Ammarindar was a city in the Underdark inhabited by Tanarukks. Ammarindar was a dwarven kingdom founded before Cormanthyr and Netheril, in -4100 DR. Its ruins lie in the Underdark and are slowly being encroached upon by the great fungal growth known as Araumycos.

A section of Ammarindar served as the home of Kaanyr Vhok's Scourged Legion. The city was once connected to Hellgate Keep but the connection was severed in the decade after Vhok's disappearance. Vhok's Scourged Legion was taken over by a Tanarukk known as Warchief Ghaarzhvex
