There are rules now for twins. They DO exist, with some specific rules and definitions.

If, on a breeding, ANY two foals are rolled to have the same breed traits and mutations, as well as (preferably) Alcor status, those two foals can be twins. The twins don't have to be adjacent to each other on your list of roll results, just as long as they're rolled the same. The same can be said of genders; different or same genders are allowed, provided that they are still rolled the same.

However, this does not necessarily make them twins. If you, the colorist, don't want to color twins, then you can color the potential twins to be very different from each other, in which case they are NOT twins. Twins can be colored nearly identically or fully identically. Personal edits, however, in the case of these twins, need to be identical in every aspect (though possibly colored differently, your choice). If you DO color twins, when dropping off the foals, please note it. This has an effect on a special type of magic reserved only for twins. These foals will be noted as "True twins."

Magic-wise, such twins have a special prenatal gift bestowed on them by Gemini to communicate telepathically. It only happens between one twin and another in a set of twins. No other siblings share in it, and one twin set cannot communicate telepathically with another twin set.
