Although at first appearing somewhat arrogant, immature and obnoxious; once you get to know Oribā, you discover that he is actually quite a nice, sensitive and passionate soul whom uses the former traits as a façade in order to protect himself from being used or hurt. He is just as vulnerable as everyone, uncomfortable in his own skin hence why he tries to cover it up with tattoos. And is brutally honest about almost everything. How he truly is puts a huge dent in the myth his fans spread around that he is somewhat invincible.
Oli is also married to music it seems, unable to stop thinking about it for even a second. He tries really hard to succeed with his career and pours his heart and soul into his writing. Even though music is his main forte; Oli is also heavily interested in fashion and has a secret love for sentimentality.

Boisu users can imitate any voice they have heard before flawlessly.
• Placement ~ E Rank
Boisu users can speak and then place what they said in a different location, similar to ventriloquism however unlike ventriloquists they have to move their mouths. It is often used as a means of distraction and has a range of 100 yards.
• Echo ~ E Rank
This technique can be used as either a distraction or tactical device; Boisu users can give their voice a natural echo even in the middle of large open spaces. Not only does it serve as a great decoy or disorientating toolk but a Boisu user may also delay the effect of another technique to instead act upon the echo created by them instead of the primary noise.
• Vocal Endurance and Resilience ~ E Rank ~ Passive
Himei clan members during their Prepubescence are subjected to rigorous voice training in order to increase their throat's endurance and resilience to infection; it is a genuinely useful technique making their voices able to continue when others would give out even before they can use Boisu.

Allows a Himei to perform a perfect wolf howl, usually used for signals.
• Vocal Manipulation ~ D Rank ~ Passive
This is the first technique ever taught to Boisu users and may seem silly at first, however, it is the most important technique they will ever learn. Through strenuous practice Himei clan members become familiar with all the natural assets of their voice be it tone, pitch, volume or whatever and how to manipulate them naturally without chakra. Once this has been learnt testing all their limits and familiarising them with their voice, they will then find it easier to learn Boisu techniques.
• Ventriloquism ~ D Rank
Boisu users can speak and use their vocal abilities without having to move their mouths. Skilled Boisu users can even hide their actions, making it look as if they're doing nothing at all and continuing on as normal.
• Lubrication ~ D Rank ~ Passive
Although it sounds dirty, this technique is all about cleanliness; a Himei's voice is his weapon, so to keep that weapon primed and ready for use they must keep their throat clear and hydrated as to not do damage. To do this, Himei's vocal chords have adapted so that when chakra is passed through them, they produce moisture to lubricate and protect themselves. It takes training to be able to utilise this fully.
• Scream ~ C Rank
Scream does exactly as it says by gathering chakra into the throat and expelling it in a high pitched, almost super sonic level scream. It is one of the only offensive techniques used in Boisu not only able to shatter glass or burst ear drums but also able to propel shinobi tools at a great speed or repel enemy shinobi.
• Target ~ C Rank
Used for precision, Target allows a Himei to 'aim' their voice at a group or individual and allow that them be the sole victim/ victims of a technique or allow them to be the only one/ ones to hear their voice. To target someone, the Himei member must either be able to see them or have identified them using the Sonar Technique.

