His Mangekyou Sharingan moves like an eternal black hole, the darkness always warping and getting sucked into the tiny pupil in the center. The darkness never fades as more keeps appearing from the edges of the eyes.
Personality/Mannerism: Izaya is mostly always calm and seemingly alright with most situations. He doesn't scare easily, nor does he appear scary in any way. One thing mainly that can be noted about him is that he gets slightly nervous around people that are bigger than him. Bigger as in physical size of course. Being of the age and rank that he is it seems strange to him that even some Genin would be of greater stature than himself. This nervousness however does not entail quaking in his boots or cowering in fear, but simply an unwillingness to stand too close to them lest their sizes be taken into account and questions start being asked. Izaya is one of those people who says exactly what is on his mind, consequential as they may be. He will tell a student or even the Hokage himself/herself exactly what they need to hear despite their delicate feelings. Likewise, he is practical, always stating fully what the intends so nothing is left to the imagination. Meaning if he is going to teach you a single technique he leaves nothing out of his explanation, that way he has a reason to get angry when it isn't done to perfection as he explained it. Which is another thing about him. He might not be quick to anger, but before the time comes where he gets angry he will state whether the person(s) has 'one more chance' to do something besides what he warns them against or he will start getting physical. Because of his tendency to state things in full detail yet his ardent refusal to do things in full detail, along with the fact that he is an Uchiha, he has been given the name Crimson Paradox.
Facial Features: It doesn't help any that he looks younger than his age. His features alone make him seem like more of a mid-teenager than anything else. Otherwise he has flawless skin that only seems to emphasize his childish good looks, jet black hair that compliments his similarly colored eyes, a small straight nose, desirable lips and perfectly sized ears that are mostly always hidden by his head of hair. All in all his only problem in the facial department is that people tend to mistake him as younger than he actually is, and as such, diminish the respect he is due.
Physique: Izaya is rather on the small side. From his head down he has a slender neck that holds the weight of his head nicely, a thin torso exaggerated only with the slightly noticeable six pack he has, a light definition of his pectorals protruding, and an inward navel. He has solid arms lined with taut muscles that can protect the bones beneath, but in contrast to the rest of his arms his hands are very soft, feeling more like a baby's bottom than a well trained expert of a fully grown man. His slender, almost dainty fingers are elegantly made, and his grip is very firm, nothing being able to slip from his grasp due to clumsiness on his part. He has a slender waist and sinewy legs that could almost be mistaken for those of a female dancer. Not an ounce of fat can be found anywhere on his form, and likewise his body is smooth all over, the only hairs to be found being on his head, his eyebrows and eyelashes, and a light dusting around his genitalia.

Personal Skill: Izaya is very intelligent, boasting a Genius-Level IQ. He can come up with complex maneuvers, or even simple ones and make them seem complex, all in the span of mere seconds. He is also great with his hands. He can cook the most delicious of foods if he isn't being too lazy about the whole thing. He can build many things, though not to the complexity that true carpenters can. The final fact about him is that he has a great singing voice, though he doesn't really use it. His alto is higher and more pronounced than a male falsetto and as such his voice only seems to belie his age further.
Favorite Food/Drink: Izaya will eat anything as long as it tastes good. Even if he's been told it's no good he'll try it once and no more, even if he gets diarrhea after partaking.

Special Tactic/Skills: Having a Genius-Level Intellect, Izaya is able to make snap decisions with ease and devise suitable counterattacks for any situation. This is even without the Sharingan. With it, he becomes a master tactician, able to plan through an encounter five chess moves ahead.
Battle Strength: His skill with his clan's techniques make him a force to be reckoned with. His efficiency in their use is profound and he tends to use them to his advantage to take down his foes. He can also use Genjutsu and Ninjutsu to extreme potentials to weaken and defeat his foes. His immense chakra control allows him to use techniques efficiently without tiring as easily as the normal shinobi.
Battle Weakness: Though he considers himself a Taijutsu expert, he is still a bit lacking in physical strength alone and Taijutsu training, making it apparent that should he be pitted against a Taijutsu specialist and be forced to use Taijutsu alone, he will lose. There is only so much evading and mock retaliations he can do before he becomes exhausted. Taijutsu tends to exhaust him faster than using his chakra does.

