Solo or Paired Adventure All Participants Must be a Master Orderite or Orderite Hybrid
Rating: Reward: Orderite Companion Special: An Orderite Hybrid may choose to take this quest, but if you do, you may not attempt the other Mastre Quest of your additional Race. So you must choose between the Orderite, Oblivionite, or DOvaa Master quests, only one can be done!
“You’ve accomplished much to have made it this far…” Aevah Avi says, taking you in with a slow, assessing sweep of her eyes. “I take it you are ready to attain your companion?”
Etiquette for taking on such a massive and life-changing task has dictated that you honor your orderite blood by coming before Aevah Avi herself. After you confirm your answer, she studies you again briefly, then smiles.
“Very well. There are a few minor tasks that lay ahead, each of which must be completed for the ritual to move forward. Tapping into your essence, your magic, and your innate fingerprint on this world deeply enough to split that power off into another breathing being destined to be your eternal companion is a process that requires a great expenditure of energy. As such, we will require the aid of five of the most powerful dragon souls on this earth. When you have gathered five Aedaun orbs for the task, return to me.”
Let’s Begin
You’ve been tasked to gather five aedaun dragon soul orbs. Battlers may go out and hunt these dragons down themself; civilians may do the mini-adventure below. Alternatively, either path may perchase them from Arick Skyforge. Once you've obtained the orbs and your profile has been updated to accommodate the change, come back to this Adventure and continue.
Civilian Gathering
(Civilian Only)
For every orb you need to obtain, write 300 words about going out and obtaining this orb. Whether it be for doing an errand for someone, receiving the orb as payment, someone giving the orb to you, or however you wish to do it. Use your imagination and creativity! After your responses are written IN SEPARATE POSTS within the Adventure thread, you will be able to continue onto part two of the Companion adventure.
Returning to Aevah Avi
Once you have attained the required orbs, you dutifully return to Aevah, dragon souls in hand, so that you may progress to the second phase of this massive undertaking.
Upon spotting you, Aevah arches her eyebrows with a smile. “Back so soon,” she says. “Excellent work. Unfortunately, your haste was not entirely necessary. As one of orderite blood, the timing for drawing your companion into being is crucial. The day is late, and Seren’s light is fading. I will keep your orbs here safe for the moment, and in the meantime, get a good night’s rest. Come the morrow, meet me here, in the Citadel of Order, on the second story, east-facing balcony. Make it early, an hour before dawn or more to give us ample time to prepare. The ritual for your companion will begin at daybreak, as Seren’s magic first breaks out over the land, fighting back the shadows and bathing you in one of her greatest gifts: the dawn. Oh, and come morning, bring something of yourself with you. This can be anything from a small memento, a gift meaningful to you, or simply your weapon. So long as it is representative of you and personal, it should suffice.”
As you accept these terms and instructions, Aevah takes your orbs, and bids you a warm farewell.
“Sleep well, gather your energy…and do not be late.”
Write at least 300 words explaining how you spend your night and detailing the choosing of your “meaningful item” of choice. This item can be literally anything (feel free to get creative), though smaller items are preferred since they are more manageable and portable. The item of choice and its significance to the character in question can affect the way their companion manifests. Additionally, how does the night go, overall? Do you spend the evening alone or with friends or loved ones? Do you rest easy, or are you too anxious to sleep? Are you confident, or plagued all night with musings about how wonderful or horrible things could go if they don’t turn out as anticipated? (You need not include answers to all of these things - they are just potential prompts to get you thinking.)
A Date With the Dawn
After the long and fateful night, you return to the Citadel of Order as instructed, and find Aevah Avi waiting for you on a second story balcony, facing the east and the approaching dawn. The balcony is massive and elegantly tiled with an ornate railing that reaches halfway around on either side, but stops with a wide enough empty, unguarded area for a viewer to step directly from the edge and take flight out over the sleeping city. The day is young yet, though, the first hints of paler colors just beginning to bleed into the lower edge of the skyline and the hemisphere above still mostly full of glimmering stars.
