Welcome to the notorious sky caves owned and proudly preserved by Reiner LaFey. The Dragon makes this his humble abode and takes good care to keep them quite up to date and clean. Upon entering through the ladder, which is most common unless you are escorted by Ren himself, you will find yourself in a long hall. The interior halls mainly look the same, holding valuable statuary pieces and covered in tiled floors for a showy look. From there, you will probably end up wandering to the Main seating Area which is where parties and guests are kept. it consists of seating and dining. The ceilings of most of the caves have been configured and fitted with glass panes to let the sun in. There is also a pleasant kitchen that can be easily accessed by ambling around. Stairs are a part of the circular building which houses all the main rooms, and a few guest rooms, while the more important rooms are in the mountain walls on either side. At the very top of the circular part of the Sky Caves an attic with windows can be found supporting Reading Nooks.

Inside the mountainous caves, can be found the more private and personal rooms. On the right hand side of the caves, are the bedrooms, both Renier's and the one belonging to his Slave. Same goes for the bathrooms as they are attached loosely. one belonging to Ren and the other belonging to his Slave.

On the left hand side of the caves, there is a Pool with a horrendous drop several hundred feet to the ground below. Also, hidden on the left hand side, but well worked into teh stone through tons of passageways, hidden doors, and traps lies the most coveted room to the dragon, his Treasure Cave.

Venturing much closer to the ground, and the secret bottom entrance to the caves that only Ren himself knows of, is another Pool that tends to much cooler to the skin, though much more refreshing upon the skin. Some say, that it even heals those who have terrible wounds with it's natural purification qualities.

He was thankful that the guards seemed to obey his words when he uttered them. They went as far as to bring the female dragon back into a room so he could discuss matters with her. And he felt that he was being fairly straight forward. He was not tying any tongues or flirting to distract from his true purpose. He had been to the point, telling the female that he wanted her name, and that they would be departing this strange house of living merchandize rather quickly. She seemed to take it well enough, and by that, meant that she did not fling herself at him or start slinging insults. Already, this dragonelle proved to be more polite than the terrible young demon down the hall had been. He would not forgive such terrible insult s lightly. Not even if the young demon hadn’t known manners. Surely, someone should have taught him some if he was going to live in the real world and deal with people at social engagements, but that must have not been the case. And clearly, he had never actually dealt with a dragon. He shook his head, clearing his negative thoughts away, and instead looked at the beautiful female in front of him again. Would she sit there tight lipped and ignore him the whole time? He surely hoped not. That would be truly awful. He would become very bored, ir not irate. He didn’t want that. He wanted to stay calm and enjoy this female’s company. She looked kind enough, despite the irritation that still clearly marked her features. She would be a great treasure for his trove. That much he knew. He just had to see if she would really wish to go, or if she was using this as means to escape the manor that currently held her prisoner.

When she spoke her name, he smirked, reveling in the sound of her voice. So, she would speak her mind and not leave him in the dark. She had manners. Hell, he’d like to take her back to the pitiful demon male and show him what true manners were, even coming from someone who had mad to be lower than he, but that would be degrading to Miss Kari. He chastised himself. This was a salve. A treasure. But he could not stop thinking of her as a lady. She was so clearly a woman, and to deny such was simply stupid. When she continued, nailing home that dragons belonged in the sky, he smirked, standing a little taller in his pride. That was good. She knew all customs dragon. Or so it seemed. And that ruled out her being a water dragon. They swam instead of flying. He had pools, but not rivers. It would not do a water dragon any good to live in his sky caves. It would truly be another prison. Even if it was opulent and magnificent. He smiled, amused by the way her mind worked. Surely she anticipated being free of these rooms so she could soar through the skies once more, right? He could indulge her. Somehow. He would figure out a way to allow her to fly without her escaping him. He would not purchase her just to set her free. That would be pointless. No. He wanted someone who would keep him company. After all, if he just wanted a woman, he had plenty lined up. He was rather popular, but he wanted something better than ordinary. He wanted an exquisite who was bound to him, even if he didn’t mate with her. He wasn’t ready for that kind of commitment.

