Ｉｔ'ｓ ｕｓｅｌｅｓｓ! Ｗｈｉｌｅ ｗｅ’ｒｅ ｗａｔｃｈｉｎｇ, ｔｈｅｒｅ’ｓ ｎｏｗｈｅｒｅ
ｙｏｕ ｃａｎ ｒｕｎ! The Secret Police is an organization that is associated with the government and is the nations peace-department, or so they say. They are completely a secret, all of these people are spies, which is why they are called "The Secret Police". They try to stop crime before it happens, and if crime happens they stop it immediately, no matter what case it is. They have handled many situations, however, there is one where they might be near loss and may be out of their power. Now, meet an evil organization that it trying to rule the world. They are called "Project Despair", trying to put the public in total despair and cause chaos within the world. They are completely doing the opposite of the Secret Police, you can say. This group is also very secretive. This group has created something, something that even the Secret Police might not stop.
The story here is, Project Despair has been secretly creating experiments. These experiments are human beings that have been given nearly thousands of injections, turning them into deformed beings and making them have incredible super powers such as telekinesis. The organization plans to use these beings for their power, to force them to fight and cause destruction in the whole world, to put it into ultimate despair and allow them to rule the world. The Secret Police found about this act and is currently working on the case and trying to find this organization Project Despair and put a stop to them. However, it is all somewhat out of their power because they are also fighting against super-natural beings that try to prevent them from finding Project Despair and interrupting their business. With all this, it seems that the world really may be taken over, until hope comes by. There were some experiments that escaped from the grasp of Project Despair, those who refused to work with the organization and ran away. Some of the experiments came to The Secret Police, insisting that they help them along with the case and try to stop the organization. Now with this help, they have a little hope and can possibly stop the other organization. Now there is a war going on, between these two groups. Good and Evil. Now the question is, who will win? Will The Secret Police succeed and save humanity? Or will it crumble horribly and all will be put into despair and doom?

Ｒｕｌｅｓ1.) This will be a semi-literate roleplay. This means I expect anyone who joins to have correct spelling (Occasional typos are fine, but do not misspell things all the time), to write at least 3 sentences, and most importantly have some grammar.
2.) I like seeing decorated posts. It does not have to be much, just add some color and a picture and everything will be just fine. Also, add the name of your character in your posts, because sometimes people just don't always remember. And when you are putting colors, please do not use colors that will hurt other's eyes or are just simply unreadable. An example for this is the color yellow.
3.) No godmodding, whatsoever! You can't control other people's characters, it just isn't right. And when you are fighting with someone else's character, you can't just automatically hit them and make them pass out, if you know what I mean. You will miss sometimes, they will miss sometimes, nobody is a perfect fighter.
4.) No stealing, at all! This means plot, pictures, and basically everything. You also should not steal from not only me, but the other people in this thread.
5.) I do not like people who are inactive, it's surely not only me who does not like this. If you join this roleplay, you have to post. If you join and do not post for a long period, I will kick you out of the roleplay and give the role to someone more active and deserving. If you are going to be gone for a while because of an important reason, please let me know. If you don't tell me there is an explanation why you are not posting for 3 weeks, I will probably kick you out. Inactiveness makes the roleplay die.
6.) Everyone is HUMAN. Even the experiments are human, just with supernatural powers. Don't complain about it, I have good reasons for that. Also, to those who wish to play the enhanced-human experiments, you are not gods because you have powers. Remember that even the most powerful beings have weaknesses.
7.) Yes, romance is possibly a genre in this roleplay. However, this is mostly based on action, so don't expect too much of the stuff.
8.) I like knowing when people read my rules, so put a heart icon in your profile if you read these rules.

Personality: Hitomi is a cold, stoic woman who never has a lot to say, however when she does, you best listen and hang on to every single word she speaks. Throughout any situation she is someone who is able to stay calm, as someone who will analyse, and investigate her surroundings. To say she is emotionless would not be a stretch, if something does bother the detective; as stated, she simply doesn't show it, which gives off the aura about her that she is cold, or even hiding behind a mask. She is very intelligent, quick witted and blunt, someone who also manages to catch onto things easily, and can also be harsh, depending on the situation. Although Hitomi means no harm by it, her past is the reasoning behind her turning so cold. Hitomi is also somebody who never says anything that is not necessary, and has stated this before that she is very consistent and she hates small talk. When you have done something that bothers her, you will know, and she will ignore you until you make it up to her, or if she manages to get over it. If she finds you worthy enough for you to be her companion, this girl will be very loyal and a lot more open with her feelings, sometimes even letting some silliness slipping out of her.
Biography:Her mother and father were separated, because her mother's family were full of detectives, which was a family tradition. However, her father couldn't accept this fact and quite frankly thought of the profession as disturbing, so he left. This made Hitomi hate her dad incredibly, but it also made her passion for becoming a detective, because someone had to do the job and her father probably wasn't going to do it any time soon. Later on when her father was included in a giant massacre, her passion for stopping crime only grew and was much stronger than before. Hence, why she joined The Secret Police. And later on, her rank grew and she became the leader.
Extra: Hitomi usually wears a white mask with a black X over her mouth. But despite her wearing it, her voice is still loud and projected clearly. The reason for wearing it at times is unknown, though is believed to be a symbol of her silence. Or, it could just be a simple fashion statement.