“You made it,” Aevah says in greeting. “Good. Sit.” She motions to a small, plush pillow located several paces in front of the entrance to the balcony. Around it, the five soul orbs are balanced upon carved pedestals in pseudo-circular formation. As you step forward and settle yourself as instructed, one of the citadel priests waiting to the left of the door steps forward, holding out a bowl and wash cloth. “Wipe your hands and face to symbolize a ritualistic cleaning of everything but yourself from your body. Then drink,” Aevah says as another priest brings forward a cool goblet, filled with pristine water, “and cleanse your mind as you do. You want nothing but your uninterrupted essence playing into the ritual as your companion takes shape. No lingering concerns or grudges, no worries for the future…solely yourself, and your magic.”
After washing and drinking as directed, there is nothing left for you to do but wait, relax, and clear your mind as the sky begins to gradually brighten. Dawn is almost upon you.
The Ritual
As dawn’s light first peeks over the edge of the horizon, Aevah’s voice fills the air. Melodic, transcendent words — too ancient even for your understanding — twist into each other and weave about you, almost bodiless in nature and soon joined by the chanted verses spoken by the two accompanying priests. The item requested of you is before you and begins to emit a faint glow of energy, encasing it, and then spilling outward in rippling streams towards each of the five dragon orbs. The orbs, in turn, glow as well, their magic coiling upwards in pillars and meeting at a five-pronged point.
From there, after pooling into a progressively larger sphere of energy, the light bursts outwards, pouring onto you and everything within the ring created by the soul orbs. Too bright for any naked eye to handle, you squeeze your eyes shut, momentarily dazed as the magic pulses through you, absorbing completely into you for a fraction of a second before finishing its task there. As you watch, dazed, a glimmering shape — indistinct at first, but then more solid — begins to take form in front of you, just outside the ring of now-dispersed soul orbs.
Eventually, what stands before you is your companion, a piece of you, and a lifelong commitment, outlined by the first full rays of the new dawn.
Final
You have successfully completed your companion quest. Aevah Avi congratulates you on your impressive accomplishment and explains to you in detail the bonuses and implications of having attained a companion. It is powerful, but not invincible; an aid to you, but not something to be treated frivolously. It will be as obedient and faithful to your command as a fifth limb, but losing your companion is a permanently scarring process, and not something any orderite should ever want to endure. Treat it with love and care, as you would yourself, and go forth into the world with the greatest ally you will ever attain.

✦ Dovaa True Form Quest ✦
Solo or Paired Adventure All Participants Must be a Master Dovaa or Dovaa Hybrid
Rating: Reward: Dovaa True Form
"Ah, young one. Are you truly ready to seek the wisdom of the ancients and unlock your True Form?" Marcus Ysaride asks you from the seat at his exquisite desk.
You have decided to take the initiative and seek out guidance from a very trusted source: Ysaride himself, leader of the dovaa. After answering his question, he continues.
"Well, there are a few things you need before we can begin. Being a master dovaa, you've gone above and beyond the regular call of duty. You've defeated dragons, studied hard, and proven your worth. Before we can truly begin, you must first bring me five dragon souls of your chosen clan. Then we can begin the ritual. Now go," he says before waving you out of his office and getting back to the paperwork at hand.
Let's Begin
So, you've been told that you need to gather five of your clan's dragon soul orbs. There are a few ways you can go about doing this. You can actually go out and hunt the dragon's down and kill them (battlers only), do the mini-adventure below to gather them (civilians only), or buy them from Arick Skyeforge (both paths). Once you've obtained the orbs and your profile has been updated to accommodate the change, continue forward with the adventure.
Civilian Gathering
Well, gathering the orbs may be easier said for the battlers. But what about the poor civilians who don't like/want to kill the dragons and don't have the money to spend at the shop!? It's all about RP, baby!
For every orb you need to obtain, you must write 300 words about going out and obtaining this orb. Whether it be for doing an errand for someone, receiving the orb as payment, someone giving the orb to you, or however you wish to do it. Use your imagination and creativity! After your responses are written IN SEPARATE POSTS within the adventure thread, you will be able to continue onto part two of the true form adventure.
