Alessia is an intelligent young woman who spends quite a lot of her time exploring what she can in the city. Her Gun blade is a weapon of her own invention and has spent many years training with it so despite her lack of overwhelming strength she is quite skilled. For the last 2 years Alessia has been working with one of the city's company's doing research and inventing. While she does love her city she has become increasingly bored with life in the city and has taken to exploring what she can to avoid boredom.

Hidden Magic:Interlude
It has been 9 month's since the shadow creatures;began there assault on not only the kingdom of Hana but all of the world, quickly the dark beast have spread to all corners of the world, but thanks to the hidden efforts of Princess Andrea who discovered a protection spell against the creatures in one of her books and Sir Kai who bravely ventured into the wilderness to gather the ingredients to form it, Hana and the other kingdoms are for now safe, but the war with the monsters continue's on for every night no matter how many are slain they keep coming back, with out the barriers protecting the cities,town's and travelers surely all would have fallen from exhaustion.
To this end the Alliance Council has sanctioned an adventure's guild to deal with gathering ingredients, delivering energy replenishing stones and various other task's to free up the forces fighting the creature and searching for the force behind them. Even in these trying time's people still have some semblance of a normal life and clutch onto happy occasions, one such occasion happen's tonight for it is time to celebrate Princess Andrea's 17th birthday.
"Where is he?" thinks Andrea as she rest her chin on her hands folded on the balcony railings "he's late meeting me again!" hearing a soft giggle behind her Andrea turn's to see her friend lady Crystal.
"I'm sorry Andrea but you look so silly pouting over there, missing Sir Kai already are we" said Crystal "He's only a few minutes late you know" she reminded her.
Grumbling and fighting a blush Andrea responds "I.... I'm not missing him at all! He's only a few minutes late now but this has been happening more and more lately!" Crossing her arms she thinks to her self "Really what is he doing that is so important he's late all the time? Walking over to her vanity she sits down with a sigh.
"Tch really now you know he's been quite busy with being in charge of that guild and helping Sir Rex and your father in the Council meetings, cut the poor boy some slack!" at this Andrea just huff's some more and plays with the pencil on her vanity, rolling her eye's Crystal excuses her self and leaves the room "Oh Kai I hope this present you working on is worth it your making her miserable.... I should go weasel some info out of Micheal." With this thought in mind she sets off to find her target.
Meanwhile off in the City Sir Kai enter's the local blacksmith's " Well hello there my boy delivery went well?!" asked the jovial blacksmith in a booming voice.
"Yes Sir is went quite well here is the payment for it" Handing the bag over to the smith, Kai steps around the counter and sit's down.
"Excellent thank you, your the best help I've had in some time my boy and with this your all paid up!" spoke the smith as he placed the payment in his cash box "and of course I am pleased to say that your order is also completed and the best work I've ever done!" Picking up a small box he hands it to Kai.
Taking the box Kai stands and places it in his bag and thanks the Smith for his excellent work, as he leaves the smith call's out "I hope the Princess enjoy's her present!" Blushing Kai nods his head and sets off, thinking back to a conversation he had with his friend several weeks ago. " Kai there you are where the heck have you been you're late again, the council meeting is already started!" Pulling his friend along Michael decided to ask about something that had been bothering him for some time now. "Kai what the heck are you up too you are NEVER late for anything and for the last thee months you have been late for everything and you look like you've barely slept! is the guild giving you trouble?"
"Ah I' m sorry that I have been worrying you Michael the guild is fine no problems, I've just been busier then usual is all"
Frowning Michael pulls Kai to a stop 'How long have we been friends Kai? I know there is something else going on here tell me!"
He really did hate it when Michael was right and knew sighing Kai decided to come clean " All right I will tell you but this STAYS! a secret so keep that mouth shut! I've been working extra to pay for a present for Rea's birthday."
"I suppose but you know she would love anything you get here why the extra oomph this year?" Michael questioned.
Turning his head to hide his flushed cheeks Kai spoke "I....it's different this year I need something special......I.....I...I'm going to tell her I love her!
Gaping Michael was speechless for a moment before slapping Kai on the shoulder while laughing happily " It's about time man I never thought you would do it!".
"Yeah with everything that has happened lately I realized something like this needed to be said, now lets go the meeting we have work to do and remember keep quiet this is a surprise after all."