Sinclair is one of the people that prefer they're solitude. He's a big loner, he's still getting used to his team. He doesn't talk to them much, but they simply could take a guess from him. Even though he doesn't chat that much, he proved himself trustworthy over and over again. Coming in the nick of time, or ending everything. Danger is his main hobby. His high wounder-lust gets him in more trouble then his fighting.
Biography:
Even though they had trained Sinclair, starting at 5, until he was 16 . Sinclair's family wasn't big on fighting. It was something that his grandparents had asked for, they wanted him to be able to use a staff well. Even though his dad didn't practice it. Ended up, he was a natural with it. Sinclair didn't see the point in it though, people used guns, a battle staff can't deflect bullets fast enough to keep the person safe. But he still ended up learning how to, and still practices to this day.
He often got in trouble at school for fighting out subornation. His parents had locked him down, to the point that they had hired a body guard, to stop him from doing anything dangerous. He was supposed to follow him without him knowing it though. So it took a some time for Sinclair to notice. His parents noticed the results. It worked for a few hours, then Sinclair got bored, and 'stayed after school'. Then took a kids clothes and placed his inside of the boys. His body guard had followed the wrong kid for the rest of the day. While Sinclair had went though the woods to try climbing the mountain. When he was half way up, a mountain lion appeared and he quickly climbed back down. He might be trained with for fighting, but his hand to hand combat wasn't strong enough for fighting against a mountain lion and he didn't have his staff with him right then.
When he got home, Sinclair placed his bags on the ground, he called out for his parents. Even his body guard, but no one answered. It was weird no one had called back to him. He checked around the house, then found in the basement, what was left of his parents. Manged up, cut in lots of different places, and in a pile of there own blood. The kid that was his decoy was there to. But he didn't under stand what happened. He called for the police, they took him into custody. Then quested him.
After it, that, they placed him inside of a different family. One that was seemed happy and sunshine. But he ruined that picture, his slows decayed into a quiet loner. Training himself harder and stronger every day was the only thing that kept him sane. His step-family didn't mind that much, they encouraged him. What ever would keep him happy. Sinclair blamed himself, his parents had died, that could have been avoided if he didn't decide to change clothes. He might have had gone to some cafe and asked them to pick him up. That kid wouldn't be caught up in it. His family wouldn't send him messages about how it was all his fault, kids at school might not look at him weird, and call him a murder. His reputation for getting in fights only got bigger. It took some time, but people noticed, if they didn't do anything to hurt him. He wouldn't attack them.
After high school, he was admittedly recruited into a government program. The only thing he bought with him, was his armlet, and his staff. When he found out what it was, he noticed a message from his parents and grandparents.
"Sinclair, if you're getting this then you've been chosen to join 'The Secret Police'. You've always tired helping people, please. Help some more."
'That was it? That was all of it? They wrote this before hand. Most likely a few years ago. They must have had known they were going to die then. It was planned?' He shook the idea off for now. 'Out of sight... Out of mind...' He told himself as he placed the message inside of his bag. He wiped the tears from his eyes but they didn't seem to want to come off of his face.
Extra: His battle staff is his family heirloom.

Being a 11-year-old child, Hotaru is childish. She's playful, giggly, and often distracted by many things; although, she is quite smart and can think through many difficult situations, if she isn't acting like an eleven-year-old. Also skilled with any weapon, Hotaru is deceiving to many. She is a friendly person too, as well as a brave and adventurous type.
Biography:
Being the only child in her family, Hotaru was spoiled. Her parents gave her everything she wanted, but that can with a price. Hotaru was not allowed to have friends, go on play dates, go outside alone, have any one over, or go to a public school. She always wondered why her parents were like that, and soon Hotaru had the obsession to see why she wasn't allowed to do any of those things. So, when Hotaru was seven, she left the house during the night. That night, she came upon a stranger. The stranger seemed to know her and started asking questions. Hotaru, happy that she was talking to someone else other then her parents, answered them all. They walked and talked, time forgotten.
It was when Hotaru saw the sun that she wondered where she was. The stranger smiled and took Hotaru into a old hut. There she met his friends and there she joined Project Despair.

Although she has an appearance of a elementary child, Hotaru is much older then her age in the mind.

Biography: Riley haunted by the assassination of his whole family on his 7th birthday. After which he wandered the country aimlessly. Where he learned that his father left him a sword. Riley now seeking vengeance on the man who killed his family, after he found the man he seek to fight him, being over powered and untrained. Riley is nearly killed, and kidnapped. Riley was taken to a research facility where he was genetically changed into a superhuman; Riley has the strange ability to control shadows within 100 yards, but Riley uses a lot of energy, so he is seen mostly sleeping. Riley is learning how to use his strange ability. Most of the rest of his life is shrouded in mystery.

Biography:
An aristocrat family in England. Wealthy and content with their lives, except for Leonteva. She was unhappy with her lifestyle of staying hidden until they weren't being pursued any longer. They had to flee from Russia to keep safe because the poorer citizens had found them to blame for their misfortunes. Idiots.
It wasn't like they were completely innocent either. Her father was a monster. No, not Dracula. He was a scientist who loved to make people suffer in the depths of the basement and she knew all about it. Hell, she even helped him do it by luring in young men and women to their manor. Yeah, however does she sleep at night? I'll let you know that her father is not without rivals. One day, these men came in request for shelter and food which she granted them and the next, she awoke in a strange place. Leon has the ability to burn things with her mind. Despite feeling like "a freak", she has used her ability to singe posters, dolls, curtains, a globe, and other items in reach, as well as blow up a police car. She has also manages to burn adults down to a severely charred skeleton with a single action. The downside is that she has to be calm in order for the fire to cease and her feet leave behind prints made of ash. Easily followed.
Extra: Leon is incapable of showing affection, care, or anything associated with love. If she touches it, it leaves her.. always.