Returning to Ysaride
Once the orbs are obtained, you decide to go back to Marcus, who tells you of the second part of this fantastic adventure.
"So, you've brought me back the orbs. Good. Now we must go to an open field. Meet me there in an hour and we shall begin the ritual." he said with a smile as he stood up and left the room.
It was now up to you to meet him in the field one hour from now. How do you spend this hour anticipating his arrival? Explain in 300 words (and a separate post) what you do while you wait for his arrival in the field.
Ysaride has Arrived
Finally, the hour has finished, and as he said, he was there in the open field outside of the Celestial Fortress exactly one hour after he had said he would. With him were two teachers that you have no doubt at least seen before once in your life. They all worked inside the Fortress after all. In their arms they carried four - what seemed to be staves - in their arms.
"Ah, I'm glad to see you here, Dovaa. Now, to begin the ritual." he said with a smile. "Now, are you ready to begin?" he said.
After hearing your - surely eager - response, he begins to speak again as the associates began to stab the staves into the ground in four points around you, leaving you with a good ten foot radius between each staff. "These staves are the special ritual staves. At the end of each staff is a cup only big enough for a Dragon Soul. Place one dragon soul in each of the four cups and hold one in your hands."
It was now time to begin the ritual.
The Ritual Begins
After you've placed the four dragon souls, the two teachers stand across from each other in between two of the staves with you in the middle.
Ysaride opens a large book and begins to chant as the two teachers spread their hands out towards the staves with closed eyes and faces towards the sky. They, too, begin to chant their own saying.
The Dragon Souls contained in the staves begin to glow, each one bright and one at a time.
Once all four were brightly glowing, Ysaride stopped his chant to speak to you, the two teachers seemed deep in their chanting as he did. "Now, all you must do is crush the orb in your hand. You will feel a rush of power, and your True Form will be revealed." he said with a smile, closing the book and placing it upon the ground, holding his arms out and beginning now, the same chant as the two teachers.
Waves of your clans colored light began to travel from staff to staff, encasing you in the square. Now it was up to you. Crush the orb and reveal your True Form, Dovaa!
Final
Now that your True Form has been revealed, Marcus congratulates you on completing the ritual. He explains to you that your powers are now much more unlimited and all the perks of having a True Form.
[[ Congratulations. You now have access to your True Form. If you would like to commission one of our artists to draw the form for you. 500k is required. You CAN have a True Form without having the art. You can also go out and commission it elsewhere if you wish. As long as the artist is okay with it, we will also place that in the cert with your Master Form. Now you can go anywhere you wish to go and do whatever you wish to do. ]]

✦ Khehora Transformation Ritual ✦
Solo Adventure Must be Khehora and of the Civilian Path
The time has finally come, you have gone through much in your life and now you feel is the right time to continue your self search and become a much stronger creation. Rhazes or Anodyne have been beckoned to help you with this task of becoming a full fledged Khehorian . There are a few steps one must take before the transformation can commence.
Step 1: Complete the 1000 word PRP with Rhazes or Anodyne (a member of Magesc Staff will be the NPC), in which you will learn about the future steps to take and how the ritual commences.
Step 2: Do a 500 word Cleansing Solo RP after the initial beckoning RP with the Khehorian leader, going to Lake Amafel and bathing, thinking about what other markings you wish to adorn yourself with before continuing the ritual. Also suggestions of what your Spectral Wings will be like, getting images in mind for them.
Step 3: You return to Rhazes or Anodyne after much thought and after your cleansing is complete. They take you into their Ritual Tent, a sacred place for any Khehora. They tell you of the Dream World, a place where you can obtain more dragon orbs for use in your ritual. This must be done, and at least 3 Tasks must be completed before you're able to continue onto the final step. Each completed task will award you 1 Dragon Soul Orb. This, in combination with however many orbs you've found/obtained already, will be used to help in a successful ritual.
