Name of Place Le Maison de Saint Pierre
What is it's purpose? It is the house of the St.Pierre's and the Purebloods of the Draconian Clan. Within the estate property, is also where the other Clan members live.
How does it benefit the village? Well it keeps the Clan in check by the Purebloods and Clan Head, and keeps a feeding frenzy on the village >.>
Why should I permit this? No death >.> <.<

How does it benefit the village?
Offers better training for Taijutsu and Kenjutsu for my RPC and her students
Offers a -2 training posts on Taijutsu and -1 training post Kenjutsu
Meaning, her students are better off with training than others. Plus, it's her house.
Why should I permit this?
Because.. She's the only person in the village that is able and free to train students. Plus, she needs somewhere to sleep

What is it's purpose? To provide a private and safe location for the members of squad three who wants to train or discuss future plans.
How does it benefit the village? It strengthens bonds between squad three members and is potentially a future safe haven for villagers

Suggestion:
Name of Location Kirigakure Uchiha Household
What is it's purpose? Considering there are four - five Uchihas and a clan head in Kiri... It is logical their base should be made. It is simply for general clan discussion and planning.
How does it benefit the village? Don't want stray Uchihas roaming the streets...
Why should I permit this? Ducks are beautiful.
Can I count on you to make it look awesome? It depends if their clan head wants me to make it.

Beautiful Somnus Sounds pretty solid to me. And as to the Uchiha Household, I would approve of it seeing there is more then one Uchiha, well over one actually. But it would be up to the head of Uchiha to do so

Note: I thank you for providing us with the Uchiha Clan Household, but I feel that a Compound would be much better suited.
Name of Location: Uchiha Compound - Secret Underground Uchiha Training Chambers - Uchiha Hideout - Uchiha Training Fields
What is it's purpose? To serve as a living space, private training area, and a place to have clan assemblies and meetings, all in one general location. The hideout isn't within the compound, but out in a forest within Kirigakure.
How does it benefit the village? Nice looking structures created from the brilliance of the Uchiha clan, reduces the amount of homeless Uchiha in the village, and it will keep the village from being reduced to ash.
Why should I permit this? The Uchiha have a right to have their own little spot, as one of the greater clans in history. But, the sure feeling that we are to have more Uchiha within the village, this would only make things a little worthwhile for the Uchiha role players.
Can I count on you to make it look awesome? Of course.
Nachos or Pizza? Nugget in a Biscuit.

What is it's purpose? To provide a home for the Yamanaka Clan and grow flowers for the shop
How does it benefit the village? gives the yamanaka clan a home in kirigakure

What is it's purpose? to sell flowers
How does it benefit the village? they sell pretty flowers that you can give to those who share your affections, or to put on the graves of those you've lost.
Why should I permit this? I'll kill you if you don't... stare I mean it...

Fenrir Graveheart lol a flower shop? Well, who said we can't have flowers to brighten this up. Approved on both. And as I said below, you too are in charge of any future Yamanakas. Keep them in line, and no one but me can tell you different in how you discipline them. Have fun ^__^ Kai Takahashi Dun Approved, and I would have to agree, it seems the number of Uchihas being applied for has increased dramatically. And mostly chose here to reside, which I am pleased about as it merely means more shinobi within our fine village. Go ahead and get creating, and it'll be up to you to keep them in line, save for Holy as she is my student. And as laws state, whatever punishment you dish out or anything of the sort to your clan members, no one but the kage can interfere. Sooooo have fun ^_^

What is it's purpose? To sell out Bread, muffins and assorted pastries.
How does it benefit the village? By not only allowing food to be portable, but allowing a faster chackra recovery outside of battle.
Why should I permit this? Because i have awesome puppy eyes.
Can I count on you to make it look awesome? No promises, i suck at formating posts.
Nachos or Pizza? Muffins, because Pizza is out until next week. (Only 230 Ryo!)
