Weakness: It's a poleaxe, the range of its swings. Visual Description: This poleaxe is made of one of the best metal's made by the Ikazuchi clan. It is colored a violet/plum color with accents in a bright silver. It looks very royal-esque that it shouldn't be used that it should be more of a decoration displayed on the wall. But that is where it deceives many that first gaze upon it.
The armor that it can manifest is the same exact coloring as the weapon but the armor is that of a wolf like suit of armor covering the entire user in the armor from head to toe. The head is that of a wolf mouth slightly open so the user can see out of it with no visual issues. It is very form-fitting showing off all curves of the persons body.
Special Weapon/Armor Skills:
◊ This weapon can break down Making the weapon itself lighter, the part that breaks off becomes a armor made of the same material with the same abilities on it. The weapon after turning into the armor as well will feel lighter in the users hands and be able to swing it at a much more rapid pace almost as if it were weightless compared to its original weight.
◊ This weapon/armor combo made of said material can use the 300 chakra total able to be absorbed, but can not be used till it hits the max, this can take the 300 chakra and refund the wearer the same amount of chakra but only usable once per battle.
◊ This armor/weapon is covered in an invisible chakra aura that can sense up to a 30ft radius from the user of incoming danger. Nothing too specific just the sense that there is danger coming from a certain direction. Alerting the user of the incoming damage.
◊ In the hands of direct descendants of blood related members the poleaxe weighs that of a normal weapon. In the hands of an outsider the weapon weighs that of many weapons made of the finest material. This weapon/armor combo makes it so it is solely fitted to the original user that it was crafted for. that the armor will only fit the original user.
◊ The armor helmet does nothing super special. It filters in the air around her using a unique system she created. It pulls in all the chemicals from around her and turns it into the clean oxygen she needs and spits out the bad stuff. Essentially protecting her from deadly airborne viruses, poisons, and diseases. Also covering any smell genjutsu's removing any un-natural scents that would cause the genjutsu to be triggered.
Material Properties: Keen Edge (+1 Ranking to Bladed weapons made of this material), Extremely Durable (S Rank), Master Hunter (+1 Effective rank against Supernatural Beasts), Energy Eater (Able to absorb Jutsu up to A Rank within a limit of 300 Chakra total, energy MUST be dispelled at the end of each encounter or it stacks)

Okay, sorry for the delay lets get to this.
1. The first issue I have is this, Your Raikage does not have any Axe based or pole based Bukijutsu meaning that while the weapon is cool and all, can you even use it? Since, looking at your profile here all you seem to have is a bow based Bukijutsu.
2. You are aware that Runite will require the meeting with Kiyo (I want to confirm to be absolutely certain, I know you mentioned it on Skype but I want to be 100% sure)
3. Onto the weapon in itself, I love the idea and concept, dont get me wrong. But just *how* does it break down further to allow for the armor to be added in? Like, the weapon is already pretty slim and adding on all the pieces to make the armor to the weapon would make it highly impractical and pretty well unusable. So my suggestion is thus: While keeping them tied together, split them up. Have them as separate pieces of the same set. Instead of having the weapon break up into the armor have the armor as sort of a ceremonial display thing in your office and upon a certain motion with charka or even a command word the axe can summon the armor through a summoning style jutsu.
4. So if I am reading this second ability right, you are using the Energy Eater effect of Runite and once it caps out you are able to refund that to your Kage? I want to be sure I am reading it correctly and understand the technique. I dont personally see anything wrong with that, but I want to ensure I understand what it is.
5. How does the chakra radius work for warning about inbound danger? Spidey-sense esc? Like a radar? If you could elaborate a touch it would be helpful.
6. How does the weapon / armor know if the person using it is a direct blood descendant? Its an object, not a sentient thing after all. Unless there is some kind of pact you make with it. Cool concept, but needs explaining.
7. Just to be sure this only works when the helmet is actually being worn, and not so long as the person is wearing the armor or holding the weapon. I've had a few instances in the past where people had this kind of thing but then tried to argue that because its mentioned in the powers they can use it without having to wear the piece that gives the power. Im not saying you are the type to do this, but for my own piece of mind if you can confirm this only works when the character is wearing the helmet, I would appreciate that.

Ok 1 I should still be able to have it not like i need a style to have the weapon.....
2. yea i kinda figured hence the reason I wanted to have this looked at so we could start that whole process....
3. the weapon is more wide around the axe part of the weapon. hence y i said it looked more like it had more of a "for show" then a actual weapon kinda like a bulkier version of a poleaxe. kinda like garra's gourd before he goes into battle.. it looks more like this giant gourd on his back at first.. then he actually uses it and its like OHHHHH so that is what it does... if that makes sense.
4. yes im using the 300 chakra the material can absorb as a refuel but as i said can only be used once per battle so any more chakra gained after popping the 300 once in the battle will have to be somehow dispersed and unable to to be used in that way again...
5. yea a spidey-sense. nothing like a actual sensors technique. just more so of a "hey looky here there is something coming from behind you... you might want to react to it..." nothing overly huge. hence the radius of only 30ft. idk how else to explain it, explanations are not exactly my strong suit.
6. i think kaz tried to explain it... what i wanted the armor to be able to do was once it was made the way it forms that BOND with the person.. is it links itself to that persons DNA meaning that it will only work for that said persons DNA, like if Koneko was to have a child. it would tech. have a slight dna of her and could possibly wear the armor but i dont see that ever happening soooo yea... that is mostly what i ment... what i wanted it mostly for was to kinda make it seem in the RP that the Saiketsu and your clan were like allies from the day 1... that they always worked with each other and it kinda was like a really close bond between the clans cause of all this... not sure if that makes any damned sense.. but i tried xD
7.oh its mostly only once the armor is worn that the helmet has the stats. i couldnt think of the last one to add to the combo of it so i was like well damn.... just go with something to help the armor side then... so it only works IF the helmet is actually worn. so in all sense the kage could make the armor appear but chose not to fully suit up by lets say.. not grabbing the helmet... cuase lets face it.... iron man did it some times.... wears the full armor just not the helmet... or even the old power rangers.. if that helps... its mostly.. a ONLY with the helmet does this last attribute actually kick in...

ok here is the description that i was saying how it would work:
When your clan of dragon smiths make the armor the saiketsu bloodline would make some sort of unbreakable seal hidden inside the metal of the armor that triggers as soon as the person it was made for wears it.. it instantly makes a bond with the wearers DNA making it linked to that person and that person alone. (you will see what i mean in rp i am better at rping it out then explaining) xD
The only remaining question I have left is how are you going to tie it to the bloodline?
