Maribo is very psychologically strong and can’t easily be shaken by anything. One thing you must know about Maribo is that she is brutally honest, when someone asks her for advice she does not spare their feelings. This has earned her the alias angel of truth.
Historical Description
Maribo was a star student of the Shinōreijutsuin. In her classes she excelled at just about everything, and received high remarks from her teachers and fellow students. Although not a prodigy, the captain commander caught wind of her achievements and reserved a spot in Squad 1. Once Maribo had graduated from the Shinōreijutsuin she began her duties in Squad 1 as the 10th seat. In order for her to become a Lieutenant, she had to fight tooth and nail to reach her goal. After 50 years of training in various techniques: Kaidou, Kidou, Zanjutsu, Taijutsu, and Shunpo; Maribo had finally reached a level of strength to surpass her former Lieutenant. But Maribo’s training didn’t stop there, for her there were no such things as limits.
The present day Maribo still trains and communicates with her zanpakto daily. She is constantly striving to surpass her captain’s expectations. On the battlefield Maribo does not hesitate to quickly subdue her opponent, she never feels the need to prolong a battle simply for thrill of it.

Techniques
Scream: Maribo holds her zanpakuto upwards and a loud blood curdling scream emits from her zanpakuto. The screaming of her blade sends out soundwaves to distract and disorient the enemy, while simultaneously vibrating the blade like an electric saw and increase it's cutting power.
Weep: Upon saying this incantation, Kuro Hanayome starts to make a moaning and crying sound. The blade itself begins to "cry" blood. The blood is highly corrosive, even able to melt through concrete but against people with high spiritual power it causes mild burns. If concentrated enough it can melt through kido barriers. Even Maribo isn't immune to this power, so that's why she excels in kaidou to heal her wounds.
Black Veil: This technique causes a shield of darkness in the appearance of a bridal veil to appear in front of Maribo. It can be also used from behind to guard her blind spot.
Scarlet Kiss: Kuro Hanayome's blade turns scarlet and so does Maribo's eyes. Every time Maribo strike's something with Scarlet Kiss it leaves behind an insignia. The insignia degrades the integrity of whatever it attached to over a period of time until it disappears.