The Dream World is a brilliant place full of mystery and wonder. No one can completely understand how the Khehora have discovered it. Though, for any peaceful Khehora, obtaining enlightenment via the Dream World is quite unique. To maneuver throughout this plane, you will post a Random Number from 1-100 in the first post of your Dream World RP. That will take you through the different planes of the dream and allow you to complete tasks set forth by the different Dragon Spirits.
Your dream starts off with you in a dim, foggy nothingness. Your random number determines where the dream takes you next. After the dream is complete and the task is done, you will return to this nothingness, to roll again and again until you feel you're confident enough to continue the ritual outside of the Dream World. REMEMBER: You must complete at LEAST 3 Tasks before leaving the Dream World and returning to Rhazes or Anodyne for the final stage of this endeavor.
Type of Spirit | Random Number Needed to Enter Dream
Ysilara, the Ysali Spirit | 2-17
The air becomes fresh, and the grays turn to greens. The fog becomes a light mist and you feel yourself falling ever so slowly, landing on soft, lush, green grass. Flowers abound around you in all colors, shades and sizes. Many trees with green tops stand tall, encasing you in a sense of peace and harmony, something that is not seen in the Magesc world. A brisk wind picks up suddenly and a green shapeless glowing mist floats before you. From the mist comes a green scaled Khehorian woman with a soft smile.
"Hello, I am Ysilara, the Ysali Spirit. Welcome to my world. My task to you is simple and upon completion in return for your efforts you shall receive a Ysali Orb to aid you in your Ritual. My task is this: heal my brother, Riolen using the power held within this Ysali Orb, and you shall receive one for your efforts," she says, holding two Ysali Orbs in her hand. One she makes float to you, the other, she keeps grasped tightly in her hand.
The Task: Find Ysilara's brother within the dream by any means and crush the Ysali Orb, using it's power to heal him. 300 word solo.
The Reward:
Rakken, the Ayrala Spirit | 18-29
The foggy nothingness begins to give off a sense of a cool breeze. It's almost as though you've been ported to the continent of Ayr, atop a high mountain, where all you see below you is fog. The breeze strengthens to a much more powerful wind thrashing itself above the mountaintop. Suddenly, a dim, cloudy, glowing gray mist appears before you, and from it steps forth a dark gray, male Khehorian . A smile upon his face. You already know he has a task for you.
"Now now, who do we have here? Yet another Khehora trying to find their way. Hah! Well, my task for you isn't as simple as some of the others. Here, you find yourself upon the mountaintop. The tallest in all of Magesc," he begins. Then, he raises one hand to his eye level and blows forth a dark cloud into his palm. The cloud balls up and begins to glow, and seems to contain swirling winds that you can physically see, like a tornado being contained in a glowing shell. "See this ball? This is a Tornado Ball, created specifically by me, for my use with these little tests. Your task, dear Khehora, is to capture the ball before it touches the ground. Successfully capturing it will grant you an Ayrala Orb. Failure to do so and your little plane of Ayr will soon crumble under the vicious tornado. 3. 2. 1. Now go!" he says, tossing the ball off of the mountaintop, plummeting towards the ground. "I would go now if I were you. Rakken, out!" he finishes, disappearing with the wind.
The Task: Capture Rakken's Tornado Ball before it hits the ground and causes unmatched destruction to Ayr. 300 word solo.
The Reward:
Fallon, the Kiandri Spirit | 30-39
The air becomes hot and dry, a swirl of light flashes out and surrounds you until all you can see is a sea of sand. A dry wind blows by, carrying sand upon it's hot breath. A bright sandy, yellow glowing mist floats before you. From it comes forth a tall golden, male Khehorian, sparks flash across his scaled body.
"Oh ho! Yet another hopeful trying to join us! Well little slow poke, my task is simple. You must catch me, Fallon the Kiandri Spirit!" He grins. "Yes, a simple game of tag! If you win, I'll give you a Kiandri Orb. You shall stay here until you catch me, little squirt!"He flashes forward, suddenly putting his toothy grin in your face. "Try to make this last, I get bored easily." Bolting away like lightning, his laugh mocks you.
