Even the most uptight cities have that one club that seems to draw in business all the time. A family diner at day and a crazy night club after dark. A lot of the citizens here would rather just do away with this place but it has brought tons of revenue to the Dynasty that they put up with it.
People under 21 are not allowed after dusk. I think you can visualize why.
(Even so, I would like this place to stay PG please lolz.)