"What do you mean you can't tell me Michael don't be stubborn!!!!" Shouted Crystal as she whacked Michael on the head a few times
Covering his head from the assault "Agh stop it already I can't tell you anything so back off!!" he said as he glared as the crazy girl in front of him.
"Agh why do you have to be so difficult Andre is really worried about him and so am I a little to be honest he's so tired lately and....."
"I know I know" Micheal said as he interrupted her "but I really can't tell you anything right now, I promise though he's fine and everything will turn out just fine... now shouldn't you go help Andrea get ready for her party?"
"Ohhhh your so lucky that it's so close to party time, this isn't over though Micheal I promise you that!" she yelled as she stomped off.
Shaking his head and sighing "Ah buddy the things I endure for my friends,"
"I can't believe he's still not here yet it's almost party time!!!" Yelled Andrea "Are you sure he's okay Crystal? Michael had nothing to say he's never missed any of my parties let alone be this late to one in the ten years we've known each other!" But before Crystal could answer there was a knock on the door.
"Andrea my dear are you ready to come out?" asked her father, walking towards the door and opening it Andrea nodded and took her father's arm "Excellent I have a wonderful surprise in store for you tonight my dear, let's go greet your guests.
Rushing in the growing dark Kai made his way to the castle for the party the nerves were building up in his stomach and his throat felt dry this was it, probably the most important event in his life, the... ACK!! his train of thought was interrupted as he was grabbed by the arm and dragged towards the back of the party, shaking the hand off he turned to demand what the deal was only to be faced with the furious face of Lady Crystal "Ah hi?".
"Don't you ah hi me what is up with you lately do have any idea how upset you have been making Andrea she is worried sick about how you are doing don't you care how she feel's at all you good for not...mmmmmm" Suddenly she is cut off by a hand over her mouth.
"Jeez you didn't believe me when I said it was all going to be all right did you? Give the guy some room already" Moving his head from behind her he addressed Kai "Maybe you should tell this crazy girl what's up now it shouldn't spoil anything".
"Okay okay I'll tell her at least to save myself from a mauling" taking the box from his pocket he opened it to show her " I've been working a lot lately to get this fro Rea and I plan on telling her that I am in love...." before he got the chance to finish the King stood up from his chair next to Andrea and began to speak.
Attention everyone attention! thank you to all of our honored guests for attending the celebration of my little girl's birth, these past few months have been a trying time indeed but we must stay strong and cherish the people close to us and the good times we share. For as long as we hold those thoughts and feelings tight we shall overcome this dark cloud that hangs above us and speaking of good times I have a most joyous announcement to make. Today as we all know Princess Andrea turns 17 and is of the kingdoms marrying age it is with great joy I announce the engagement of my daughter to Prince Gabriel!
At this the handsome man sitting to the right of the Princess stood up and took her hand placing a kiss upon it, at this Andrea flushed from both announcement and the gesture, looking out into the the crowd she spotted the shocked faces of Crystal and Michael among st the cheering, clapping and happy crowd.
"Oh my goodness Kai what........."Crystal began to ask but found him to be nowhere in sight "Oh Micheal this.... this is terrible.... what are we going to do" she cried turning to face him a sad tear glistened look upon her face.
"There isn't much we can do except be there support them as there friends, you can't tell Andrea a thing about what Kai was going to do it's going to be hard enough on the both them as it is" Spoke Michael as he placed a comforting arm around her.
"Yes yes it is indeed glad news I have shared, But I have on last announcement for tonight I would like to present Sir Kai with the council's award for all the hard work he has done with the guild Sir Kai please come forward........Sir Kai?... ah the boy must be busy strange he has never missed this party before but no matter let us enjoy the night.
At her father's words Andrea searched the crowd in depth Kai had to be here he had NEVER missed her birthday before, he had promised to always be there and now.... where was he? With sad smile on her face she turned to the conversation her new "fiance was attempting to engage her in, all the while the pain was slowly creeping more and more into her heart.

Finally stopping at the river that ran through the castle garden Kai looked up to the sky with closed tear stained eye's he was a fool no matter how long, how well he knew Andrea he should have known she would become engaged to a Prince he was in reality a nobody he owed everything in his life to Sir Rex who discovered his natural talents and brought him to train to become a royal guard, he should have known that he could never have had anything with Andrea, but that did not change the fact he loved her and would always be by her side in anyway he could for how ever long he could. With a resigned look on his face he threw the box in his hands into the river and walked away.