The Task: Capture Fallon, the Kiandri Spirit. 300 word solo.
The Reward:
Fyre, the Firani Spirit | 40-49
The nothingness turns into a burning sensation at your feet. The surroundings turn to one of the hottest fire. A very uncomfortable place to be indeed. The heat is bearable, but only barely. A flicker of red light comes into view and begins to spout mist in all directions. An average, female Khehorian with dark red scales steps forth from the mist.
"Welcome traveler of dreams. I am Fyre, the Firani Spirit. This is my version of Khehorian hell, haha. Well, if a hell truly existed in your realms anyway. My task for you is to show me your power. This place may be a distraction because of the heat, but, a strong Khehora should be able to show off their power no matter the distractions. Display to me your most powerful spell. If you pull it off to my standards, you may have a Firani Orb. Now, let's see what you've got for me," she says, a grin upon her face as she floats back a few feet from you, giving enough room for you to show off.
The Task: Show your most powerful spell to Fyre. 300 word solo.
The Reward:
Psidaan, the Peisio Spirit | 50-59
Your eyes view nothing but shades of blue before you. Suddenly, a wet feeling encompasses you and before you know it, you realize you're under water. Breathing becomes a bit weird to you as you know normally, you aren't able to breathe under such conditions, but yet you still do. The sand beneath your feet feels cool and wet, all around you swim little fish that seem to float right through you as if you're not even there. A few glowing bubbles float before you and they pop, releasing a floating, dark blue scaled Khehorian with a reptilian face. He grins, bearing his teeth to you.
"Welcome to my dream, young Khehora. You've come to the bottom of the Great Sea. I am Psidaan, the Peisio Spirit. Many Peisio Dragons and Khehora alike live amongst the brush and seaweed here. The Peisio are said to be the greatest healers in all of Magesc. My task to you is this: you must swim and heal a few of my sick brethren. Here are a few Peisio Dragon Souls. You cannot leave unless all four of them are healed. They can be found within the four caves. The North, the South, the East and the West. Travel to each cave and heal them using a Peisio Orb. Come back here and meet me for your reward once you've completed my task." he said, tossing four Peisio Orbs your way.
The Task: Heal all four of Psidaan's brothers. 300 word solo.
The Reward:
Sikka, the Aiskala Spirit | 60-69
The sky becomes clear and the ground becomes as white as snow. The two collide together ever so softly and a light cold breeze flows passed you. A bright blue mist wisps about you and from it comes forth a bright blue, female Khehorian.
"I am Sikka, the Aiskala Spirit and this is my dream. You must help me with something very important. As you can see, the clouds have gone, leaving this place with very little escape from the beating sun. It's just cool here, though it should be as cold as Aisko. The sun will melt all of my hard work. I need you to fly up and create some icy clouds using these Aiskala Souls. Just enough to produce more snow. In return, you will surely receive an Aiskala Soul for your patronage." she said, holding out to you five Aiskala Souls.
The Task: Help Sikka by creating icy clouds above before her snow melts away. 300 word solo.
The Reward:
Ruuka, the Gaili Spirit | 70-79
Before you, the misty fog turns into a dark brown plane. The sky above is blue with a few white clouds streaked across it's never ending glory. The dirt ground before you is hard and rocky. As you turn around to view your surroundings, behind you is a large mountain that clouds your view of anything beyond. A dark brown mist wisps across your vision and stops at your side. From the mist comes a husky brown, male Khehorian.
"Hey, I'm Ruuka, and I need your help with a little problem I'm having." he begins, pointing at the mountain. With a flick of his wrist, a large portion of the mountain begins to open slowly. "Inside that there cave are a few weak Gaili Keinlings. Your job is to find all five throughout the cave and bring them back to me. Damn kids...getting themselves lost...I hate asking for help from strangers." he says. Within a blink of an eye, he is gone, not to return again until you return with what could be his five children.
The Task: Find the five Gaili Keinlings in the cave. 300 word solo.
The Reward:
Aiya, the Aedaun Spirit | 80-89
A bright light shines, and instead of feeling the nothingness, you feel light and airy. The brightness doesn't go away, but before you stands a tall, golden scaled Khehorian female.
