Emma's ears bent down in dissapproval as he yelled at her, causing her to back up. What had she done to upset him? She had just been sleeping. Had she possibly kicked him or something? No...he was asking for her identity, but why?
'Don't yell! I can't explain myself cause I can't talk' She barked at him to stop yelling at her.
How could she possibly explain who she was and her situations. It was too complicated to try to explain through simple motion. As he calmed down she hopped on the floor and looked around for something.
Then, she noticed something. Paper and and ink!
She hopped onto the table that had said paper and ink and barked.
She couldn't pick up a quill, so she would need to use her paw.
Emma dipped her paw in the paper and tried to write her name in the paper in dark ink.
'E-M-M-A'
She barked to Gregory and hopped on the paper. She draw a picture of a tree with an assortment of inked paw marks and then she wrote again below a picture of a vile.
'C-U-R-S-E-D'
'H-E-L-P'
Emma looked up at the prince, hoping he would get her message. She was rrying to be as straight-forwards as possible and not freak him out so much. She needed him to help her out. Though, she was going to wait till the next morning before she was going to try to ask him. But now was a good a time as ever.
There was a sudden knock on the door, causing Emma to jump a little.
"M-master Gregory? Sir? Are you alright in there? I thought I heard you yelling." A guard exclaimed as he waited for the prince to answer.
"May I come in?" The guard asked. The fox became alarmed and immediately jumped off the table and scurried under his bed, leaving a light trail of black-inked fox paws on the carpet.