• Sharingan Windmill Triple Blade ~ C Rank
Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Uchiha clan. Using the developed vision of the Sharingan eye, the clan member hurls three Windmill Shuriken which have wire attached. While In the air the clan member can manipulate wire to make the blades circle the target, which results in the attached wire binding them.
• Great Fireball Technique ~ C Rank
A Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.
•Genjutsu: Sharingan ~ A Rank
This technique is simply the generic use of genjutsu as employed by Sharingan wielders. By establishing direct eye contact with the intended opponents, the user can lock them within a genjutsu of their choosing in order to achieve various effects. These effects range from inducing instantaneous, but temporary, paralysis or unconsciousness in an opponent to forcefully extracting any valuable information that they possessor controlling their actions.
• Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change ~ A Rank
The user decrypts a genjutsu that has been applied to them and lets loose a technique with identical effects onto the opponent. It is a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique, which sends it right back to its caster, deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else.
• Ephemeral ~ A Rank
A technique used by forcing their opponent to look at a desired point. The technique brings forth a mass of torment, it can vary and change over and over again, keeping them on their toes, keeping the torment going. They will eventually be tortured by those dearest to them, the psychological torment becoming so unbearable that they will break down completely.

A basic Ninjutsu. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

A Ninjutsu which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

A very basic Ninjutsu that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
• Act of Tree Climbing ~ E Rank
The art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Tree Climbing Training helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
• Act of Water Surface Walking ~ E Rank
A variation on the Act of Tree Climbing, the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
• Release ~ C Rank
A Ninjutsu which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
• Crow Clone Technique ~ C Rank
Karasu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu used by Uchiha Itachi. This technique allows Itachi to create a clone composed of crows. The Itachi clone can disperse into multiple crows, which still maintain his consciousness. This allows him to speak and react while in crow form.
• Fire Release: Dragon Flame Release Song ~ C Rank
A Jutsu derived from Fire Release: Dragon Flame Jutsu. The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh.
• Dragon Fire Technique ~ C Rank
This is done in a combination technique once you have bound your foe. It is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target.
• Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique ~ C Rank
A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like Shuriken or Kunai.
• Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction ~ B Rank
A technique where chakra inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames that can set a vast area ablaze, engulfing the target in a veritable sea of flames. If used upon dense, combustible terrain such as a forest, the confined area can greatly increase the possibility of the target's incineration.
• Fire Release: Great Fire Majesty ~ A Rank
A technique where chakra inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range. This makes the technique extremely difficult to either avoid or contain. Only a Suiton Jutsu at the same Rank could block this Jutsu, or a large amount of Suiton users could even hope to block this annihilation. This Jutsu is basically a big wall of Great Fireball Jutsus headed at your target coming from a single user.
• Thousand Birds ~ A Rank
After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.
•Thousand Birds Sharp Spear ~ A Rank
A Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shapethe Lightning Element to form an extending spear of lightning. Though unstated, this spear probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease.
• Thousand Birds Current ~ A Rank
A Ninjutsu developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to his body, Sasuke is able to extend it outside of his body and through objects which he is holding. This allows him to create a protective zone around his person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize his foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system.
• Thousand Birds Needles ~ A Rank
A Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form senbon. Though unstated, these needles probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through most anything which stands in its path.
• Shadow Clone Explosion ~ A Rank
A Ninjutsu technique utilized by Uchiha Itachi. At first glance the clone appears to be a normal Kage Bunshin, but Itachi can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion.

Headband Location: Worn as the link that hold the first button placement at the front of his jacket together. Essentially, it is located slightly above the center of his chest.
Headband Style: Only the metal plating has been left of the headband's structure. It has been adorned on either side by complex clipping devices that allow it to attach itself to his jacket and act as a link.
Clothing: For his attire he wears clothing that doesn't make him stand out, always preferring black or other dark shades, red/crimson being the only other color he is willing to wear. He can always be seen wearing a pair of gloves [white on the left hand; black on the right hand] that leave his fingers exposed. He always wears a sleeveless shirt beneath a red and white jacket with short sleeves, essentially leaving the rest of his arms exposed. He wears fitted black pants and black footwear.
Cherished Items: The most important item he holds is his headband, as it is the last thing he has of his mother and her memory. Should it go missing he would move heaven and earth, and hell if he has to in order to find it.
Special Weapons:
Izaya wears a special crimson choker around his neck that has a lone diamond etched into its frontal design. What makes it so special is that, though one cannot tell right off the bat that it has a function, it is used a chakra supplier for Katon techniques below A Rank. It regulates his chakra flow in such a way that it enables the use of fire techniques with the minimum strain and effort. It was created by his teacher to help fuel his fire efficiency and keep his chakra under control. Mostly it was made to suppress unneeded chakra after he burned down a building through carelessness when he was just getting started as a Genin.