"Hello. They call me Aiya. I fear as though darkness is going to overtake me. I'm constantly in a struggle, trying to run away from the darkness. You must help me get away before the darkness swallows me and I can no longer live. I will give you an Aedaun Dragon Soul for your efforts, mortal. Please, you must help me." she pleas. How will you help her escape her greatest fear?
The Task: Help Aiya cleverly escape the enclosing darkness. 300 word solo.
The Reward:
Durk, the Diabi Spirit | 90-99
The fog fades into complete and utter darkness. All you hear is a deep, raspy voice in the distance.
"Are you afraid of the dark?" it asks, evilly laughing right after for a few moments. The sound seems to come straight from behind you, but nothing is there. The voice echos after every word. "I do...believe that alllllll...are afraid of the dark. Find the light...and alllllll your fearsss will...dissssssipate. After all, I am but a...mere...ssspirit.... in neeeeeeed...of...ssssoulllllllssss..." A glimmer of light flicks on and off in the distance, but seems to move as you come closer, how will you find the light? Slowly, the air becomes thicker and thicker around you, and you feel your feet dragging as though you're wading in sludge. Hurry, before you're completely overtaken by the darkness!
The Task: Must cleverly find the light. 300 word solo.
The Reward:
Selista, the Celestial Spirit | 1 OR 100
A flurry of colors runs before your eyes and suddenly, a brightly multicolored Khehorian stands before you with the most elegant dress and the longest flowing rainbow colored hair. Her scales are bright, and her eyes seem to change color with the light.
"Welcome traveler. I am Selista. You've stepped across the way into my dream. The task I have for you is simple. All you must do is answer a series of questions for me. At the end, no matter your answers, you will receive a Celestial Dragon Soul from my many ancestors. Are you ready?"
[[ Each time you enter Selista's dream, the questions change ever so slightly about who she is talking. The first time you enter, she speaks of the Dovaa. The second, she speaks of the Orderites. The third, she speaks of the Oblivionites. The forth, she speaks of your Khehora brethren. After that, you may not enter Selista's dream anymore. ]]
The flurry of colors quickly leaves, and in a blink of an eye, underneath you is the entirety of the Celestial Plane [[Serenia, Soudul, or Eowyn.]]. She then begins to speak.
"Question number 1. What do you see below you?" she says, waiting for your answer, then continuing. "Question 2. What do you think of their people?" she pauses, taking time to hear your answer, which she nods to, then continues. "Question 3. What is their greatest downfall in your eyes?" she says, doing the same as before. "Question 4. Can you see yourself fighting with them or against them and why?" "And finally, question 5. What will you do when the light begins to fade into darkness and the heavens begin to fall?"
The Task: Answer Selista's questions. 300 word solo.
The Reward:
Step 4: The final step after completing at least 3 of the tasks above, is coming out of the Dream World to complete the ritual and attempt the transformation. Some final words will be said by the Khehorian leader and you must roll 1, 100 sided die to determine how successful the ritual truly was. All Khehora have a starting number of 10! Use this as an example:
A Peisio Khehora has gathered many orbs through other adventures and wishes to attempt the Dream World tasks. He does so, doing the required 3 plus a few extra just for safe measure. By the end of the Dream World tasks, he has collected a pretty nice amount of souls. Each soul represents a certain number to be added to the initial 10 the Peisio Khehora has already. 3 Points for any non-specie orb. 5 Points for every orb of your same specie, and 10 Points for every Celestial Orb. So here's what he has collected and what the total comes out to:
This in addition to the initial 10 every Khehora has equals out to a total of 68 Points. He now needs to roll his 1, 100 sided die, and if the number is 68 or below, the transformation is complete and successful. Give the artist a month to create for you the final Khehorian art (though it could take more or less depending upon real life issues), and happy trails! If the number is 69-100, the transformation has failed and he must start over, gathering the orbs and going back through the Dream World. Though he gains an extra 15 points to add to the initial 10 for every failed transformation!

