Congratulations, you've found Nimaina's house. More likely you've actually found the Seronil Designs shop which is a part of Nima's house. The building itself is a rather modest two-story suburban home somwhere in the Breedables District. Seronil is actually the garage remodled, since Nima doesn't have a car anyway.
Customers and casual rp are welcome in the actual shoproom. However they may not come into the house proper. In fact if they try without Nima's permission, a magic ward will pop them back into the center of the shop. Family and friends are able to pass through the ward. A similar ward prevents any theft.
Originally, the house size was fine, even too large for just Nima. Since then she and Tentei have adopted so many children and pets that it's much too small. So on the first day of spring the whole family will move out for a week or so to get the house remodled.
OOC-wise this means I'll slowly be setting up this area of the guild and redo-ing journals. ^_^
A reference for those of you new here, Jerava's house is inside Nimaina's. How does that work? Well, Nima gave Jer a room in her house to stay in, but that got crowded for Jer and all her kids, so she created a pocket dimension anchored to that room. Jerava's house lies in that pocket dimension.