Religious philosophy:
Izaya is an atheist through his belief that any power he cannot see cannot exist. Seeing others throw themselves so fervently into their faiths when they know not what they serve makes him shudder, though he doesn't voice his distaste. He will instead ignore any such fanatic or skilfully change the topic. If someone feels the need to throw their beliefs down his throat then he'll happily throw his unbelief down theirs.
Political/social philosophy:
"A village is made up of all its people. We are simply its defenders." That is his philosophy. Izaya believes that a Hokage and all those under his/her charge are simply meant to keep the balance and be servants of the people, not the other way around. In most cases a ninja might feel the urge to abuse their status and rank, but it should not be so. If a citizen asks a favor of a ninja, the favor must be considered and dealt with within a reasonable time frame as long as said favor does not undermine the ninja's integrity. The Hokage, no disrespect intended, is simply an overseer of all his/her people, the shinobi are to enforce certain rules and regulations that the overseer deem necessary, and the people are a free entity unto themselves that form the livelihood of any village. One cannot function without the other. Such is his belief.
Background:
Growing up, there had always been high expectations of Izaya by his clan. He had shown potential at the tender age of five and had ever since been trained in the art of combat in an effort to awaken his Sharingan from its slumber. Chakra control was where it had all started for him, having had to spend his childhood furthering his mastery of it. Where others had been allowed to go out and play, seeing as they were around his age at the time, he had had to sit through his father's lectures day in and day out, enduring the verbal and emotional abuse that seemed to drain his physically in the process. His father had that way with words, knowing exactly what to say and how to say it to have it get under your skin. Many a times he had witnessed his father talk his way into conflict, and each time his father had emerged the victor, only fueling his boastful demeanor and making his section of the family become more and more shunned each day.
The one redeeming quality, the single ray of hope that had held his family together, was his mother. She was the most beautiful, kindest individual one could ever hope to meet. That he got her as a mother was his greatest achievement, as far as he sees it. His mother was the only person who could get his father to calm down with her words alone, and where her words alone won't bring him back from his bout of bravado then her fists would do the talking. Yes. She was far superior to his father in strength, having held him in a choke hold once when she didn't know Izaya had been looking. The man had all but passed out when he begged her to stop, but even that seemed to only make him love her even more. For his mother alone did he continue to train using his father's methods, not wanting to burden her with complaints about the unfairness of it all.
The day he became twelve was the day his life took a cruel twist. He had been sent by his mother to run an errand for her that required he travel a few miles and back. Upon returning he found that his house was ablaze and that his parents hadn't made it out. Without even thinking he had dashed inside the burning home, his only thought that he had to save her. She couldn't die. Izaya had not even pondered the consequences, only knowing that he had to get to her quickly, even if that meant he would never get back out. Heading up to the second storey of the house he found his fathers almost unrecognizable body splayed on the floor, still burning. He didn't even give it a second thought, pushing through the door that led go his mother's room. He found her still alive, gasping desperately for air that wasn't there. When she saw him she put on a brave face and smiled, something he would never forget. The moment he had gotten over to her and attempted helping her to her feet, she simply kissed him on the cheek, whispered how much she loved him, grabbed him by the waist and threw him out the far window with the last of her strength. The house exploded right after that and debris flew everywhere. He had landed atop a tree's crown and the limbs had broken his descent to the ground. Even while dying his mother had been the kindest person he had ever known.
The only option he had left was to leave and enter the academy, knowing that there was nothing else left for him in the world besides continuing with what his father wanted him to learn. He breezed through the academy and moved through the ranks fairly quickly, becoming a Jounin at the age of nineteen. Without further thought as to the subconscious reason why he took this career path, he had chosen to teach the young Genin that he was charged with, the unknown reasoning behind this choice being that he was doing what his father had done for him. He was willing to teach the younger generation all that he knew so they could be better prepared to act should something similar to what had happened to him happen to them.
