- A person(s) that is charged with an offense of which a mandatory tribunal is set shall attend this tribunal on the date that is set forth by the Gods/Goddesses and/or the Moderators. If a person(s) cannot make this date then their appointed Guardian may stand in for the person(s) in their absence or the person(s) may formally request an extension to their tribunal date. If there is no appointed Guardian or no extension is filed then a tribunal will be held in the person(s)'s absence.
*Note that it is the discretion of the Gods/Goddesses and/or Moderators preceding over the tribunal at hand to allow or deny a person's request for extension. Not all extensions may be granted depending on schedules and other determining factors including the severity of the tribunal case.
The person(s) that the tribunal is for shall have the right to request a Head Master to serve as their appointed Guardian in which that Head Master will present the case of the person(s) being charged to the tribunal. In absence of a Head Master to be appointed, a God/Goddess may be appointed in their place for a tribunal to be held by the Moderators. If the tribunal is to be held by the Gods/Goddesses then a Moderator may be appointed in the absence of a Head Master.
During the tribunal, no one that is a part of the tribunal shall be allowed to talk to anyone that is on the outside about anything pertaining to the tribunal or its nature. Only a completed tribunal with a finding and a ruling shall be posted for the public.
Tribunal by the Gods/Goddesses
- A tribunal that is to be held by the Gods/Goddesses shall have all Gods/Goddesses attending. In the event that not all Gods/Goddesses can attend, a majority of the Gods/Goddesses must be present for the tribunal to take place otherwise a postponement of the tribunal can be arranged and a future date set.
The person(s) being charged shall thus be placed under Academic Suspension for the offense and shall not be allowed to post anything within the Academy until the future date of the tribunal arrives. During the Academic Suspension, the person(s) shall be required to wear a special ID badge in their signature. Failure to do so shall result in the forfeit of a tribunal and the person shall thus be found guilty and punished accordingly to the nature of the offense charged.
Only a ruling reached by a majority vote of the Gods/Goddesses, through a special meeting after hearing all of the evidence to be presented, can be upheld. In the result of a tie, the voting must take place again until a majority vote be reached.
- During this time, if a majority vote cannot be reached by the end of the day, the person(s) charged shall be placed on a temporary suspension and shall be brought back to the Academy once a ruling has been determined.

Expulsion from the Academy
- Only a unanimous vote set forth by the Moderators in a special meeting can uphold an expulsion punishment. If a unanimous vote cannot be reached, the voting must take place again.
