The hot springs are a natural occurrences in the high altitude of Cloud. White stone that has bubbled and formed like clouds holds deep pools of water that helps with injuries and muscle pain. The heat is well known for spiking at certain times in the winter.

Off towards the back in the last hot spring was a young male shinobi sitting down on a flattened rock towards the end of the hot spring with only the usual towel to keep him covered. Steam rose up from the naturally heated spring waters. The light brown haired shinobi fixed in a half lotus meditative position with his eyes shut and his mind in a tranquil almost trance like peace. He breathed in slowly as chakra flowed slowly down his arms as it pooled around his legs until he changed his breathing to a more steady pace. As his breathing slowed and increased in length he focused the chakra back up into tightly packed spheres that floated up around his body in a circular motion. This was part of his training to learn to focus his chakra better. It would not increase anything beyond that. Usually he would come to this place to relax, but why not get in some chakra training while in a peaceful environment. He figured that only a few people would come back here for privacy, but even then once they saw him in there they would leave or not remain for very long.

After storing his clothing in the locker, Houseki focused his chakra, and then created a crystal lock to secure his belongings. Nothing but the best for his stuff. He nearly had a heart attack when he found his last lock tampered with on his last visit to the hot springs. With towel secured around his body, Houseki made his way towards the very back of the springs which was where he found the most peace.

Some might have found it odd that he wore his towel in the fashion that women did. He merely considered himself being modest. Once he got to the back pool, he didn't bother opening his eyes since he knew it like the back of his hand. Once situated, he let out a sigh of relaxation, moving a stray hair out of his face.

With eyes still closed and focus still untacked, the young man felt a presence enter into the springs. Sighing slowly he started to swirl his chakra around his body while trying to focus them into shapes as they passed by his eyes. "Whoever you are I would not suggest remaining here for long. I tend to get carried away in here." This was mainly true. He would not tear up the place, but he was known to displace water when practicing suiton jutsu control. He could not do so with his raiton for obvious reasons, but he wishes he could do so.

Flinching a bit, Houseki's eyes shot open to reveal that he was not alone in his usual spot. Tightening the long towel he brought with him, he stared towards the other. "Sorry, but I prefer this spot for it's reclusive location. I certainly wasn't expecting to find another." Houseki hadn't really talked to many of the other shinobi and kunoichi that trained at the academy. Furthermore, he never really needed to know them. Studying jutsu and tactics was his repertoire during his free time.

It did not take long for Houseki to notice the familiar movements that the other was practicing. "I see you know suiton as well. I also know doton. My name is Houseki." It was very odd to be talking so freely to another for the shinobi. He really never had a reason or something in common with a person to bring himself to talk to them.

Flavio sighed softly as the other person in the room started to speak to him in polite conversation even after getting a warning to leave the area. He knew the direction that the next couple of minutes was going to go and unfortunately it was not going to end very well for the either of them should he lose control. Especially if he took too much water out of this spring. He was already in deep trouble with the spa owner of previous occurrences. "The name is Flavio and yes I can use Suiton. Which brings back my previous warning of I suggest you leave now." He started to build up his chakra in the water again forcing it to spin faster around his body until the started to blur together in a wave of pure blue. He was not trying to be rude, though it was sure to come off as such. But, he knew if this person stayed in the area, they would either be hurt or be placed into nearly the same amount of trouble as Flavio would be just by association.

Watching as the other continued to focus, and then warn him again, Houseki let out a sigh, and then climbed out, looking back over his shoulder. "You really should practice elsewhere. I know of a few hot springs out in the mountains that no one owns. That's usually where I practice instead of in here." With that, Houseki took his leave and made his way back to his locker.

After removing the crystal lock, he sighed. He was supposed to have a relaxing moment in the hot springs, but that was certainly out the window now. Regardless, he might as well get back to training anyhow. Once fully dressed, Houseki made his way out of the hot springs while perusing the taijutsu book he got from the academy on loan.

Flavio simply rested in his body position ignoring the suggestion of the other young male in the spring. Once the other young man had vacated the area, he started to fully build up his chakra into the water flowing around him. For a moment, he started to expand them all past his body and into the surrounding area of the spring. As he started to swirl that around, he felt himself starting to lose control. "Come on.. don't lose it..." He tried to keep his focus with this amount of chakra moving around him, but it was too late. His concentration broke causing all the water he was moving about to fall and cover the dry areas in water, including himself. Great he was drenched and had once again knocked too much water out of the spring. Before he got caught, he jumped up and made his way through the spring and out the door before the attendants caught him once again.

He opened his locker and pulled on his clothes quickly and ran out the door with his hair still dripping wet. Guess he should try to get as far away from this spring as he could. The training grounds on the sea turtle seemed like a good place to start for now.
