Special Events

Welcome to the Special Events Forum for the Elemental Academy. It is within this forum that special events such as Tournaments, Weddings, Galas, etc. are to take place that are not part of the normal activities held within the Elemental Academy itself. Announcements shall be made in the News and Announcements Forum for any upcoming event.

To schedule your event and have it publicized please be sure to send a PM to a Moderator at least 3 days in advance minimum so that they can look over the event and approve it. You may create your own advertisement to be used in the News and Announcements Forum for your event to be submitted along with the event request to the Moderators.


This forum is subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Elemental Academy so please come to know these rules and respect them. This forum is also subject to any rules listed below made specifically for this forum.

Special Events Rules

1. All events submitted must fall under one of the categories from the Special Events list featured below. Please no "Real Life" Special Events.


1. Failure to comply with the list of approved Special Events shall result in the thread being deleted and the creator(s) of the thread being found guilty and upon first offense be issued a written warning.

1. Upon second offense the creator(s) of the thread shall be found guilty and shall be suspended from the Academy for no less than 1 day and no more than 3 consecutive days. Upon completion of the suspension the person(s) shall be allowed back into the Academy.

1. Upon third offense the creator(s) of the thread shall be found guilty and shall be suspended from the Academy for no less than 7 consecutive days and no more than 14 consecutive days. The creator(s) shall be stripped of all rankings and titles held within the Academy. Upon completion of the suspension the person(s) shall be allowed back into the Academy and placed under a probationary period of no more than 14 days.

1. Upon the fourth offense the creator(s) of the thread shall be found guilty and shall be expelled from the Academy indefinitely.

List of Events Allowed in Special Events Forum

As stated above this forum is for those events that don't normally coincide with the normal activities of the Elemental Academy. If you have an idea for an event that is not listed below and feel that it is special then please feel free to make a suggestion within the Suggestion Forum. As such this forum will include the following events:

• Tournaments
  
• Weddings
  
• Galas
  
• Seasonal Events
  
• Funerals
  
• Births
  
• Graduations

Any other event that does not fall into one of these categories will be deleted immediately and the creator(s) of that event shall be punished.