This allows a Himei to amplify their voice to phenomenal levels usually impossible to humans.
• Stereo ~ C Rank
Stereo allows Himei users to layer multiple techniques one on top of the other in order to cause multiple effects in one burst of sound.
• Oli's Boisu Ninjutsu Application Method ~ Passive ~ Custom ~ C Rank
Eager to earn his clan's respect, Oli devised this technique in order to impress them. This technique allows Oli to use any type of Ninjutsu that is expelled from his mouth without the use of Handseals. Although the technique itself does not take any chakra, it is extremely difficult and only possible to Boisu users thanks to the chakra sensitive linings on their vocal chords; the user must gather the required chakra in their throat as they would using Boisu and knead it properly without the aid of handsigns to use the technique. Even with this technique, Oli still cannot use Katon Jutsu.
• Truth ~ B Rank
A Genjutsu like power, Himei users can manipulate the tones of their voice to sound more appealing or alluring to other people; whilst using truth, Himei users are more believable than others even able to lie to the best interrogators and be believed. One can escape the effect of this power via Kai if they know it is being used on them, already knowing the truth or being presented with undeniable evidence that contradicts what the Himei is saying. This power also cannot work if the lie told is an impossibility i.e: "You can breathe in space." This power also cannot work to manipulate people to an impossible drastic action i.e: A Himei cannot lie to someone who is confident and say they wished to kill themselves because they felt worthless unless it was an actual possibility.
• Lullaby ~ B Rank
A genjutsu like power where hearing the Himei's voice makes the victim feel sleepy, this can be done via talking, singing or merely hearing them whisper. After prolonged exposure for around 4 posts without the use of Kai or Pain as a means to break free; the victim will fall asleep for a short amount of time or woken up. The short amount of time is directionally proportional to the amount of exposure the victim has received. So, 4 posts of exposure means the person should be asleep for 4 posts if not woken up by someone else.
• Suggestion ~ B Rank
Suggestion is a two pronged technique which works via making a Himei's suggestions more prominent in conversation or debate thanks to perfecting their tone and volume control whilst also using layer of chakra in their voice to manipulate the victims affinity. Under the effect of this jutsu, the victim will consider what the Himei has said very seriously but it is still only a suggestion. It does not mean that the person will do it. It also cannot be used to make someone break character or inflict self harm. It also cannot be used to suggest impossibilities.
• Deafen ~ B Rank
By releasing a short, harsh, painful scream a Himei can deafen their opponent temporarily or permanently depending on the ferocity or frequency of exposure. After being blasted with the sound for one post, it will render the victim deaf for one post and take them two posts after that to fully regain their hearing. After regaining their hearing it will take twice as many exposures to the technique to deafen them once again in the same fight and half as long to recover. However, if a user wishes to permanently deafen their target, the target must be exposed to the technique for two posts without interruption.
• Resonating Echo Voice Drill ~ B Rank
This technique was copied from Dosu Kineta's techniques. By generating enough sound, Himei can use their chakra to redirect the sound waves in mid-air to their intended target/ targets. By damaging the victim's inner ear, the victim is rendered off-balance and nauseous.
By sending the sound-waves through a solid object, this technique can be used to destroy it. As seen in Dosu's fight with Chōji Akimichi, the sound drill and therefore the voice drill can also be directed through water weight with similar effect. Therefore the greater fat index an opponent has, the more they are affected by this; Chōji, using his Multi-Size Technique at the time, was instantly defeated.
• Sonar ~ A Rank
Used in a similar manner to its namesake, this technique uses sound waves infused with the user's chakra to locate and sense people over a large distance; skilled Himei can even use it to identify the level of their target like Pein's Rain Tiger at Will Technique and then become familiar enough with the opponent's chakra signature that they will be able to recognise it in the future.
• Tinnitus ~ A Rank
After screeching towards an opponent, the Himei will damage their ear to produce a tinnitus like effect. This ringing produces a particular sound wave, which travels from the inner ear directly to affect the brain. This causes her target to hallucinate, seeing multiple images of the caster, and making it very hard to tell the real one from the illusions. Additionally, the target loses their motor skills with continued exposure to the ringing. To combat this technique one must receive fast medical treatment.
Ninjutsu:
• Kawarimi no Jutsu - Change of Body Stance Technique ~ E Rank
Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.
• Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique ~ E Rank
Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
• Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill ~ E Rank
Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
• Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing ~ E Rank
Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
• Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking ~ E Rank
A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
• Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique ~ D Rank
The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui), likely referring to this technique.
The different hidden villages have variations of the Body Flicker Technique, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the Sand Body Flicker (砂瞬身, Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the Mist Body Flicker (霧瞬身, Kiri-Shunshin), Water Body Flicker (水瞬身, Mizu-Shunshin), and Leaf Body Flicker (木ノ葉瞬身, Konoha-Shunshin). The Fourth Raikage combined the Body Flicker Technique with the Lightning Release Armour which allowed him to dodge even Amaterasu in a split second.
• Buban-Tekina Shunshin no Jutsu - Partial Body Flicker Technique ~ D Rank
Developed while fighting Raitora, Oli created a sort of mini Shunshin which he can concentrate into certain parts of his body. It allows him to move these parts blindingly quick helping him to block and pary attacks with ease or dodge when needed but not in excess. Oli has theorized that he can use this technique in his arms, legs and head. His favorite is to use this technique in order to headbutt someone. This technique, like Shunshin, has a 4 post cooldown.
• Kai - Release ~ C Rank
Kai is a Ninjutsu which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
• Suiton: Mizurappa - Water Release: Wild Water Wave ~ C Rank
Water gushes out from the mouth like a waterfall and washes away the enemy. One can freely control the power of this technique with the amount chakra one releases. Having many variations, this is a basic Water Release technique.
• Raiton: Kangekiha - Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration ~ C Rank
The user generates a large amount of lightning from their hands, which can also be passed through conductive materials to improve the electrical power of the technique, to attack foes.
• Suiton: Mizuame Nabara - Water Release: Starch Syrup Capturing Field ~ C Rank
The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

