Goal:
-For the most part his has fulfilled most to all his goals in his younger years, but one has not been completed as it cant be. When he was in his 50`s he promised to protect a jounin with his life. He fought beside the jounin and he failed to protect him and he himself was left to die after the jounin was killed. He now hopes to repay it for the kage.
-A life time goal is to become a sage of one of his summons if not two. He knows there are such things as history talks about a Toad sage.

Hatarubi personality is seen to be a calm and quite one, he enjoys sitting around in off the trail or busy areas enjoying nature and people around him. He dose not talk to much when not at work or around people he has connections with.
His mannerisms are one of great loyalty,honesty, and kind words. He gives up most respect for everyone around him as he sticks to the golden rule. ' treat others the way you want to be treated.'. He can be rude if you push him to that point but only one or two people have done that in the last 40 years of his life.

Being a elderly gentleman he has felt the aging posses with wrinkles apparently. With what looks to be closed eyes he hide's his soft brown eyes. Hair that is pulled back and grey in color.

- Using his age he convinces his opponents that he lacks mobility and speed to even be on the battle field. Making them take courses of actions that can be easily countered by a elderly man with such knowledge that he has.
- Built mainly around summoning of objects or beast to do his work for him he has made weapons or tactics to surprise his attackers. Plus with a large flavor of summons due to his many years bonding with them his summons alone are flexible to fit just about any situation.
- A simple trick using a summon beast and a substitution jutsu. he will replace himself with the summoned beast for a instant surprise.

(wait what) He is able to evade attacks by equipping his clones with summon scrolls that allow them to summon him to a near by area if they see he is about to get hit. this trick dose take a good amount of chakra and he found out he can only be used twice a week.

Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
• Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing ~ E Rank
Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
• Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking ~ E Rank
A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
• Kai - Release -C Rank
Kai is a Ninjutsu which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
•Domu - Earth Spear- B Rank
Doton • Domu is a Ninjutsu utilized by Akatsuki member Kakuzu. After forming the needed Snake handseal, Kakuzu will harden his body using the Earth Element. This provides greater defense against attack and will also strengthen his arm to increase his striking ability. Like other Doton based jutsu, it is weak against Raiton attacks.
•Iwa Bunshin no Jutsu - Rock Clone Technique- C Rank
Doton • Iwa Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu that utilizes rock to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Iwa Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Iwa Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural rock state. Because the only Iwa Bunshin seen was not made in Akatsuchi's image, it is unclear if the clone has his mind or the mind of the person copied.
•Otoshi Buta - Covering Lid- B Rank.
Doton • Otoshi Buta is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Earth Element. To utilize this technique, the ANBU member will form the needed hand seal. A large earthen pot will then fall from the sky to cover and contain the target summon. A powerful enough summon will be able to overturn the pot and escape. This will be the final attack in an elemental trio used by the ANBU. First will be Fuuton • Kazekiri to cut and immobilize the target. Then Raiton • Shichuu Shibari is used to stun and trap the target. Finally Otoshi Buta is called forth to imprison the target.

Magen • Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion.

The user along two shadow clones creates a triangle seal around the opponent. Then a tetrahedral form of light traps and sends them up in the sky, leaving a large hole in the ground.
•Kyuubi Chakra Seal (Unnamed) - A Rank
This unnamed Kyuubi chakra sealing tag was given to Hatake Kakashi by the Sannin Jiraiya. When Jiraiya and Naruto left to train for two and a half years, Naruto began to further develop his ability to call on the chakra of the Kyuubi. Unfortunately the power of the Kyuubi would become too much, turning Naruto more feral and animalistic than ever before. When Naruto would lose control, the Kyuubi chakra would pour forth, and a tail would appear as the Kyuubi chakra increased. This special tag is placed on Naruto's forehead to stop this process. It will quickly begin to weaken Naruto and cut off the intense power of the Kyuubi.

•Gyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu - Reverse Summoning Technique-C
Gyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu which allows an individual to summon a person or being to their location using a summoning scroll. In normal Kuchiyose, the signed summoning contract allows the summoner to call upon his or her summons without the contract present. This modification allows for any individual to be summoned through the use of a scroll tied back to the one to be summoned. This scroll allows the individual to be far away and be transported instantly to the location of the summoning scroll. In this variation, Naruto created two clones to remain at Myouboku and gather Senjutsu chakra. Upon being needed, the scroll seal tied to one of the clones was activated, drawing one to his location.

