Also, would weekend evening work better than afternoons/morning?

Uhm, I live in Eastern Time Zone (EST), and I'm normally free to chat around 5-6pm and 8:30-10pm (although I'll be on my cellphone and will be very slow/make typos). I'm also free 6-6:30 am, although no normal human should be awake at that hour. This is weekdays, btw.
On weekends, times are erratic, but it's safe to say I'm busy in the morning/early noon, and free in the evening.

I perfer weekdays. Even though I have school during the week, every other weekend I don't have internet access. So . . . yeah I wouldn't be much help every odd numbered weekend of the month (1st weekend, 3rd weekend, etc.) Saying that, I would be fine with weekends. I can always find a way to get internet access, even if it's on my phone.
I live in the Central Time Zone and get on from around 5-7p.m. and 8-10p.m.

So I'm assuming that means if we go with weekends, you won't be able to be on half the time?