• Otoken - Sonic Fist ~ B Rank
A taijutsu style Oli developed after not only realizing his own flaws being a weedy, tall and somewhat physically weak body type but also from training with Raitora. Cleverly evaluating that there was no way he could match Raitora blow for blow, strength wise, Oli derived a taijutsu style which instead sacrificed power for speed and soon became able to match Raitora blow for blow in speed. This however, is only one of the reasons it is called Sonic Fist. It is also called Sonic Fist because of the fact that the style revolves around the reflecting and redirecting of incoming blows via means of parrying or avoiding them completely via dodging. Oli found it easier to manipulate a strong attacks path than to match it on force and utilize any part of his body from the feet upwards in order to protect himself. Using the opponent's momentum, Oli could dictate the terms of battle.
In terms of attacking, the Sonic Fist relies on short, sharp and fast strikes that do little to normal amounts of damage. Usually aiming to smother his opponent, Oli can't knock an opponent off his feet but can still break their jaw.
• Tone Down ~ C Rank
Tone Down is a strange technique and used in order to counter kicking techniques. By using his own feet, Oli will intercept a kick before it has hardly left the ground with one short sharp stamp like motion to the area of the foot where the foot meets the ankle. Using his momentum and gravity to his advantage, as well as hitting a delicate area and major point in the kick; most kicks will be stopped instantly, knocking back the opponent and giving Oli time to strike,

Headband Style:
No one is really sure what happened to Oli's original headband but he wears belt buckles, t-shirts, scarves and all sorts of other clothing stuffs baring the Kumogakure logo.
Clothing:
Oli has impeccable dress sense but whilst swapping out for many jumps, t-shirts, shirts, vests and other upper body wear; a constant remainder is on his bottom half. He always wears tight skinny jeans of various colours and a variety of canvas shoes.
He has been known to wear a beanie hat whenever he has a "bad hair day".
Cherished Items:
• Oli's "Three Holy Relics"
This is a joke name given to three items very important to Oli. These three things are never not in his possession or easy to reach and they are as follows:
- Ornate Chrome Zippo Lighter: As a Himei clan member, Oli has never smoked due to the damage that it could do to his voice. However, he always has this lighter in his hands or pockets or somewhere on his person. It is fully functional and is engraved with The Flower of Life, an important geometrical symbol which shows not just the beauty but the links of all things in life; it was his friend's favourite symbol and Oli often admired it. It was during one of his many admirations of the lighter that Oli's friend turned around and said that if he was to die; Oli could have it.So, the fact he has it says a lot.
- Silver Band Ring: Due to Oli being left handed, he naturally put this silver ring on his left hand's index finger. People often confuse it for some sort of promise or engagement ring but it is in fact something Oli and his Mother called a "Comfort Ring". She gave it to him when he was young but it was far too big so he wore it around his neck. It got Oribā through some dark times in his life. On the inside of the band, it says: "I won't give up on you. So, don't give up on me."
- A Set of Ornate Silver Dog Tags: Unlike the rest of Oribā's trio of items; no one is quite sure of the origin of this ornate set of square silver dog tags. Some people swear there is writing on them, yet, no one has ever got close enough to see what it is they actually say.

Background:
Believe it or not, there was once a time where Oribā or ‘Oli’, as he is also known as, was the pride and joy of the Himei Clan. A model student, fast rising shinobi, well behaved child and a natural in the Art of Boisu; there seemed as though there was nothing really out of Oli’s reach. His Uncle, the Clan’s Head was most pleased with the young boy’s progress and was even beginning to make preparation to groom him to become the Clan’s next head. However, before the training could begin, Oribā started acting like a bit of a rebel.
At sixteen, Oli was entered into the Chuunin exams and passed them with flying colours. His team, was becoming one of the most talked about in Kumogakure; he was becoming one of the most celebrated ninja his clan had ever produced. However, in Oli there was something missing; his life yearned for some sort of excitement that was not available to his current state of affairs. So, in order to obtain the lacking element of excitement in his life; the young Chuunin snuck off to a Heavy Metal Concert being held just outside of Kumo and began rebelling against the perfect son image he had once occupied. He covered his body in tattoos and already enthralled with music, began playing and appreciating genres less appreciated by his own family such as rock, metal, scream and dubstep. Oli even began auditioning for bands and talent competitions in order to try and get himself out of Kumo and see the world.
It only took a year for Oli to finally get a shot at fame as the frontman of a band called: Lion Eyes. The band, a heavy metal band, began touring pretty much straight away and passed through many of the other Shinobi nations and began to gain themselves a small, loyal following that were particularly impressed with Oribā’s image and voice. The band was a highlight of the young Oli’s life and he met some of his best friends touring and recording with the best of them. However, it was not always going to last forever. Oli’s best friend, the band’s guitarist, died of a drug overdose. Oli had refused to take drugs to preserve his voice and also thanks to his ninja training but he still blames himself to this day for not realising the trouble his friend was in.
So, after burying his friend; Oli returned to Kumo with a small fan following. Even though he continued a small solo project with his music, Oli turned his attention back towards his shinobi training and Clan affairs. To say the least, his clan weren’t too happy with him for taking off but thanks to his Uncle begrudgingly took him back. The village itself was also quite angry with him for going AWOL. Oli refused to let it get to him though, with a new lease at life and a new found appreciation for home after the loss of his dear friend; he put his whole body and soul into becoming a great musician and an equally as epic shinobi. Although it took him a while thanks to a few sanctions set against him by the village and some prejudice from his own clan; Oribā eventually became a Jounin and has worked for the betterment of his village ever since.
