WELCOME TO THANKSGIVING LAND! WHERE EVERY DAY IS FULL OF GRACE!
Welcome travelers to Thanksgiving Land! We hope you enjoy your stay! Please keep track of your own items, we are not liable for you losing anything, please do not try to harm/kill/torture any of the natives, and please have a GRACEful day!
Oh, and watch the first step--it's a doozy!
OOC
Hey guys! I'll just be putting some basic info on this first page before we start--any and all questions can be brought up in the blast chat or AIM/PM me! I want to make this as much fun as I can for everybody involved!
Here we'll find basic profiles on the places and characters you might run into during this trip, as well as the game mechanics for games we're playing at the moment! I'll try and keep it from being too much of a wall of text tho<3
Remember, this is not a school sanctioned trip! We're sneaking out!

NPC'S and PLACES
NPCS
Bubba: A seventeen year old Harvester (Thanksgiving's form of Reapers) who is roughly 6'6 and four hundred pounds--round in shape. Blonde hair, blue eyes, easy going guy--but don't be fooled, he uses cows as weights when he's working out. A good friend of Roch's, Bubba knows about Halloween. He'll be acting as the group's go-between. Dating Susie.
Susie: A go-to Harvester girl that's open to new ideas and tends to try to take charge when she feels things are going too slow. She'll be in charge of the "Easter" project that we'll be helping out with!
Big Joe: Bubba's father, an easy going older man that's built somewhat like a bull. Firmly believes in family, hard work, and good football games.
Mrs. Fallson: Bubba's mother, a kind, loving woman that likes to feed people a bit too much. DO NOT EAT--her or her food XP
Sam: A scarecrow that knows both Thanksgiving and Halloween rather intimately. He's basically the Thanksgiving's version of a ToTer--he knows the ToTers personally, especially Nox.
PLACES
The Holiday Trees: Right outside of Halloween Town (as it is in The Nightmare Before Christmas) are trees with doors that look like symbols for the other holidays. That's where we'll be starting out! Right in front of the tree with the door that looks like a turkey<3
Thanksgiving Town: A quaint little farming town with one main street, companies that tend to sell either farming supplies or basic needs -- think 5 & 10. Fast food is a foreign concept to this little town, and a meal isn't a meal unless you grew it, raised it, and probably butchered it yourself. It's basically a year round Farmer's Market as well, where excess food is brought to barter with. This by far is NOT the only town in Thanksgiving. Just like Halloween, Thanksgiving is composed of millions of towns based on human festivities celebrating harvest time. (It's not just America based.)
The Fields: Corn fields, pumpkin fields, animal grazing fields that stretch far and wide around the town, we're in the hicks, people, be careful where you step!
The Cornucopia: In the middle of Halloween is a mountain. On top of the mountain is a massive Cornucopia--the one that runs Thanksgiving, much like the pumpkin king once ran Halloween. The GRACE coming off of the Cornucopia has drawn those from Thanksgiving to make pilgrimages to it. It doesn't speak, but they often come back inspired with ideas to help one another! --In other words it's pretty toxic to Halloweeners. You can probably make it halfway up before passing out.
The Parade: Not so much a place as an event that takes place once a month or so. Groups gather together to create floats and travel through the towns in a parade. What's the point? It's THANKSGIVING people, parades are LIFE!

YOUR PARTY
*For the question game! And if we need to break into groups for some games<3
Cows. There were cows as far as the eye can see, large, stinky, and starting to get (haha, more like already were) nervous. Roch frowned, trying to see an easy way out of it. He stepped forward, only to run into another cow moving forward--who bumped into another, then another. A startled moo came, followed by another.
"Okay, guys, I dunno what'll happen if we startle them too much, but I'm pretty sure they weigh a s**t-ton, and it'd hurt t'be kicked by them," he said. "So keep quiet an' try an' find a way out, alright?" He took a careful step forward--right into a pile of cow crap. "Jackdammit, these are my favorite boots..."

ESCAPE FROM COW... Mountain? IDEK All these strange looking, smelling, and potentially biting creatures just landed in their herd, and the cows aren't very happy about it!
To get out of the herd:
- Roll either 1d20 3 times, or 3d20 - On a range of 1 (didn't get noticed at all) to 20 (a cow just tried to kick you!) add your scores together. If you've rolled 40 or less in total, you've escaped the herd! If over, well, just hope you're the noisiest one.
-Keep a total of EVERYONE'S rolls! If everyone's rolls total out to less than 550, you're home free! If not, well--