Background:
Hotarubi Kobayashi Was born in the land of frost before the great war that caused the village to vanish from the world. There he was raised as a only child under the wings of his mother and father. While he lived in the village of Frost he was training to be a ninja but one who masters in Summons, he read book on how a rare eye ability that granted paths and one of them used just summons.. he wanted to be that person. As he was going to graduate Academy the war happened and he had to flee with the villagers leaving his parents behind to defend the village. Half away across the large waters around the Frost village there was a sound of a boom and as he looked back with fellow villagers the island that was once the village was lighting up the night sky and some beast building tall fired lasers in the far off distance.
Years Later he was found in the village hidden in the leaf where the Frost clan retreated to for safety, while there he was looked upon as strange for his lack of other skills like Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. One day while on the woods exploring he found a strange looking cub bear, he helped it and raised it and soon enough a bond was made with the bear. One day the bear rolled out a scroll and no time at all Hatarubi knew it was a contract and sighed it.. and that`s out strife and him met.
A moth passed and he had not herd from his mother and father who could of died in the attack on the Frost village. But once again he was about to graduate from the Leaf village academy but then a ANBU took him away and to the kage`s office. There he saw his mother and father who where beat and battered but alive, here in the leaf to get him and reunite. After getting his family back they all went north to the village hidden in the rocks, there they spent some years living together as a family not ninja. Sure his father taught him some jutsu from time to time and skill here and there but it was just the right way Hotarubi wanted to live.
Soon the Kobayashi family moved back to the sister village of there original home; the snow village. Once there his mother and father returned to there ninja life and Hotarubi himself finished his training and obtained a Snow village head band. His father rejoiced about his son being a ninja at last, and gave him a contract to Owls and like he did with his bear friend he agreed to the terms and took in the summon that he shared with his father. Each day he warmed up and connected to his summons and as time had it there soon where the best of friends and just a nether part of the family. Now being a ninja he set out on mission with and without his mother and father and honed his skills in the weaker areas like Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, he trained and grew up to be a real ninja like he dreamed.
While on a mission when he was 19 and chunnin a man who he had captured offered him a scroll in exchange for letting him go. After a laugh he took the school but did not let the man go. He finished the mission and returned home and found the scroll hin his bag.. he had failed to turn it in when he turned int he ninja that he hunted for. With out better judgement he opened the scroll and saw a contract for a Salamander. At first he was in question he had never known there was a summon like this one. After pondering and wondering and ect he agreed to the terms and took in the summons as one of his own. Days later he was called to the kage`s office where he got a good toung lashing for keeping the scroll and even accepting the summon due to it being a possible trap. Hotarubi Kobayashi was et go and was temporally ban from missions , in the down time he continued to bond with his summons and watched them grow, but he never summoned the salamander as he did not know what to expect. The next day he searched on the salamander and searched for summons in the library.. there seemed to be nothing about it till he found a man in the history of the mist who used the summon himself. After further investigation he learned about it and how it was instinct and never seen again in history. He owned a dead contract this made him mad but it made him wonder about if there was a summon to be summoned.
As he was about to be a possible jounin he summoned the salamander and to his suprise there was one a Red bodied with black markings salamander. Sure it was just a baby but after a burp of Flames it was clear that this little guy was a keeper. Year and year he continued to be a Chunnin for the snow village and complete missions and max out all his knowledge and jutsu that he could. When he was in his 40`s people wondered why he stayed a Chunnin tho his experience and skills where one of Jounin. Ten years later he out lived his love ones and kage after kage, attack after attack. He was part of the history of the village.
Hotarubi Kobayashi was knowledgeable and skilled in fields all around and was close to the kage`s and leaders of the village. Even the yellow haired boy who helped the village return and rid of rouge ninjas was part of his life, tailed demons , grand wars , and all while he stayed a chunnin. With in the last week he was offered to be along side the kage to help him and aid him.. and that when this old mans story continues.
