Punishments
The following is a list of punishments in accordance to the rules of this guild. Each punishment is final and shall be handed down upon a member immediately. If a member feels that their punishment is unjust, they can submit to the Appeals Process for further, however, an Appeals Process must be approved so there is no guarantee that a case will be looked back over upon.
The rules were created in fairness and with accordance to Gaia ToS. These punishements are meant to reflect the severity of each rule as it is implied in the guild. There is no tolerance for any misconduct and each appointed staff member knows this. We ask that you have fun in our guild but do so responsibly and not give way to foolish behavior that clearly breaks any of our rules.
This list is here for all to see so that they may understand how serious we are when it comes to enforcing these rules and the types of punishments that lie ahead for those who intend on breaking them whether it be purposeful or accidental. Once again we ask that each of our members have fun while in the thread but also to be responsible for their own actions in doing so. No one is here to ruin anyone's time.
Please note that these punishments can change at any given time so it's always best to recheck the list every so often to keep up with any changes that have been made.
