I love romance, like Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility, Little Woman. The romance that took place in the 1800's

I'm a hopeless for romance novels. My collection is huge. Mostly Nora Roberts or Lady Whistledown type things though, I haven't really gotten into the older stories.
I also have a fondness for Xanth novels, by Piers Anthony. The puns make my face hurt, I laugh so much. So, include fantasy in my favorite genres.

I Like fantasy, but real history is okay too. Like medieval. But I think I like fantasy mixed with realistic fiction the most. Like in "The historican".

I like reading Sci Fi, Horror, and Mystery, but I don't leave out the other genres if the books are good. The only type I really abhore are the sappy stupid romance novels... I guess sappier than Wuthering Heights because I actually enjoyed that book.

KiddBlack My favorite genre is horror.What's yours? Mine is a mix of 4 different genres: Fantasy, adventure, romance and comedy. I find that stories like the Manga's "Love Hina" and "Negima!" fit a perfect amount of all these elements into their books, so their creator, Ken Akamatzu, is one of my all-time favorite writers.^_^

Akematsu sensei is really good! He dissaproved of the recent Negima and I think the next negima is going to be much better. A lot of my writing is influenced by his work, Love Hina as he is one of the many Mangaka I try to emulate.
