History: Sotaru is one of the remaining members of the Namikaze family and the only descendent of the Senju clan. He is noted to be the most recognized and powerful shinobi's within his family and his village, granting him the title of Neikage. Sotaru is capable to battle and protect to protect those he cares about. Ever since the 1st World War, Sotaru doesn't quite trust the Raikage and Tsuchikage, but is able to cooperate when he needs to.
Personality: Sotaru is a calm and collected individual who, like the ANBU members that served with him, do not allow his emotions to surface. History: Sotaru is one of the remaining members of the Namikaze family and the only descendent of the Senju clan. He is noted to be the most recognized and powerful shinobi's within his family and his village, granting him the title of Neikage. Sotaru is capable to battle and protect to protect those he cares about. Ever since the 1st World War, Sotaru doesn't quite trust the Raikage and Tsuchikage, but is able to cooperate when he needs to.
Personality: Sotaru is a calm and collected individual who, like the ANBU members that served with him, do not allow his emotions to surface. An extremist, Sotaru preferred to directly eliminate threats through assassination and execution if diplomacy and negotiation would fail to succeed. However he does care for his village and for those who resides in the village and everyone that counts on him.
