You've now entered the real world. Working. Dealing with other humans in real life.

You don't come off as very good with people, and everyone's super-protective of kids, so... I thought you'd say something about a kid with glasses, they'd cry, and you'd get fired.

I'm not surprised at all, to be honest. I mean, it's not like youtube trolls go around actin' like trolls in the real world. I would have been very surprised if Aoi acted like internet Aoi in the real world. If he did, then I would have acknowledged that he had some sort of mental disorder.

It's like the stranger on the train phenomenon. When we gain at least some form of anonymity, we act out in ways we usually wouldn't.

That bein' said, I'm glad you're entertin' the real world and gettin' s**t done. I think you're ahead of me by far. xd

I can't do that. I can't be discriminative in any way or I get fired.

And why would I? It's not what I am supposed to do.

I just got done with my 2nd week of subbing. Dammit I don't get paid til the 22nd and it's only gonna be for the 3 days of my first week since their pay schedule is stupid.

But yeah I only have 8$ in my bank account, I don't want that. And subbings mostly a bore. Just talk and take roll for 5 minutes to tell them what to do then sit.

And yeah I do not act like I do in real life like I do on here. I should though my mom in stuff say since I yell a lot on here where in real life shouting out loud or yelling to the students to get their attention and listen to me still seems weird to me.

I feel like most people don't act the same way online as they do in real life, which makes sense. I actually had a research idea formulated to show the differences, but I never got to do it.

I try to act the same way. The main difference is that I take a while before I start mouthin' out my opinion in real life. Also, people older than me (and a lot of women) scare the crap out of me, whereas online, I tend to not know (or forget) so I tend to not care. I feel like I've become more similar as I've aged.

Actually, it's probably similar to why some scare me. I just don't bundle 'em all into one category.

I'm pretty similar to this in real life. At least, with people I know can handle an honest opinion.

I'm only afraid of angry hobos.

Outbursts like "Women scare me" / "you scare me" / "they see weirdly" etc etc is what I expected to happen. A fear-of-something-different outburst. In public.

That pay schedule is actually pretty normal for most companies. For most jobs you get paid 1 week after the last day in a 2-week period.
If you started working in the week of Sunday the 3rd, your first pay would be Thursday the 21st, but only including work between March 3-16.
In this case you started working in the week of Sunday the 10th. Their pay period is still Thursday the 21st so you're only getting the first week's pay.
Or um, Friday the 22nd. Whatever. Thurs/Fri pay varies from place to place.

You're probably getting more money for those 3 days than I am for each week of rehearsals or shows.

But that's because I'm stuck in a bogus apprentice system where there's no legal obligation to pay me because "I'm learning." Which I'm not. I came in knowing how to do my job very well. But it's ridiculous because rehearsal weeks are 60hrs, and show weeks are 40hrs. You can't keep another job with a schedule like that. Especially with daytime rehearsals and then night-time shows.

I just hope they get the pay right. THEY BETTER NOT DEDUCT TOO MUCH!!!! I should get 170ish total for those 3 days, so I am expecting at least 130 or higher after deductions. If I get lower I will be mad and have them change it to 1, since I freaken claimed 0 and I read recently you get less, where 1 you get more. My mom said you can change it to 1 single if you want to. I will if I only get like 100 or something. Rediculous, I WANT MONEY DAMMIT!!!!!!!!! I hate having 8 dollars in my bank account.

But yeah 2 weeks after this pay, it should be much higher like 350 or higher, the first real pay check since it will include 2 weeks of subbing.
