Is the religion (Satanism) related in any way to the Illuminatti or to Free Masonry?

No.

The Illuminati was destroyed like 250 years ago.

The Freemasons are pretty relaxed dudes really. They just have a clubhouse you're not invited to. Like those guys who didn't let you into their treehouse when you were a kid.

Satanism is pretty new, so it can't be related to the Illuminati. There may be some Satanists who are Freemasons, but there's not really much to tie them together as far as I know.

Let's not forget that LaVey only called it Satanism just for shock value. It has very little to do with actual Satan worship.
