed to talk out of character in the RP areas. It's optional also, you are not required to have that stuff, but it's nice.
- READ. This seems like a common sense rule but you have no idea how many people don't bother reading details other people put! READ what others put so you understand what's going on.
- Also include good descriptions. Not "Went to market. Many people. Left" This is a LITERATE guild once again, so add details that don't make kindergartners seem like professional writers XD Ok?
-IF you are inactive for too long, you're char can be killed and deleted!
-Moogles, Chocobo, Riding Yoshis, wyvern, demons, monsters, ponies, and such ARE allowed from the actual games. Just let me know if you have such things.
