If only I knew more of the series...I think the digimon are adorable, though as I'm kind of a killjoy...your humans need a great deal of work. I can recommend maybe brushing a bit up on shading and depth? And instead of trying to draw in outlines, really focus hard on 'wireframes' first, to understand build and go at it from the base, upwards.
Take this gif, though admittedly for a different purpose and not by me, for example. Despite lacking details, it's proportions are correct and you can see where all the muscles will be. The external lines just kind of make themselves when you realize where everything is underneath. You do this lightly, or on a different layer if you're using a program. Then over it, you sketch fur, start shading, and adding features.

You're not a killjoy. You're a big help. I never expected to get in depth critique here. Thanks so much!

I can likely assist you more, though it should be a new project that you're working on from the ground, up. It's tons easier to assist while it's ongoing and unfinished, instead of something you've already completed. DA has tons of good tutorial for sketching anime wireframes, though. There's also likely internet sites that instruct upon how to draw in digimon style.
To spice things up a bit for you, here's a hint, since you're active in the guild and post in other places then contests... In two days, you can put your art skills to the test. And be able to do so over thirty.