When she asked for his name, he thought about it for a moment. She would expect some grand title wouldn’t she? Something with Master or King or some other form of dominance tacked on, right? He wasn’t sure how this worked, and his cocky attitude seemed to be sputtering a bit as he struggled to find the right title, even though it was really only the matter of seconds, it seemed like an eternity to the dragon male. He focused red eyes on her own once more, schooling his expression into neutral. ”You may call me Reiner.” He waited for her response, but then turned to the door. He had given his name. That was all she needed to know, right? He was so uncertain about all of this, and it was simply degrading. He shut his eyes and strode forward as a guard opened the door, keeping Kari in tow. He would not lot her escape. That would be impossible. If she even tried to run, he wasn’t sure what he would do, other than make sure she was grounded once more. She would not be allowed to have free reign to run around. Not until they were home and he could keep her locked away and safe from others. Perhaps that was why he had decided the moment he had scented the female, that he would purchase her. He would not allow another to take away a treasure of his. Never again. He sighed heavily but continued down the hallway. Their destination was the office of the Mistress of the house. Once they arrived there and took care of the paperwork and payment, then they could be on their way and Ren would be satisfied. He didn’t like the stuffy atmosphere that surrounded them.

When they reached the office, Ren took care of the mandatory paperwork. The filings, and even handed over the sum Kari was listed at. I nearly killed him to give away treasure, but he reminded himself that he would be gaining a treasure to replace that which he lost. Then they were free. Free to leave and go home. Ren couldn’t have been happier. They had no sooner cleared the doors, however, then Kari took off running. Ren’s heart lurched for a moment, his eyes narrowing as he watched her speed off. She was going to shift and fly. He hadn’t taken any precautions so far. He’d put his faith into believeing her acting. He watched as she moved to shift, and made the jump. His heart raced, and then she was on the ground, flat on her behind. Ren surged forward, a mix of worry for her well-being, as well as anger building inside of him. She had tried to run form him. It had all been an act. It had all been a ruse to escape the prison of the walls holding her inside. He looked away, unable to look at her without disgust, even as he heard her terrible excuse. Couldn’t blame her for trying? Yes. He could. He could blame her for running form him and not explaining what it was she was attempting to do. But what good would a lecture do? She was probably upset and embarrassed that she had fallen instead of flown. There was nothing that he could really say that would make it any worse, and so instead, he shook his head and held out a hand to her, gesturing for her to stay put. He strode forward, knowing that when he shifted, it would probably taunt her, even though that was not his intention.

Closing his yees, he gave himself over to the change allowing it to spread through his body and encase him as his limbs stretched and scales sprouted. Relief broke form his back as wings emerged and expanded taking up the space they were meant to occupy. He twisted gently, touching taloned feet to the grass once more and looked at her pointedly, speaking directly to her mind. ”You cannot fly. Climb upon my back so we may go home. I will find a way for you to commune and reach the sky once more, but it will take me time. Come now, and we will go home so I can begin my research.” He looked at her pointedly, waiting for her to climb upon him. He waited patiently until she was upon him and secured before taking off into the sky. He was careful not to do anything crazy as he normally would have. He didn’t want to dislodge the female upon his back. She may have been of dragon blood, but in a human form a drop from their heights in the sky would surely kill her. Ren shook his head, keeping the ride easy and mellow, flying against the sun, even as it started to pass overhead and turn to shadows. He wanted her to see his home before the sun set, so that she would know all of it’s beauty and opulence. He would not be satisfied if she merely saw the night sky in his windows. No. She needed to see the view of the sky as it’s colors turned to night. She would have time to enjoy the night sky another time. Or even after their initial landing. He wanted her to see the beauty the first time she stepped foot inside his home. First impression were the most important after all.

Once he had come near to the sky caves, he circled in air, sighting the exact spot where the dragon entrance to his caves were. With a satisfied and prideful smirk, the great winged male began his gentle descent. Once in the mouth of the cave, he didn’t stop, but continued forward through the tunnel and into the landing room of his caves. Only then did he stop to allow Kari off his back, before he shifted back into a man, looking no more ruffled than he had when he had selected her from the Pallas estate. He made a gesture, hoping he would follow her, but paused at the doorway, a cross expression coming across his face. What if she didn’t want to see what he wanted to show her? She could refuse, just as she had run form him and tried to take to the air without his permission of even giving him knowledge of her decision. He gave a gentle snort and turned his red-eyed gaze upon the lovely female. Would she try to run again? He wasn’t sure, but he doubted she would be able to find her way out of the mess of caves on her first night. And that was only if he didn’t supervise, which would not be happening. There would be no escape. Nor any stealing. Kari was his. From the point he had seen her, she had become his, and he wasn’t going to share.”Welcome to the Sky Cave. It is my home, and now yours. Follow me, and I will show you to your room, or at least the central part of my home. You will be free to explore form there if you wish.”

