However, she always gets excited at the chance to see new things outside the walls of kumogakure. Hunting, eating, and sleeping are also on a top priority list of likes for her. She’ll like anyone whom she feels she can trust who feeds her. She loves to make new friends and will show it by being extremely affectionate toward them if they are especially kind.

History: Xiao was born in the heart of the land of water within the walls of Nadeshiko village, A village of proud warrior women who value their strength. Her father was a Missing nin from a village that her mother never knew truly knew of because he refused to disclose it. To her mother it didn't matter because he was strong as was she and Xiao was born a healthy baby girl because of this union. He wasn't allowed to live within the village but he stationed himself within the forest around Nadeshiko village where they would meet and raise their child together. When Xiao was only five years old she showed incredible instincts for battle and had the strength to match. She lived with the creatures of the forest and her favorites were wild leopards that would roam the trees. She loved them so she modeled her fighting style after their hunting tactics.

As she grew up She carried out many missions for the elders of Nadeshiko village even assisting Kirigakure in some of their battles when the need was required. This was their method of academy teachings. It was during her time in Kiri that she developed a love for weaponry. Taking the design of her father's jacket she modeled it to be more feline like to pay homage to the creatures she respected so. Once this was done she spoke with some of the seven swordsman of the mist to find out what weapon was most suited to her personality. They showed her several types of weapons that she practiced with and she adored them all but the ones she loved best were the sickles simply because the blades remind her of feline claws. With more time she practiced with summoning jutsu learning how to carry multiple weapons with her to use based on her situation.

By the time she was the age of ten she had designed a style that was perfect for her. Primal and strong just like the leopards of the jungles around Nadeshiko village. Her stealth and swiftness were unparalleled comparer other potential genin as none could keep up with her. She kept up her amazing display of skills through the latter part of her eleventh year. On her return trip home from a mission she had learned that her father had died while being chased by his old villages tracker nin. They chased him and her mother until they were cornered and he used a forbidden jutsu to kill them all in order to protect her innocent mother. To soothe the child, she gave Xiao the scroll passed down through generations of Chiyoko girls when she returned to her mother. Within the casing held a blood contract with summoned creatures called "The beasts of Suju".

Her amazing adaptability and creativity continued to flourish despite her almost clueless personality. She detached the claws from the handles of kamas and sickles to seal them inside one of her many tool scrolls. Instead of stopping to take out a scroll she decided to pin them within her sleeves and practiced with this idea night and day until she learned to summon chains, throwing knives, caltrops, whatever she could fit through the slits in her sleeves with precision. It made her even more unpredictable than ever before. She also would spread her arms and let waves of her weapons soar from the openings on the underside. It took some time for her, who's attention span and memory were that of a small rodent, to memorize the placement of what tools she wished to use for maximum performance in combat. She ended up trying the summoning scroll to call the Lion of Suju who seemed like he was used for war with his armor and battle scars. He told her about her mothers's heritage and where she ultimately came from before teaching her about chakra natures. Come to find out she had an affinity for Lightning and Fire release but she never cared to use it. She was comfortable with what she had mastered and that was what allowed her to be promoted to a genin at the age of twelve.

It was during the thirteenth year of her life that she met with a young man from the hidden cloud village. He had heard of her abilities and wished to do battle with her under the rules of Nadeshiko Village. With utmost confidence she accepted his challenge thinking there was no way she could lose. The man was a master of the Hidden cloud's lightning affinity and bombarded her with so much overwhelming force she didn't know how to respond. No one was faster than her yet not being able to use her legs put her at a massive disadvantage. She had come to learn that the man was actually one of the best jonin currently within the cloud. For him to be only three years older It taught her a lesson of just what more she could be capable of if she learned to use her natures as well. This didn't make her feel so bad and this meant she would get to marry a strong man like her mother. This made her happy and she was very willing to become his wife. He was allowed into the village for a short time to celebrate the engagement and prepare them for their trip to hidden cloud. As a wedding gift her mother showed her a technique that her mother and her mother’s mother all utilized. It was the Great Fireball technique.

They set out soon after to make their way to Hidden cloud to be married and start their new lives. During the trip they were assaulted by two men in Masks she didn't recognize. They fought for some time to save their lives. Trying to escape and break for the hidden cloud village they were chased to the very borders of the Lightning country. Xiao continued to run when she realized her fiancé wasn't with her anymore. He had stopped and stood before one of the men as if he was being controlled by some sort of jutsu. She didn't understand what was going on or what to do. The man's partner would do everything in his power to prevent her from reaching him and before he was finally killed he told her to escape and warn the Raikage. Just as he drew his last breath the commotion had altered the course of a team of Hidden cloud jonin. They were returning from a mission when the commotion lead them to the scene warranting the two men to escape.

She went to the hidden cloud to attend her lost lover's funeral and decided not to return to Nadeshiko Village. She felt she had shamed herself with her weakness for not being able to protect her mate. She spent her time developing a relationship with the Lion of Suju when seeking comfort over the death of her first Fiancé. When she’d finally recovered from her slump she was made a cloud genin which she vowed to grow strong enough to protect her next mate with her own life.


Personality:Xiao is ditzy, Air-headed, childish, and downright dumb at times. She likes to play and eat lots and lots of food. To her playing is actually training and honing her wild instincts. She never lets herself get spoiled by the ways of suburban living. She’d rather sleep outside in the brush than inside of a bed. Despite her goofy ways she’s actually very intelligent just in her own way. Xiao is the type of person that will tell you whatever it is you want to know but the way she will tell you will be so vague and open to a number of meanings that its almost useless unless you think of it the way she does. Her time spent among the wild cats in the jungles of the water country caused her to pick up many feline like habits. She often looks, acts, walks, and eats like a cat at times. She has a strange habit of referring to herself in the third person and constantly meowing for one reason or another. It even adapts into her speech so she speaks with a feline like accent.