✦ Caravan Raid ✦
Solo or Group Adventure Must be a Khehora
Rating: Reward: 1 Ayrala Dragon Orb for each participant.
You are sneaking into a Caravan at night for a raid. What you are there for is up to you, tasty food, materials, precious metals and stones, or just raiding for the fun of it.
As you slink along the outside looking for your prize you spot an Apprentice's carelessly lost Dragon Orb laying underneath a wagon. If there is a group, you spot an open bag lying on the ground with an orb laying just inside the opening of the bag.
Alone: How do you go about retrieving the orb? Do you sneak in or barge in blatantly and rely upon speed and strength to get you out? Group: Do the rest of you go about stealing what you came about while one attempts to be a distraction and one goes to grab the bag of orbs? Or do you all try sneaking?
Sneaking:: (All who try sneaking must roll) Roll a d100:: 80-100 :: You are successful in sneaking and get out scotch free 21-79 :: You get to the orb without being spotted, but are seen as you try to leave. RP your escape. 1-20 :: You get spotted on your way there and must RP your snagging the orb and your escape.
Barging in/Decoy:: There is no roll for this, but you must RP an encounter with the caravan's people. Do you try to intimidate them? Or just rush in and out and hope you and your companions all get out safely. How do you try to preoccupy the caravan people while your buddies sneak in and raid? If one of your companions tries to sneak but gets caught, do you run to help them or try to drive off the two-leggers and let your friends escape?
Have fun with this one. There are so many ways that this can go, so feel free to do as weird of stuff as you want! You may RP a fight with the caravan people: you won't need to roll for that fight nor will you get any EXP, but it is another option to play around with.

✦ Invasion! ✦
Group Adventure Must be a Dovaa This Adventure takes place on the Celestial Plane.
Rating: Reward: Depends on how many Lirkrept you kill; you will receive Poison Teeth. Plus a Kiandri Dragon Orb.
A strange creature has invaded the Celestial Plane; an Apprentice thought it would be an amusing prank to bring them in and let them loose in the Celestial Fortress. To bad he didn't think of the consequence of letting loose breeding pairs in an environment with almost no predators to keep the numbers down.
The creature is a Lirkrept (See Creatures Thread in the Eowyn post for more information). They were more of an annoyance than a danger until they began to attack people that walked too close to their nests, which were everywhere in Astral City. That was when it was discovered that their bite was poisonous. And since it was children, the least resistant to said poison, that were being attacked the most, Marcus Ysaride issued a statement requesting everyone's help to exterminate or clean out the Lirkrept's nests within the city. He determined that it would be fine if they lived in the wilds, but not near their children.
To complete this prompt the entire group will need to catch 4 Lirkrepts and either kill them or return them to the outside world or the wilds away from the city. You may catch more if you wish, but you need at least 4.
Each participant rolls 3 d100's. Each roll is for 1 Lirkrept.
1-25:
You fail to catch any, in fact they seem to mock you as the dodge your clumsy attempts.
The Lirkrept bites you for your troubles, take a 5 point penalty on all future rolls for this adventure. So new rolls will be: 1-30/ 31-80 / 81-100. These numbers stack twice so the highest penalty is : 1-35 / 36-85 / 86-100
26-75:
You succeed in catching it safely without being bitten. The Lirkrept is now caged, hissing balefully at its captor. What do you do with it?
» Kill it? Receive a Poison Tooth.
» Or release it into the wilds or outside the Celestial Plane.
This counts towards the 4 you need to catch/kill.
76-100:
While trying to catch the Lirkrept, you manage to kill it. Perhaps you hit it too hard or got pissed and deliberately kill it out of frustration.
Receive a Poison Tooth.
This counts towards the 4 you need to catch/kill.
Role play your groups response to the first 3 die rolls. Once you have RP'd losing/catching/killing the Lirkrepts, you may roll again to see what happens for a second attempt. When wrapping up, please have them meet with Marcus and report their results. If you show him at least 4 captured Lirkrepts or their Posion Teeth than he rewards everyone in the group with a Kiandri Dragon Orb.