How? How was she still not able to hold her shift?! She was no longer in that god forsaken house!! Growling and pulling her knees to her chest, the woman sat there until her "Master" had made his way over to her. Looking up at him when he got there, Kari studied his expression. He looked pissed but she really couldn't blame him. His purchase just now tried to run out on him. Blowing out a sigh, ready for him to take her back, Kari looked down to pout for only a few short moments. She was waiting for a lecture but to her surprise, one didn't come. Taking his hand and dusting herself off, Kari started to look around for the guards. Where were they? Looking back at Reiner, Kari was ready to follow him until he stopped her. What was he- Oh... he was shifting. Looking away with an angry frown, Kari tried to ignore the sting to her pride. How could she even call herself a dragon?! She was a waste of wings and talons... Hearing his voice and his instructions, Kari looked at him and marveled at his massive size and beautiful colors. Looking up at the massive head, Kari noticed that his eyes remained the same color, unlike herself. Walking over to him, she placed a hand on his side, running her fingers along the ruby red scales. "Warm and beautiful..." She thought of her father's beautiful white scales that would shimmer and glow under the moon and even the sun. Shaking the past from her mind, Kari looked up at him with an agitated frown. Would he really be able to find a way for her to fly again? Running her hand along his scales, the dragonelle climbed onto his back and held on tightly.

Closing her eyes as he took off, Kari felt a smile on her face as they flew threw the sky. It felt so good to be back up here. She had been grounded for what seemed like months now, and Kari didn't realize how much she truly missed the skies until now. How she wished that she could be the one to feel the wind under her wings! Inhaling a deep breath, she opened her eyes and felt herself choke on her breath at the beautiful setting sky. When was the last time that she had truly cherished the sight! The beautiful colors and as her new master circled what appeared to be caves, Kari felt her heart beat faster with excitement. Why were dragons so attracted to caves? That was a thought for another time, Kari was itching to climb off of his back and explore this beautiful place. The place that she was now supposed to call home... Home. The woman started to remember her stocks and her own impressive home that was thousands of miles away. She was sure that everyone had thought she had run off, seeing as she was prone to do so, but at least her fortune would continue to increase... and her father's treasures were safely locked and hidden away. Leaning closer to the dragon's body as he started his descent, Kari closed her eyes and imagined herself being the one to slowly but graceful descend for a landing. Kari hoped that this Reiner would be true to his word, because the woman didn't know how much longer she could go without being able to fly. If she could at least shift and try to stretch her wings, Kari would be happy with that! She didn't want to stay in this one body for the rest of her life!

Opening her eyes as they entered the cave, Kari looked around with wonder. Sliding off of his back when it was okay, the dragonelle walked around, and then looked back towards the mouth of the cave. They were so high up! Her eyes searched the skies and watched the sky darken as it turned to night, and she was glad that she was able to watch it without a window blocking her view. Snapping out of her trance at the sound of his voice, Kari quickly put her guard back up as she turned to face him. Sky Caves? Well that was quite the fitting name for this place. Taking a step closer to him, she nodded her head in understanding.
"Th-thanks... for taking me out of there..." There! That should make him a least bit happier! Kari was sure that he was still pissed for her escape attempt, but she really couldn't help that. If the tables were turned, Kari was sure that he would have tried the same thing. "Then please lead the way. I'd like to rest for a while." And to be alone to sulk and tend to her wounded pride. It was unfair to be stuck in such a beautiful place, and have such a lovely sky. It was all a tease for her! Letting out a sigh, Kari followed the other dragon silently. Well at least he was willing to help her, and Kari would have to find a way to repay him. Thinking quietly to herself, Kari started to wonder why he even wanted a slave? Surely it wasn't for sex because he was barking up the wrong tree. Just because she was a slave she wasn't going to put out for him, even if he did find a way to get her wings back! "Hey why did you even want a slave?" Kari was sure that she wouldn't like his answer, but she was curious and she had to know. She just hoped that she could keep her temper in check.

