After the fall of the first Yukigakure, the Land of Snow was gripped in a 50 year period of endless war. Clan was pitted against clan, blood stained the white snow red, and the beautiful land was gripped in misery and strife. But after years of war, one man rose to change all of that.
His name was Ruri'iro Yuki, Head of his clan. After taking an odyssey and gazing at the beauty of the other Shinobi Villages, he decided he wanted the same for the Land of Snow. So after calling for an end of the bloodshed, he called for negotiations and united the clans to create the new Yukigakure.
But the Land of Snow isn't as peaceful as you may believe now. For even now, there are pockets of resistance to Ruri'iro's ideals. Bandit Leaders, rebel clan members, gangs, and the like all seeking to destabilize the peace Ruri'iro helped to create and ignite a new stage of war within the Land of Snow. It is the job of Yukigakure's ninjas to stop this from coming to pass.
