Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm adds new units and abilities to all three races as well as making sweeping balance changes. Some of these introduce new mechanics to be exploited. So what new paths to victory have been opened to you?
For me, a Zerg player, I now have the ability to field a powerful ground army thanks to the Swarm Host. Before I exclusively went Muta/Ling/Bling (and if the game went on long enough I added in Ultras or Brood Lords depending on the situation). With the new game I've been favoring Roach/Hydra/SH and I love its effectiveness. I was a little apprehensive about the Swarm Host because of what I was reading in the forums. There were fears voiced about its effectiveness versus its cost and the inability to tech switch out of it. So far I'm not finding anything to hate about it.
As for the Viper, I love the idea and I love its abilities. However it's going to take a bit more practice with them before I can make use of them.
What about you guys?

I race changed, so EVERYTHING changed for me lol.
I really like the new style of protoss, I play usually really diverse compositions, especially in PvZ where I use nearly every unit the protoss can make.
PvP I've been doing mostly blink stalker w/ mamacore aggression into expand.
And PvT I mostly just lose, I haven't figured it out yet, I wanna open oracle, but it's just not working out, I think I may have to play WoL against terran.