Looking back at his purchase, Ren admired her form. She was graceful, just as Aria had been. She did seem lost however, he chalked that up to fact that part of it had to be the fact that she couldn’t fly. How was it that a dragon would be unable to fly? It was unnatural, and it made the male cringe. Even he would not wish that upon a female as punishment for her transgressions. He was a d**k, and proud to be one, but there were lines that shouldn’t’ be crossed, and this happened to be one of them. However, his one good eye drank in the form of his lovely new slave. She was built strong, and her face held determination without fear. This one would give him a run for his money. She wouldn’t roll over and die as other, weaker females did. No, she would bite back, and that was part of the reason he had chosen her. Along with the fact that he was disgusted that a dragon would be kept as a pet at a slave house. It simply wasn’t done, and Ren was not able to leave Kari behind once he had discovered her presence. Striding forward, he smiled at the radiance coming off the marble floors in the light of the dying sun. He was extremely prideful of his home as well. It was clean, and polished to a glistening shine. He hoped this new slave of his would not disturb his treasures too much. Not even if she was truly cross with him. At least he hoped she would control her temper. He couldn’t be certain, giving not having truly read her file and finding out about her life. He had simply sensed a soul like his own and gone to her. Now, maybe that had been a rash decision, but he was stuck with the female now.

When Kari spoke, he stopped for a moment, looking directly at her, instead of past her. For a moment, he actually stopped instead of continuing in motion in some way. He frowned thinking about her question. Was it some sort of riddle with a right or wrong answer, or a simple question? Instead, the cruel mask came back over his face with a sneer. ”What does it matter? You’re here now. You’ll do as I say. So let’s move. Or I won’t get to finding about your inability to hold a shift.” His words were harsh, but he didn’t care. He simply turned and started striding down the halls. She would follow, or she would stay in the same spot and probably become lost at some point. Not to mention that if she got too close to certain spots in his caves, she would find herself ensnared in very dangerous traps. Instead, he moved through the halls, sweeping over the tile without much decorum. He wasn’t a tour guide, and he didn’t really explain the passages as he moved through them. He simply kept in motion, a million thoughts churning through his head as his bad eye started to twinge. Something was coming, he could feel it, but he would be alone when he experienced it. He would not reveled it to this new woman in his house. Not yet. And not when he didn’t know what would be revealed to him. Instead, he picked up the pace, looking back at her with slight irritation. ”Keep up!” He turned then, moving faster down the corridor, stopping only when a heavy oak door blocked his path. At least he had reached their destination in peace.

He opened the door, gesturing inside with his hand. ”This is your room. It is simple for now. Maybe we can see about furnishing it nicely when I have time, and decide that you are a reasonable investment. The bath is attached. You have your own, so use it as you wish. My own room is down the hall. I will be there if you need anything.” And with that , he left her abruptly, pushing pasted, working the strings of his eyepatch, nearly breaking them in his haste to remove the scrap of fabric. He opened both eyes to the world, just as a vision came to him, smacking him with color. The sun streamed over this strange new female he had brought into his life. She seemed content, shadows revealing the smile in her features. His eyes lightened as he saw her form change, spreading wings, even as she reached out to him, she was fleeing, moving further and further away from him. He groaned softly as the vision pulled away from him, leaving him sweating on the floor. He didn’t understand this vision either. It was a glimpse of the future, but it was not one he understood. This woman, for some reason, would be happy, and then she would leave him. Maybe that was the only reason he was meant to have her. Because fate had drawn them together. Maybe her happiness would lead him to his aria. He wasn’t certain, but this strange girl would be his undoing, or at least that catalyst that pushed him to one side of the fence or the other. There was no escaping it now. He would have to keep her. He would have to allow her under his roof, and keep her very close to his own treasure. She was the key to something that regarded him, and he could not let her go so easily.

Picking himself up from the floor, he stood, taking off his coat until he stood in a fine shirt and slacks. He unbuttoned the top four buttons, letting the shirt open to reveal the pale, scarred expanse of his chest. He pushed his hair back from his face and reached for his eye patch, trying it carefully over his bad eye once more, dismissing it’s uselessness behind the pale square. From there, he went to his own bathroom, drawing water from the filled tub and splashing it on his face to calm the last bit of his frayed nerves. He would need to go consult his library if he wanted to find a way that his new slave could fly again. And he would have to see to her needs as well. Surely, she would feel slighted, given that he had dumped her off at her own room and vanished. He hadn’t even given her a tour of the rest of his caves. She might get lost! He ground his teeth together, snapping them rather audibly as he had such a thought and then pushed out of his doors, taking a notebook and a rather large tome with him. He would find her, and make certain that her safety was ensured, and then he would go to his research. That was the best he could do for the time.