Reward: If you killed any Lirkrept's you get a Poison Tooth for each kill. You also get exp (for battlers) for each kill. They are level 10 for the determining of EXP gained. This may count as an RP Requirement if all participants have posted at least 500 words.
Poison Tooth: A small, sharp tooth. It can be thrown or stabbed into the enemy to cause the poison to begin circulating. May be used on a successful attack in battle. Deals 5 poison damage for 4 rounds and the target loses 5 ENG. If the target is a Ysali Dovaa or Khehora this has no effect.

✦ The Citadels' Library ✦
Group or Solo Adventure Orderite Only
Ratings:
Special: A hybrid Orderite may attempt this. Just make sure you rp them getting hostile looks and comments!
Today you find yourself in the library. Are you here because you love books and the library is your home away form home? Or did you get sent her to search for a specific book by someone? For whatever reason that you have come, the Citadel's Library looms before you. It's pale gray and white marble columns hold up an immense domed roof. The large double doors of a deep golden brown wood are inlaid with winged figures battling dragons in copper inlay. Opening the doors, you see before you rows and rows of shelves, stashed full of books, looking up, you can see that the room is encircled with many balconies, all full of book shelves. Light falls from windows in the curved roof, causing the dust motes to glow golden in their path. A hushed silence fills the room, though you can hear the far off steps of someone as they wander the library though you can see no one else in the library other than a thin and be-speckled young man at a large desk to your right..
As you wander the shelves, looking for what you came here for or looking for something interesting, a cold breeze blows across you neck. Turning about, you see only the warm light brown shelves and rows of books.. and one small side table with a stack of scrolls and loose papers at the end of the hallway of books. Amid the loose papers, you spot some ice... and it isn't melting even though this room is warm enough that ice shouldn't be able to last.
If you approach and look at the strange sheet of paper, you see that it is a map with its edges encrusted with ice. The map it self is cold to the touch, and the ice won't melt no matter what you do.
You may hide it and sneak out of the library, or ask the librarian who is at the front desk if you can take it. Should you ask, he will smile and tell you that the map can be taken out, since it is meant to guide some one and it can't guide you from in here! Take it and please come back one day and tell him where it led so that he may write of your journey...
Reward: Icy Treasure Map, It leads to another adventure you may do at another time! To get this reward you must have at least 500 words!

For whatever reason that you have come, the Sanctuary's Library looms before you. It's pale purple and black marble columns hold up an immense domed roof. The large double doors of a deep red brown wood are inlaid with dark figures battling winged ones in copper inlay. Though if you do... come back and tell her...

Special: Dovaa Hybrids may NOT do this adventure. This library is in the Celestial Plane where they do not have access.
Today you find yourself in the library. Are you here because you love books and the library is your home away form home? Or did you get sent here to search for a specific book by someone? For whatever reason that you have come, the largest library in the Celestial Plane looms before you. Its warm dark brown pillars hold up an enormous peaked roof. The large double doors of a light red brown wood are inlaid with pale wooden designs of the many elements and dragons on Magesc. Opening the doors, you see before you rows and rows of shelves, stashed full of books. Looking up, you can see that the room is encircled with many balconies, all full of book shelves. Light falls from windows in the roof, causing the dust motes to glow golden in their path. A hushed silence fills the room, though you can hear the far off steps of someone as they wander the library. You can see no one else in the library other than a thin older woman at a large desk to your right.
As you wander the shelves, looking for what you came here for or looking for something interesting, a cold breeze blows across you neck. Turning about, you see only the golden brown shelves and rows of books.. and one small side table with a stack of scrolls and loose papers at the end of the hallway of books. You may hide it and sneak out of the library, or ask the librarian who is at the front desk if you can take it. Should you ask, the older woman will pullout her glasses and examine the map before proclaiming it fool hardy to seek out what this map offers since that is on Aisko and only fools go to that cold blighted land...
Reward: Icy Treasure Map, It leads to another adventure you may do at another time. You must have 500 words to receive this reward!
