How do I be less shy offline? I want to talk to people, but I stutter, and I don't know if they'll laugh, or if they're going to text everyone that I stutter...
I have about 30 friends online, on different sites, but...
I want to make friends in real life, not just online. I've been drifting away from the two that I have.
I'm really, really sorry if this is in the wrong forum. :/

well this is the Chatterbox after all so don't worry about being in the wrong forum 3nodding as for the friend situation, you really just got to get yourself out there. if you are in school, join a club, a sport, or someother school-related activity, get to know people with similar interests. not in school? try taking a class, start a hobby, go to a craft store/park/coffee shop and try striking up a conversation, or take a book or notebook with you and perhaps someone will ask what you're reading/writing. hope some of that helps :]

I tried to do that notebook thing, and I eventually had someone ask me what I was writing about. Unfortunately, before I could answer, the person started yelling at me about 'people watching' and how wrong it was. I'm confused. What's people watching?

What's people watching? people watching is basically as the name suggests, observing people without them knowing.
