Kido: Like his father, Baraku has considerable knowledge of high level Kidō spells, casting several in quick succession, with no incantation and almost no effort, and still possessing formidable power. He can spells up to level 90, and possesses advanced knowledge of Kidō application and consistency. He can use a low-level spell repeatedly in rapid succession and with devastating effects, as well as a counter to attacks. All of this is only possible because of his Fathers teachings.
Shunpo Level: Baraku's posseses great skill in Shunpo, though he can not beat his father, no matter how many times they have playfully tried. Baraku tends to try and beat his father and has come close several times, most of those times he believes his father is just being kind and letting him get close.
Hakuda: Being skilled in Hakuda, Baraku is able to Disarm an opponent with such ease that he has been noted for it by many shinigami, alot of them saying he should join Squad two because of his skills.
Zanpakuto Name: Senkurozakura
Zanpakuto Appearance: In Katana form Senkurozakura appeares as an Asuchi with Diamond shaped decorations on the handle, The decoratons are colored white and at the end of the Handle hangs a long blood red tassle. The metal in the blade itself, when in the light, shows a red glint, this is because there is a red material embedded in the blade, this is part of Senkuro and gives Kido spells a slight boost in power.

Shikai Incantation: "Disperce and shred, Senkurozakura"
Shikai Appearance: Hundreds of black and red Cherry Blossoms.
Shikai Abilities: In its Shikai, Senkurozakura is Identical to Senbonzakura, the blade separates into a thousand tiny, slender blade fragments, which fly away from the hilt, leaving only the sword's handle in baraku's hand. The release can be negated before it completes. If, however, the release completes itself, Senkurozakura is rendered near unstoppable. While the blades are supposedly too small to be seen normally, they reflect light in such a way as to resemble cherry blossom petals, though the color is altered by Baraku's Reiatsu. Instead they are colored black with a blood red aura surrounding them. By swinging Senkurozakura's hilt, Baraku can control the blade fragments, allowing him to shred opponents at a distance and break through almost any defense. The blades can be used for defensive purposes, as they can protect Baraku from an incoming sword swing. In order to protect Baraku from his own attacks in both Shikai and Bankai, Senkurozakura possesses a 'Hurtless Area' where it does not cut anything within 85cm of Baraku unless he himself allows the blades to enter the area. Additionally, Baraku can use his hands to move the blades at a similar speed to someone using shunpo.

Bankai Name: Hanayaka Kurosakura (Viz: Brilliant Black Blossom)
Bankai Appearance: On one hand, Baraku wears the same Gauntlet as seen attached to Senkuro Zakura's standard armor. In the other hand, he wields a Rapier sword with a blackened hilt.
Bankai Abilities:
Kurai Sakura Kage (黒桜影 Viz: Black Blossom Shadow) - With a wave of the blackened katana, an overwhelming, razor-sharp array of intertwining black vines covered with thorns, which mix in with black cherry blossom petals shoots out across the ground as if it were a shadow of sorts. When it is in range of the target, it juts up from the ground in the formation of what appears to be a plant-like cero. When making contact with the target, it nearly slices at almost every angle of the skin.
Himitsu Sokudo (秘密速度 Viz: Secret Speed) - Baraku's shunpo momentarily increases in extreme speed, faster or slower depending on the rate of stamina, creating multiple flash-copies of himself around the area in order to confuse the opponent. The flash copies mimic the real Baraku's movements, so at the same time he slashes his blade, the rest of the copies dissipate into a flurry of black petals that rush towards the opponent from all directions like a tornado closing in.
Hokyū Katana (補給刀 Viz: Replenishing Sword) - Whenever used, the zanpakuto can recollect a number of black cherry blossoms that come out of thin air to repair the blade.
Saigo no Chier: Bushi wa Kami (最終的な 散乱 Viz: Final Scattering, Samurai God) - Baraku calls out the name of his zanpakuto spirit. When done, a large amount of black cherry blossoms coat him from the neck down, hardening into steel samurai armor around him, made very light and easy to move in. on his back, even more cherry blossoms form there in the arrangement of a pair of black angel wings, usable for flight. This attack is highly explosive on impact, and drains whatever half of Baraku's reiatsu remains.

Personality:
Since he is to be the 29th head of the Kuchiki clan, Baraku tends to act in an aristocratic manner. He always seems serene and apathetic towards other people, even while actually deeply conflicted. He is notably calm, even in battle. He generally acts indifferent, bordering on arrogance, to most situations he is faced with, and rarely views his opponent as being worth his time. Baraku is very perceptive, fully aware of the limits of his abilities, and anything he states in comparison to an opponent is usually justified.
Baraku, like his father strongly believes in law and order. As a captain of the Gotei 13 and the Son of the Head Captain who is also the head of one of the great noble families, he works hard for a peaceful society. He feels that if someone in his position does not follow the rules as a good example, no one else will. He believes that to maintain the order, all law-breakers must be punished, even if it goes against his own wishes.

History:
Baraku was born into the Kuchiki Family not long before his mother Hisana Kuchiki had passed. He was basically unknown to anyone that was not a member of the Kuchiki Clan since Byakuya had forbidden them to speak about him. Even Rukia had no notion of Baraku's existence. Baraku, having never been aloud beyond the walls of the Kuchiki estate had no friends to grow up with, so he studied up on his skills so he could enroll in the Shinigami academy. After the War Byakuya gave Baraku permisson to attend the Academy. Because of his constant studying Baraku excelled in his school work, being top of his class in Kido. When his father was promoted to Head Captain Baraku was still attending the Academy. He would train with his father and try to perfect his skills whenever his father had the free time
After graduating the academy Baraku joined Squad 12 due to his Intellect and was placed as an Unseated member. Quickly moving through the ranks to make it to 3rd seat. After a few years Baraku was offered the Job of being the new Lieutenant of the 6th Division, Since he wanted to follow in his Fathers footsteps he took the Job. Another number of years later Baraku became the Captain of the 6th division, just after he had accomplished Bankai. After becoming Captain, Baraku started to train even more, trying to perfect his skill at casting Kido, his Skill in Hakuda and even his Shunpo as well as his skill with his Zanpakuto.
